Located on the top floor of Wanda Plaza Building A, the view was excellent, offering a glimpse of the Nen River in the distance and beautiful sunset hues. Downstairs is Wanda Plaza, making dining and entertainment extremely convenient. This will be my top choice for future visits to Qiqihar.

This hotel is the absolute best in its category! The service is incredibly attentive, and the environment is top-notch. They've thought of everything you could possibly need, from office supplies to skincare and toiletries. Their attention to detail is truly remarkable. It's easily the ceiling for a four-star hotel. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in town.

The hotel is newly opened, and the room smelled terrible, so I had to open the window to air it out. The room was poorly cleaned, and the staff were lazy and made excuses, which was unpleasant. The breakfast was lackluster, and what was most unbearable was that several chefs would come out and eat with the guests during breakfast, picking and choosing food at the counter. It was such a bizarre sight; I've never encountered anything like it in all my hotel stays. When I complained to the staff, their responses were very perfunctory. The room facilities were inadequate; bath towels and hand towels were even draped in the toilet because there were no wall shelves in the bathroom. Five-star hotel prices, three-star facilities, and two-star management.

I read the reviews online and found that some slides and hot spring pools are not open. My twelve-year-old child cannot play on the children's slide, so I went to the hot spring front desk in the morning and asked specifically whether all the amusement facilities were open. A male ticket counter said yes, so I decided to stay in this hotel. As a result, all the large slides were not open, and part of the hot spring pool was not open. It was very cold and dirty. The child was sick the next day. It was too bad.

I went to Zhalong to see the red-crowned cranes and went to Mingyue Island to take a boat on the river. It was the first time I came here when it snowed. The facilities are OK, but the price of more than 300 is not cheap in the rich area, or the price of the new first-tier cities can live in the same grade this season. The hotel owner is helpful and kind to assist me to find my way around Qiqiha'er. She waited for my arrival at the railway station and showed me the way to her hotel. She advised me to do my own tour to Zhalong nature reserve park by taking public bus 306. Or take a Didi e-hailing. However, the only problem is the place and the room size are just too small and difficult to move around. There are people smoking in the hotel and I can't really stand the cigarette smoke everywhere. I hope the owner must make policy not to allow guests to smoke inside the room and hotel space.
