An incredibly good value for money trip! I really can't find any flaws. The room was spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is superb, opening right onto a grassland view, directly facing Volcano No. 3. Just open the window and you're greeted with vast mountains and fields. The owner is very hospitable, and the staff's service is thoughtful and meticulous, providing the kind of concierge service you'd expect from high-end B&Bs. The biggest surprise was how delicious and affordable the food at the hotel restaurant was. In the grassland region, it's rare to find clean, tasty, and reasonably priced meals. I especially recommend the 'ice-cooked lamb'. We even ordered a second portion because it was so good. From personal experience, all the positive online reviews are absolutely true. Friends visiting this area can choose this place with confidence!

Great location just under 10-minute drive away from the Volcanoes Park North entrance. We arrived very late and the owner kept the restaurant open to make us some dinner. The breakfast was very tasty with several local specialties like meat buns, yoghurt pancakes, and their own free-range chicken eggs. It all appealed even to our Westerner taste buds! Our favorite breakfast of the trip! The property is not large, but it is very tidy and clean with a courtyard, lawn, paved walkways and lounging areas. The room was exceptionally clean as well - clean floors, clean bathroom and clean white sheets (which is not always a guarantee...). We had a spacious 2-storey loft which our kids enjoyed. Of note - the stairs are very steep to the loft. The beds were quite hard (something we have already come to expect in China), so we used one of the comforters as extra padding. While it was nearly +25 degrees outside, the air conditioning worked great. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and definitely recommend!

Nice room in the middle of Xinghe. Restaurant nearby with delicious local food. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They prepared some good coffee, helped with the laundry and support to reply to the driver lost on the road. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is good.

Stayed for five days, real evaluation, Hygiene: very clean, Cost-effective: This price is also excellent value for money, Service: The two sisters at the front desk are very gentle, responsive, and there is a laundry room. The room will be cleaned by an aunt every day. The small degree of the room can control air conditioning, curtains, lights, Facilities: I was tired from going out to play and came back to play music. It was very comfortable to take a bath. I just didn't know if it would be noisy next door. Anyway, I didn't hear the sound of the next door these days. The sound insulation effect should be very good. The bathroom is also very clean and there is no sanitary corner. I change the toilet pad every day. The separation of dry and wet is very good. , Surrounding environment: I personally don't like the place with many people. The rhythm here is relatively slow, and there are also ethnic characteristics. The nearby Mongolian food is delicious. I can meet the cattle by chance. I go to feed the cattle.

The hotel's location is great, very close to the train station. They have a laundry room, a gym, and a small play area for kids. It's not huge, but you can play ping-pong there, which is fun! The lobby also has a piano you can play, which is a nice touch and good for passing the time. When we checked in, we were given two complimentary drinks and a bag of snacks. We munched on them, and they were really delicious! The room was clean, the bed was large, and the view from the window was lovely, with a distant tower visible. Too bad I didn't take any photos. The only issue I found was a slight smell in the shower area, possibly from the drain. When you flushed, it seemed to bring up an odor. But it's not a big deal; the room itself was still very good and clean. The downstairs restaurant was also tasty. Oh, and in the laundry room, there's a machine specifically for washing shoes! We'd been walking in the grasslands for days and our shoes were quite dirty. We thought about washing them but were worried they wouldn't dry in time, so we decided against it. We'll definitely try it next time we have the chance!

We stayed at the hotel for one night on our way back from the volcano trip. The hotel is opposite the Banner Government Service Center; the facilities are new and complete, and the environment is clean and hygienic. We didn't see any small flying insects. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful; I highly recommend the lamb offal soup and milk tea.

Location: Very close to Huanghuagou Scenic Area, and a free admission ticket is included with your stay. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was so-so. Upon entering the room, I saw a long hair on the tea table, and there was a handwritten label on the bath towel – a bit odd. Service: The staff's service attitude was okay, but they were a bit overwhelmed with customers, and check-in was a bit slow. Facilities: I briefly set up the air conditioning for heating, but it wouldn't turn on; I'm not sure if it was a settings issue. The room phone wasn't connected; I had to find the number online to contact the front desk. There was no welcome gift upon departure, but they gave me one when I asked if I could take the toiletries kit. Overall, my experience at this Ji Hotel was just average; the details weren't great. I chose this hotel because of its location and the free admission ticket.

The front desk and room service at Yingshan Hotel are excellent, and the breakfast is especially good. The surrounding environment is nice, with convenient transportation and easy access to shopping. This is my second time staying here, and it's my top choice whenever I visit Jining!

Tianyuan Wen Hotel boasts brand-new facilities with high-end, tasteful hardware. The public areas are clean, spacious, and stylish. Various functional zones are clearly delineated, offering everything from relaxation and wellness areas to a cinema and a children's ocean world, with comfortable and uncrowded circulation paths. The outdoor hot spring pools are a huge plus. They are elegantly arranged and well-spaced, with excellent privacy for each pool and clean, clear water. The staff are warm, polite, and proactively attentive. Upon arrival, they immediately helped with luggage and guided us through check-in. Throughout our stay, any request was met with a swift response, patient communication, and active assistance to resolve issues properly. Their service was meticulous and thoughtful. Breakfast is an exquisite customized set menu, with excellent taste. Overall, from the hardware facilities and functional amenities to the outdoor hot spring experience and attentive service, everything was impeccable. It's truly a top choice for a relaxing hot spring getaway!

Booked in here by mistake 😂 (i took a train to Shangdu, which is not the same place as Xanadu!! (Its about 4 hours away)… the hotel is gorgeous though; huge, modern rooms and a great breakfast too. Watched a midnight storm through the huge floor to ceiling windows. One of those high end gems you find in China because they have the money to build places such as this. I probably wont come back to Shangdu again (although it does break up the train journey from Hohhot to the real Xanadu) but if i do, its an obvious, top grade option. Lovely staff too, who helped me with my train bookings.
