"1. Poor Soundproofing (Structural Issue)
The room C13-1308 shares a wall with the next room (or the one above), and normal conversations can be heard clearly. I suspect this scenic area was converted from an unfinished building project.
2. Greasy Food, Unpleasant Taste
Both the hotel breakfast and the restaurants outside were too greasy and didn't taste good.
I've had the hotel breakfast for two days now, and there are hardly any green vegetables. There's only one small bowl of greens at the noodle/vermicelli station, and once it's gone, it's never refilled... Whether you can get some seems to be a matter of luck? They can't keep up when it's busy.
3. Inadequate Night Tour Services
The scenic area is open until 10:00 PM, but supporting services like games, drink shops, and convenience stores close earlier, leaving no amenities for night visitors.
4. Insufficient Downhill Signage and Safety Concerns
Downhill signs are few and not clearly visible, and the lighting is inadequate, much worse than the uphill lighting, posing safety risks.

I didn’t expect me to go to the opposite Tongling Middle Court for a business trip to live in such a good hotel, and the hotel’s service is super intimate and responsive. In the morning, because the court was too late, I took two breakfasts and told the housekeeper to ask them to help me leave a scallion noodles. Because it was really delicious, I returned to the hotel after the court and it was more than the breakfast meal time, but the chef still helped me prepare it. I was very touched. However, one downside was the noticeable smoke smell in the rooms on the executive floor. Despite this, the receptionist was quick to address the issue and kindly arranged for us to move to another floor, which significantly improved our stay. Their responsiveness and willingness to accommodate our needs were truly commendable.

Facilities: Elevator available, air conditioning is quite powerful.
Cleanliness: Restrooms are very clean.
Service: The receptionist was very helpful, and the owner was also very nice – they upgraded us to a large room with a bathtub free of charge. The supermarket owner next door was also extremely kind; they had a wide variety of drinks, and other items were priced the same as in city supermarkets – very reasonable! Highly recommended!

The facilities are old, the shower room has no door, and the toilet seat is misplaced.
The room size is relatively large. Poor sound insulation, the sound of flushing the toilet upstairs is very loud, and the bath upstairs is like an earthquake.
