This hotel truly deserves its own glowing review! When I booked it on Ctrip, it seemed to have the highest rating, and the few negative comments weren't common issues, but more about individual experiences. For a weekend stay costing just over 300 RMB, I honestly expected something more like a budget hotel. But right upon entering the lobby, I was greeted with complimentary fruits and drinks – free sodas and sprites for the taking! In the room, there were welcome fruits, and they proactively installed a bed rail. The room itself was quite standard, but it was clean and spacious. With two beds and two TVs spread across two levels, it's perfect for families with kids. Plus, they've even added anti-collision corners for safety. This is the first hotel I've stayed in that provides a whole pack of soft facial tissues in the bathroom. I've stayed in five or six five-star hotels in Jiangsu and Zhejiang, and many of them don't pay attention to details as well as this place does [disappointed emoji]. The breakfast quality was excellent too. The juice tasted fresh-squeezed with a bit of water – very healthy. I had two bowls of Aozhao noodles, and the fried dough stick was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive; they'd bring things over if they saw you struggling or waiting for something. While the variety of breakfast items wasn't huge, the quality was consistently high. If I ever visit Tongling again, I'd choose this hotel without hesitation. #FamilyTravel #AnhuiTravel P.S. An absolutely fantastic experience! This hotel is incredibly luxurious with amazing views. The facilities are top-notch, and everything is spotlessly clean. The king-size bed was so comfortable. They even provide face towels and a coffee machine. We were welcomed with a fruit platter and snacks, and it was a lovely touch that the snacks were from Sam's Club – very thoughtful! The service was excellent; the front desk and every lounge on each floor offered free drinks and snacks. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at, truly worth it, and I highly recommend it!

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast restaurant had a beautiful ambiance with its own sky garden. The service at the breakfast restaurant was exceptionally good. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Facilities: Absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻 The Nespresso machine was a lifesaver for my coffee cravings. And the JBL Bluetooth speaker really set the perfect mood. Both bathrooms, upstairs and downstairs, had bidet toilet seats, which was a nice touch for privacy and hygiene. Cleanliness: Honestly, my own home isn't even this clean! I used the bed brush on all three beds, and guess what? Not a speck of dust! I felt completely at ease letting my kids play around. Environment: It has a charming, antique feel, like an old scholar's home. Plus, it's right in the heart of a shopping district, so shopping and dining were super convenient! 🥳 Service: Having stayed in many hotels, it's clear they are genuinely dedicated to providing excellent service. Just book it, you won't regret it! 😻

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Wanda Plaza. The parking lot shares an underground garage with RT-Mart, and there's a dedicated elevator that goes straight to the hotel lobby. The room is quite spacious with a duplex layout. There were welcome fruits and snacks, and free iced beverages in the lobby. Both upstairs and downstairs have TVs, and the room amenities are very comprehensive: a capsule coffee machine, air purifier, heated towel rack, lighted small mirror, weighing scale, and smart toilet. They provide a whole pack of disposable face towels, and the bath products aren't generic brands. The hygiene is good, and the service is warm and friendly. When we left, my child's phone was accidentally left in the room. We contacted the front desk, and they were very helpful in arranging to mail it back to us.

To summarize first: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️400 yuan per night per person, new Chinese style and full of details, the first choice for parent-child/elderly travel, five-star recommendation! ⭐️Location: Near Cuihu Park, shares the same building with RT-Mart, within walking distance to Wanda, RT-Mart and other commercial buildings, very convenient for shopping. ⭐️Facilities: Although it took some time to build, it is very well maintained and warm and elegant. The 4th floor is the executive floor, the 19th floor is the duplex room, the 18th floor is the front desk, the 20th floor is the breakfast room, and the sky garden is fully equipped. Let me tell you a few details that left a deep impression on me.  🔆Room: The duplex room is equipped with a double-story bathroom with a large bed, a Washlet smart toilet, and a charging cable at the head of the bed. It is very worry-free for families to stay in! Each room was provided with biscuits, milk and various snacks. 🔆Breakfast room: ✅Chopsticks, spoons, and children's cutlery are all placed in the disinfection box. ✅All kinds of machines are available, even an ice machine! ✅Sesame cakes, steamed bread slices, meat buns, siomai, and wontons are all homemade. The juice is freshly squeezed, and you can take as much vegetables as you want in the noodles. ✅The restaurant has a calligraphy writing area and an exhibition hall for the owner's private collection of old items, which is very interesting to see! ⭐️Lobby: The environment is very elegant, with coffee machines, water heaters, milk, snacks, and various books to read ⭐️Service: After check-in, there is a WeChat butler who can be contacted directly and responds promptly. What impressed me most were the waiters in the breakfast restaurant. Many of them were a bit old, but they were well-trained and provided great service! Smiling, enthusiastic, and sincere, many five-star hotels can't do that... The hotel also gives guests snacks after checking out. There are some shortcomings: for example, the bathroom has some smell, some facilities are still a bit old, and the windows are a bit leaky.

Very suitable for family travel, the overall facilities are very good (capsule machine, self-service coffee, snacks). The boss has his own feelings, the waiter is very enthusiastic, we saw the beautiful clouds, and it was a pleasant trip to Tongling.
