Facilities: The room had an oxygen concentrator and humidifier, plus nasal oxygen tubing, which really helped alleviate my altitude sickness. Before, staying at hotels without oxygen, I'd sleep terribly at night, which was a huge discomfort. This time, after a good night's rest, I was in great shape for sightseeing! Hygiene: You can walk barefoot on the floor! The room thoughtfully provided toilet seat covers and disposable bath towels, very clean. Environment: There's a restaurant downstairs belonging to the hotel, and the food is quite good. Guests get a discount, and it's also a great spot for photos. Service: Before I even arrived, customer service called to give me directions and important information. Upon arrival, someone helped with my luggage. Once in the room, they thoroughly explained how to use all the equipment. There's also a shuttle service to tourist attractions. When I lost my earphones, they went out of their way to help me look for them, eventually finding them in the car and even mailing them back to me. Such a thoughtful establishment! I'll definitely be back when the weather is good next time!

Our family of three's trip to Mount Siguniang was made perfect by choosing Ga'er Manor. Nestled amidst the mountains and rivers, the entire manor perfectly blends ******* charm with natural scenery. It's so beautiful that words fail me; everywhere you look is picturesque, and the ambiance is just incredible. The hotel's food was an even bigger surprise. The breakfast had a rich variety of exquisite and delicious options, warming both the heart and stomach. The lunch flavors were amazing, especially their signature Matsutake chicken soup – fresh, rich, and mellow, with a warm, sweet aftertaste. One sip and we were hooked; the whole family was extremely satisfied. Special thanks to our butler, Nanjiang, for his meticulous, thoughtful, and warm service. He took excellent care of us throughout our stay, making us feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. The hiking trails around the hotel offer breathtaking scenery, with lush green mountains, forests, and distant snow-capped peaks all within view. The views far exceeded our expectations; strolling among them was both healing and delightful. This experience was absolutely perfect. We're already longing to return, and we'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Mount Siguniang!

The hotel's location is excellent. We had an unobstructed, expansive view of Mount Siguniang's Yaomei Peak to the east, and Balang Mountain to the west. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the design. The room interiors have a rustic, natural wood aesthetic, reminiscent of a ski hotel in the Swiss Alps. Importantly, the rooms are equipped with oxygen concentrators and humidifiers, both of which are crucial! The hotel's mascots are two friendly dogs and a cat. The hotel courtyard has many charming little spots for guests to take photos. The staff are attentive but not intrusive, always ready to help enthusiastically when needed. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay.

Stayed for three days and absolutely loved it! The room had an amazing view, and the service was incredibly attentive. It's perfect for anyone planning to visit Changping Valley. The breakfast spread was generous, and they even had oxygen concentrators available. Highly recommend this place!

Located at about 5 minutes drive from the shuttle bus stop. The hotel is located within a village area so walking to the town area is a bit far to be practical. However, taxis are available and hotel staffs can help to call one. great view from the room, can see golden sunrise and golden sunset from the room. The room has floor heating but takes some time to heat up, probably due to the outside temporary is already below 0. Had good night sleep. Included breakfast is good with many options. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

The location is walkable from the gate of Shuangqiaogou and there are several restaurants nearby. The host and the staff team are super friendly and supportive. The overall quality of the room is good. But some facilities are not in perfect condition, for example, the bathroom drainage and the hair dryer did not work well. The air conditioner or heater in the bathroom should be great addition.

The two ladies at the front desk were very friendly, and they offer luggage storage. There's also a small self-operated convenience store, which is very handy. The room itself is very spacious. The biggest plus is that it's only a few minutes' walk from the entrance to the Shuangqiaokou scenic area. 👍

We got a triple room. I stayed at the loft and my friends stayed below. The room was not big but the design made it comfortable. We didn't feel it was too cramped. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. She helped us book the van to Chengdu and gave us good advice.

The location is close to Changpinggou, 8 kilometers and 20 minutes' drive from Shuangqiaogou. There are restaurants on the stairs opposite, which is very convenient. The hotel environment is excellent, the room is large, and the diffuse oxygen supply in the room is very good. In addition to the ineffective temperature control of the floor heating, the room temperature is out of control to 30℃, and the waiter needs to be called to debug the outdoor unit. In addition to the insufficient breakfast supply, the rice noodles and milk are not available if you go late (8:30). In addition to the unstable water pressure of the hot water in the room, the shower is hot and cold.

Extremely satisfied, truly excellent! The room I booked featured a huge floor-to-ceiling window with stunning mountain views. The little Golden Retriever, Tudou, was also super cute and had a wonderful temperament, happily letting everyone pet him, haha!
