VvkwunTo be honest, the location is good, a straight road from the train station, not far, soon to arrive, eating and drinking around is also convenient. Hotel staff service is no problem, staff attitude is good. But the most dissatisfied is that the smell of smoke in the toilet in the room is very big. The door of the aunt's room is not closed. In order to disperse the smell of smoke, I opened the room card and walked to the door to see that the door was open. It was not good. When I entered, the smell of smoke was heavy. It is estimated that more than one of the tenants in front smoked. And afraid that the smoke alarm in the room is pumped in the toilet, resulting in a heavy smell of smoke in the toilet, especially when the toilet door is closed, plus water vapor and humidity, it is almost vomiting. Don't say that it is a special case of individual rooms. We have two rooms in total, different floors, all of which are like this. And this is still such a big taste of the newly opened hotels. I think the hotel has not taken measures for the guests to smoke in the room, which is equivalent to condoning this behavior. I really can't accept it.

The front desk guy Feng Li provided good service, checked in quickly, and sent welcome fruits. The gym equipment was new, and there were Chinese and Western breakfasts with a wide variety. They also helped me call a taxi when I checked out, and the service was so thoughtful. The lady at the front desk said that we were the last guests tonight and upgraded us to the presidential suite. It was so considerate! The room is super large and comfortable, and full of details. Breakfast is on the second floor and is very rich! When we left, it was raining☔️The lady at the front desk would help hold the hotel’s big umbrella and deliver it to our car👏👏👏
