I took my children to Tianyu Lake for the weekend and chose this art hotel. I was really surprised. The environment has nothing to say. It is very holiday-like to board the island by boat. The building is pure white and minimalist, and the light and shadow are particularly beautiful. The most amazing is the infinity pool. It is connected to the lake in the evening. It is too healing to lie down and watch the sunset. The bedding is comfortable and the details are exquisite. What I want to praise is the service. From the landing on the island, there is a housekeeper who will accompany you throughout the whole process. It is meticulous and thoughtful and will not be too disturbed. All the needs are responded quickly. I can feel that it is professionally trained and the sense of proportion is very good. The hardware and services are worthy of the price, and it is the kind of good hotel that will be recommended to friends.

The service and hygiene are very good. The environment is also very new. There is no smell of formaldehyde. It has been a long time since I slept outside. The bedding is very comfortable to sleep. The room is still very quiet. Because I have to rest early, but I have clothes to wash. The hotel staff also provides a free laundry service. After washing, it will be delivered directly to the room. I can feel that I am very satisfied with the service very carefully. I will come again next time.

What impressed me most upon entering the room was its cleanliness. The bedding was spotless, the floors pristine, and the bathroom was completely odor-free. The lighting design in the room created a wonderful ambiance, making it incredibly relaxing to lie in bed at night. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and I slept better than usual, waking up refreshed after a full night's sleep. A delightful surprise was the smart speaker in the room. I could easily connect my phone and play my favorite music. Whether I was relaxing, working, or even showering, having my music on really enhanced the atmosphere. After a busy day, coming back to the hotel and enjoying a hot shower with my preferred tunes playing was incredibly stress-relieving. These small, thoughtful details, though not immediately obvious, genuinely elevated the overall comfort of my stay. The hotel also excelled in many thoughtful details, from the quality of the toiletries to the room's amenities. The Wi-Fi was stable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very comfortable stay overall. For frequent travelers, finding a clean, quiet, and well-serviced hotel can be a challenge. Lufeng Hotel genuinely left me feeling like I'd 'definitely come back again.' To be honest, the location is good, a straight road from the train station, not far, soon to arrive, eating and drinking around is also convenient. Hotel staff service is no problem, staff attitude is good. But the most dissatisfied is that the smell of smoke in the toilet in the room is very big. The door of the aunt's room is not closed. In order to disperse the smell of smoke, I opened the room card and walked to the door to see that the door was open. It was not good. When I entered, the smell of smoke was heavy. It is estimated that more than one of the tenants in front smoked. And afraid that the smoke alarm in the room is pumped in the toilet, resulting in a heavy smell of smoke in the toilet, especially when the toilet door is closed, plus water vapor and humidity, it is almost vomiting. Don't say that it is a special case of individual rooms. We have two rooms in total, different floors, all of which are like this. And this is still such a big taste of the newly opened hotels. I think the hotel has not taken measures for the guests to smoke in the room, which is equivalent to condoning this behavior. I really can't accept it.

Our family of five (three kids) stayed at Sky Island for three days, and we were absolutely blown away. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us with everything. The resort is huge — so many activities and things to do that we didn’t even have time to try everything they offered. We spent a lot of time in the hot springs, and it was such a great way to relax and recharge. The service there was top-notch, and it felt very private and peaceful. We also had dinner at the Chinese restaurant, and it was amazing — the presentation, the taste, the service, everything was high quality. Our two-story room was super cozy, spacious, clean, and had no weird smells (which we really appreciated). We will definitely come back again — not just once — and we’ll bring our friends with us next time!

I didn't want to go out during the May Day holiday, and I was attracted by the beautiful name of Yunmeng and came to this beautiful small town. Concerned that this hotel is attracted by the unique decoration style, it is a relatively rare Nanyang style, and it is also newly opened. At the beginning of the stay, I found that my choice was very correct. When I arrived on an unexpected rainy day, I felt the professionalism and enthusiasm of the service staff. We also urgently cleaned the room and provided an umbrella to borrow ☂️, which solved our worries for our afternoon journey! The room is relatively large, all kinds of facilities are complete, the decoration details are really more and more like, the sanitary conditions are better, the hotel is really attentive! The room can also enjoy the lake view outside is great! Outside the hotel is a food street, and various net red restaurants gather. It is very close to Xiangyun Bay Scenic Area and Yunmeng Museum. It is basically within walking distance. When the weather is good, you can take a slow walk along the river. It is really pleasant! Yunmeng is not big, but it is not ordinary! I hope I have a chance to play next time!

The hotel environment is elegant and quiet, and the breakfast is very rich. The facilities are average, the shower head is broken and the water is turbulent, and the glass door seal is broken, resulting in water flowing out and the floor towel is scrapped. As a high-end hotel in Yunmeng, you can consider adding free coffee bags.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel facilities were excellent, the room was spacious and bright, fully equipped, the mattress was just the right firmness, and the linens were clean and fluffy – so comfortable! The gym, laundry room, and breakfast area were also spotless and tidy, completely exceeding my expectations. Even more delightful was the staff's warmth! From the moment I checked in, I felt right at home. The receptionist, Ms. Yu, was all smiles, processed my check-in super quickly, and even proactively recommended nearby attractions!

Very nice and clean hotel in the middle of shopping and eating area. Smart room with voice control for most of the appliances including the curtains. Nice breakfast provided. One thing to improve is to have fridge in the room.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel. The hotel is in a great location, with restaurants and shops just around the corner. A large Mao statue directly in front of the hotel is also a distinctive local landmark. We were travelling by bicycle and were allowed to leave our bikes safely in the lobby, which we really appreciated. The room was comfortable, clean, and offered good value for money. When we first entered, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. We informed the staff, and they responded immediately by spraying an air freshener in the room. We really appreciated how quickly they reacted, and the smell improved afterwards. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, and although communication in English was limited, everyone was patient and genuinely tried to help whenever needed. We had an enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other travellers.
