There were five of us on this family trip, so we booked two duplex family rooms. The two 1.8-meter-long beds were very comfortable. The overall decoration of the hotel is very design-oriented, the breakfast is also good, there is a RT-Mart supermarket and a small shopping mall downstairs of the hotel, and the surrounding area is quite convenient. During the New Year's Day holiday, I brought my child to Tongling Atour Hotel. The holiday wasn't long, so our schedule was packed. On New Year's Day, it suddenly snowed, and the hotel's parking lot is outdoors. I figured my car would be buried under snow, potentially affecting our plans, so I promptly got up to clear it off. When I arrived at the parking lot around 7 AM, I was surprised to see Atour staff already clearing snow from the parking lot and even off car windshields. I asked one of the staff members, and they said they were worried about guests' travel plans and knew guests might not have the tools to clear the snow themselves, so they decided to take care of it. Seeing rows of perfectly cleaned windshields in the cold winter made me feel incredibly warm.

The hotel has a great environment, plenty of lounge area in the lobby, convenient parking right outside, and excellent front desk service.

Location: Very close to Yongquan Town, easily walkable. Facilities: Elevator available, air conditioning is quite powerful. Cleanliness: Restrooms are very clean. Service: The receptionist was very helpful, and the owner was also very nice – they upgraded us to a large room with a bathtub free of charge. The supermarket owner next door was also extremely kind; they had a wide variety of drinks, and other items were priced the same as in city supermarkets – very reasonable! Highly recommended!

I chose this hotel when I came to Tongling for a business trip for the first time. The overall service was good, especially the breakfast. The merchant gave me a free breakfast.
