The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring a very restful sleep. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, excellent water pressure, and instant hot water, making for a superb showering experience.
The front desk service was attentive and thoughtful; any request was quickly resolved, and the service felt just right, not forced. The hotel overall is quiet and peaceful, perfect for business travelers or short trips. For its price point, it offers exceptional value. The environment, cleanliness, and service are all top-notch. The neighborhood is a high-end community. There are many places to eat near two kilometers. Plus, it is a newly opened Vienna hotel. The environment and facilities are simply top! And the breakfast is very delicious, the variety is very rich, I will definitely come to live next time on business trip! ! !

NNvdaye692853938The second time I came, as soon as I entered the lobby, the warm lighting and exquisite decoration instantly impressed me. The front desk guy Feng Li provided good service, checked in quickly, and sent welcome fruits. The room was very cozy, the bedding was so comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the soundproofing was great, so I could have a good night's sleep. The gym equipment was new, and there were Chinese and Western breakfasts with a wide variety. They also helped me call a taxi when I checked out, and the service was so thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again next time I come here!

The price is still relatively high. Business stay preferred. The air conditioning temperature needs to be improved, and the room is not hot after opening for one night. The toilet pad is not heated, and it is very uncomfortable to stay in winter! The room is large and spacious!
