Staying in the viewing pool twin room, floor heating, oxygen supply equipment, highland living comfort is full, toiletries are branded, Dyson hair dryer is a plus. The room has a good view, the private soup pool viewing experience is excellent, clean and quiet, whether it is a friend or a small couple to travel, the overall stay experience is full, highly recommended!

For such a remote mountainous area, this guesthouse is already excellent. They offer pick-up and drop-off services anytime, and the rooms are well-equipped with oxygen supply and floor heating. You can also ask the front desk for laundry service. Plus, there's a capsule coffee machine, and the window view offers quiet and pleasant mountain scenery. Although the price isn't cheap, it's definitely worth the money.

This guesthouse offers stunning views, a wonderful ambiance, and excellent service. The staff, both the ladies and the gentlemen, are incredibly kind and friendly. My stay here was absolutely worth it! The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. From my window, I could see Mount Siguniang, and even on a rainy day, it had a unique charm. If the weather were clear, I'm sure I would have seen the 'golden peaks in the sun,' but we only saw 'clouds embracing the silver peaks' haha. Since the guesthouse is on the mountain, the staff drove us back and forth to town for meals and to the scenic areas in a red pickup truck. The young driver, in his twenties, was shy but very sincere, and the ******* songs on the pickup's radio were all fantastic! We even added a few to our playlists. On our first day, we visited Shuangqiao Valley before checking in. The driver helped us carry our luggage upstairs, and the front desk lady was incredibly attentive, answering all our questions and showing us how to use the oxygen concentrator. She recommended two restaurants, and that evening, she took us to a Sichuan-Chongqing stir-fry place, which was indeed delicious. Breakfast the next morning was a feast! Three side dishes, eight pastries, and a bowl of rice noodles – I ate until I was stuffed! Afterward, the driver took us to Changping Valley in the red pickup. Before we got out, he advised us that the sightseeing bus goes downhill, and on our way back, we just needed to wait for him at the bus's return pick-up point, so we wouldn't have to take the large bus down the mountain. (Realizing this later truly saved us). I initially thought our fitness levels (with our background in sports and trail running) would allow us to complete the round trip quickly. However, at high altitude, we could only manage about one kilometer every half hour, moving extremely slowly. When we reached Muluozi, the scenery was indeed beautiful, but the altitude sickness was quite challenging. After a short rest at Muluozi, we prepared to ride horses back around 3 PM. Unexpectedly, halfway through, a thunderstorm with lightning and heavy rain hit. We couldn't dismount, the horse trail became muddy, and there was no shelter along the way. We had no choice but to push through, getting drenched for what felt like an hour and a half (my friend even said she saw hail falling on the horse's back, feeling like it was hail-rain). All three of us were completely soaked. In the last 500 meters, I immediately sent a voice message to the driver, asking him to bring towels to pick us up. Who could understand the感动 and salvation we felt when we saw that red pickup truck at the moment we were nearing hypothermia and in such a frantic state? When we arrived at the guesthouse, the staff were all waiting for us, asking about our condition, which was truly touching. On the third morning, at breakfast, they also asked if we had caught a cold or felt unwell. And when we left, they came downstairs to see us off. I truly felt the warmth of Xiaojin County in Siguniang Mountain. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Siguniang Mountain, and I'll recommend it to more friends!

This is an absolute must-stay, flagship room type when visiting Siguniang Mountain. The views, facilities, and service are all top-notch. It's perfect for travelers looking to immerse themselves in the mystique of the snow-capped mountains and rejuvenate their minds and bodies. Once you experience it, you'll never forget it.

The room was spotless, and from the window, I could gaze at Mount Balang. Stepping out into the courtyard, I enjoyed views of Mount Balang on one side and Mount Siguniang on the other – truly delightful. The owner and staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Since my elderly mother was with me and experienced some altitude sickness, the staff showed great concern and care. Both dinner and breakfast were very satisfying. Considering we were in the mountains, the accommodation quality was excellent. Plus, their golden retriever and Mimi (the small dog) were both so well-behaved. Many thanks again to the owner for their wonderful service and good cheer during our stay.

The estate is surrounded on three sides by Jiajin Lake, offering excellent scenery and photo opportunities. Parking is available within the courtyard, and the hydrangeas and large lawn create a wonderful ambiance. The staff are welcoming and proactively helped with our luggage. Our room was upgraded, featuring a large terrace where we could stargaze at night (it was very windy, so dress warmly). The interior amenities felt like an apartment setup with a mini-bar and a sofa lounge area, all well-maintained. The disposable slippers in the bathroom added a nice touch of reassurance. However, there were noticeable shortcomings in the service details: 1. We were promised a dedicated butler contact via WeChat, who would send location and weather information in advance, but this never materialized. Upon check-in, they suddenly asked for a deposit. After we pointed out that there was no mention of this on the platform, they refunded it. The clarity and consistency of their policies were confusing. 2. Lunch prices were reasonable, but the food experience was underwhelming. The braised beef with potatoes was served lukewarm, and the Pixian bean paste was clumpy. Other tables had similar issues, which we provided feedback on at the time. Breakfast, on the other hand, was quite good. Although the variety wasn't extensive, everything was fresh, and there was a delicious pancake, likely made from highland barley. The environment and facilities are commendable, and the estate is still undergoing expansion. I hope that on a future visit, the service and food quality will have improved in tandem.

The location is walkable from the gate of Shuangqiaogou and there are several restaurants nearby. The host and the staff team are super friendly and supportive. The overall quality of the room is good. But some facilities are not in perfect condition, for example, the bathroom drainage and the hair dryer did not work well. The air conditioner or heater in the bathroom should be great addition.

The price-performance ratio is good, and the environment is quite nice. There's a restaurant downstairs, but the beef noodles there aren't very good. The room decor is nice, and the bed has an electric blanket. The service is also pretty good. The only downside is that the toilet sometimes has a lingering odor. Overall, it's good! Except for that bowl of beef noodles, which gave me diarrhea afterward.

Very friendly ladies running this comfortable and affordable hotel. In a quiet part of town and with a very cute golden retriever. Room has floor heating and electric blankets. Be careful with leaving your luggage on the floor at night as the floor can get quite warm! The location is a bit far from the valley ticket office (as far as we understood you have to go there to enter all three valleys). You can walk it in have an hour or pay a slightly overpriced but still affordable taxi. If you go hiking multiple days doing the same walk to the ticket office gets a bit annoying. Some lower stars for the service because the experience of asking for transport back to chengdu was a bit disappointing. We asked if there was a way to go to chengdu the next day at 5 pm (so we could still go hiking). They said they could arrange a car, but not at 5PM. They then suggested 8 or 9 am in the morning. We agreed, thinking to catch an early train to Kunming and relax in our next hotel. Next morning we packed and presented at the reception at 9AM to hear that the car was delayed until 11AM! We got some extra breakfast and returned to find out there was more delays (apparently the car drove from chengdu in the morning). We eventually left shortly after 12. Tbe car proceed to driver very dangerously, overtaking in blind corners and even in tunnels! We were left at the western outskirts of chengdu and had to ride the subway for an hour to catch the last train to Kunming, arriving exhausted after midnight.
