From the front desk after the reservation, the welcome after the store, the various details of the room service after the check-in, the whole service process is very satisfactory. Welcome fruit bar drinks, also sent nearby amusement projects, shuttle bus at any time convenient and efficient, drivers smile service throughout the whole process. On such a hot day, a WeChat front desk arranged for a little brother to come around the lake to pick us up, so intimate. The room is very large, you can see Tianyu Lake from the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can immediately experience the relaxation of the holiday on the sofa, the bedding is comfortable, and the design of the bathroom dry and wet area is very fond. The outdoor infinity pool adds to the hotel's style. In the evening, drink a special cocktail by the pool. It feels not too good. The experience was so good and stayed decisively for one night. It is recommended that friends who like to enjoy a slow holiday and pay attention to the quality of service should not miss it here. Have the opportunity to come back again, continue to write the hidden time! A little suggestion is that if you can, the big TV in the room can be stretched out of the wall, giving us more viewing angles for those who love to watch TV. GGuest UserVery satisfied with such a cheap price to live in such a good hotel is very unexpected, and his home is exactly the same as the decoration of a chain hotel, so personally feel special value! The sanitation is very clean and tidy, the service attitude is also very good and very attentive. When I checked in, the front desk lady saw that I had posted a few band-aides on my hand, so she took the initiative to tell me that he had a clean band-aid here and asked me if I needed it. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring a very restful sleep. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, excellent water pressure, and instant hot water, making for a superb showering experience.
The front desk service was attentive and thoughtful; any request was quickly resolved, and the service felt just right, not forced. The hotel overall is quiet and peaceful, perfect for business travelers or short trips. For its price point, it offers exceptional value. The environment, cleanliness, and service are all top-notch. It's incredibly cost-effective and definitely a place I'd choose again for a long stay.

Cathy's service is great, you can consider traveling around Wuhan! This time, it happened to be the opening period of the hot springs, and the elderly and children were very happy. Sister Xiong in the hot spring area was very enthusiastic and gave us a detailed introduction to the distribution and characteristics of each hot spring. There are many service points in the hot spring area, equipped with health tea and dry bath towels, which are well prepared and replaced in time. Recommended experience!

The room was spacious and bright, and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to have a good sleep! The staff's enthusiastic service makes you feel warm. Xiao Chen at the front desk is also more attentive! The hotel also provides a rich buffet breakfast and various leisure facilities, which made me feel more relaxed! Highly recommend this store! 😊

The hotel is in a great location, with restaurants and shops just around the corner. A large Mao statue directly in front of the hotel is also a distinctive local landmark. We were travelling by bicycle and were allowed to leave our bikes safely in the lobby, which we really appreciated. The room was comfortable, clean, and offered good value for money. When we first entered, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. We informed the staff, and they responded immediately by spraying an air freshener in the room. We really appreciated how quickly they reacted, and the smell improved afterwards. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, and although communication in English was limited, everyone was patient and genuinely tried to help whenever needed.
We had an enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other travellers.
