MM304639****Facilities: The whole house is smart home, which is very convenient, and the smart toilet is also very comfortable.
Service: The breakfast was absolutely delicious! The meat buns, millet porridge, and yogurt pancakes were all incredibly tasty. You can also order à la carte for lunch and dinner; I tried the blood sausage, milk tea, and cold oat noodles, and they were all excellent. In short, if you're visiting a volcano, I highly recommend considering this guesthouse! 🫡

AAnonymous UserCleanliness: The room was very clean, and they provided plenty of disposable face towels and bath towels, which was a thoughtful touch.
Ambiance: We stayed in a yurt, and the view was fantastic with a great open vista. Right outside, there's a huge lawn with many horses. Although the grass wasn't green yet during our May Day stay, it was still a vast, endless expanse.
Facilities: The yurt had standard Mongolian-style furnishings and air conditioning. There was no TV, but none of the yurts in this area seemed to have one.
The owner provided excellent service, even helping us carry our luggage upstairs, and gave our child a small gift when we checked out.
We happened to be there when it snowed on May 2nd. Waking up to a blanket of white outside was truly a unique experience.

GGuest UserIm impressed by Atour group of hotels. This one located in Ulanqab didnt disappoint either. Its amentities, decor, cleanliness, service, bed, pillow and facilities are all top notch for a fraction of the price. It really puts Western hotel brands to shame. Almost anything that you could think of, Atour hotel has probably though of it already. They even provide alcohol wipes for sanitary purposes. There is even free self service laundry.
Do yourself a favour, when you travel in China, skip the big western hotels and give Atour a go. You will be so spoilt that you wished other hotels has such service and amenities. Im only saying this because i booked Atour hotels by chance a few years back and now that I am back traveling in China, they are even better than before.
Its also nearby the high speed rail station, so its convenient as well.

AAnonymous UserFirst off, the location is truly excellent, a unique advantage. There's a hot spring hotel right next door where you can enjoy a soak. However, the overall management and service facilities are severely lacking! Let's start with the hygiene: urine stains on the toilet seat, hair everywhere you look, and debris falling from the ceiling when you turn on the 'starry sky' light – I honestly don't know what to say. Then there's the service; it feels like there's barely any service at all. For example, regarding the hot spring tickets included in the package, shouldn't you remind guests beforehand to bring their own swimsuits? (Mine cost over 300 yuan!) And for the volcano tickets, shouldn't you confirm guest information and redeem them in advance? (When I was ready to leave and went to the front desk for the tickets, they told me to buy them on the spot, then I had to provide my ID again and go to another ticket office to exchange them. This whole process took a good half hour!) I can accept your high prices, but at the very least, your service and hygiene should match. I hope you see this review and make improvements. Don't disappoint customers who've traveled so far to get here!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the heart of Jining's old town. The front desk gave me a free upgrade to a larger room on the 6th floor of a shopping mall. It was bright and clean, but the outdoor area was a bit noisy compared to other hotels due to being on the ground floor with other businesses. It's clear that the Spring Shopping Mall is showing signs of aging and decline. The surrounding area is bustling and bustling, especially Xinti Street, where a variety of delicious restaurants are lined up on both sides, offering affordable prices. It was a novelty to see a shop sign with Mongolian inscriptions on it. Despite the strong UV rays, the weather was still cool. Jining is a great place for leisure and retirement!

GGuest UserThe room was fairly comfortable and the service was really great. But we kept finding little beetles in our room which made me so itchy at night when sleeping. Also I don’t think they cleaned the floor because we found fake eyelashes and old contact lens on the bathroom floor which was very nasty. They have a washing machine available which was very convenient especially after spending a day in the volcanoes where it’s dusty and all our clothes were dirty. Breakfast was alright…typical inner Mongolian breakfast, nothing special. There’s actually no volcano view but it didn’t really matter much. We were on the second floor and it was nice to be up there. I wish they had better soundproofing windows because every night there’s fireworks and they were so loud and went on until midnight. With a young child, it was impossible to sleep early. Overall, the service was really great!

Cleanliness: The cleanliness was so-so. Upon entering the room, I saw a long hair on the tea table, and there was a handwritten label on the bath towel – a bit odd.
Service: The staff's service attitude was okay, but they were a bit overwhelmed with customers, and check-in was a bit slow.
Facilities: I briefly set up the air conditioning for heating, but it wouldn't turn on; I'm not sure if it was a settings issue. The room phone wasn't connected; I had to find the number online to contact the front desk.
There was no welcome gift upon departure, but they gave me one when I asked if I could take the toiletries kit.
Overall, my experience at this Ji Hotel was just average; the details weren't great. I chose this hotel because of its location and the free admission ticket.

AAnonymous UserThe yurt-type B&B we stayed in did not have air conditioning, so we relied on the hot kang for heating at night. In a place like Ulanqab, it was too cold at night to take a shower. When we woke up in the morning, there was suddenly no water. It was said that the water supply system was broken. It was repaired, but we had other itineraries and couldn't wait for repairs. In the end, we had to spend money to buy mineral water to wash up. It was a very embarrassing accommodation experience.

Facilities: It has just been opened for a few days, and the facilities are very new. The bedding is very clean. The boss actually uses mattresses in the campsite. It is so surprising, especially the quilt is super comfortable and warm.
Hygiene: I am a person who cares very much about housing conditions, especially bathrooms and shower rooms. I didn’t want to take a shower in a public shower room, so I went to visit it first. After the visit, I was surprised that it was very clean, so I took a quick shower before going to bed. Take a hot bath to relieve the fatigue of the day.
Here comes the key point: the service is great! The service is great! The service is great! Say important things three times. The boss and all employees are very approachable, speak politely, and communicate like friends. Especially the little beauty Rong Rong, who is beautiful, kind-hearted, super cute and polite.
Generally speaking, the most amazing thing about this trip to Ulanqab is not the scenic spots, but this camping trip. As a first-time camping person, I fell in love with it every minute. It gave me this kind of experience in a fast-paced city. People who are busy at work can relax like never before. Thumbs up👍👍👍

GGuest UserThe resort has a great environment, the room is very clean, and has air conditioning. It is not cold at all when sleeping at night, and you can see the sunset from the room. Breakfast and dinner are also in the resort, and the taste is OK. There is a bonfire party and fireworks in the evening, and the children have a lot of fun! I will choose to stay here next time I come to Ulanqab!
