I’m sorry that I didn’t catch his name. He spoke excellent English, so there were no communication difficulties at all, and he made the entire check-in process smooth and comfortable. Having a staff member who can communicate so fluently in English is a great advantage for international guests. His friendly and professional service left a very positive impression on us . Xu Tingting at the breakfast restaurant was also very kind and welcoming, with a lovely smile. The staff members who cleared the dishes from the tables were equally friendly and attentive, which made our breakfast experience even more pleasant. The hotel’s location is excellent. It was very convenient to have meals or go shopping at Wanda Plaza and then return to the hotel to rest. There are also many good restaurants nearby, and the museum and department stores are within easy reach, making this an ideal location for exploring Qiqihar. We were very satisfied with both the convenient location and the warm service. In particular, the excellent English and professional assistance provided by the gentleman at the front desk made our stay much more comfortable and left us with an especially positive impression of the hotel."

"Qiqihar chose to live here and it felt OK. When I arrived, I was directly raised to a room with windows, facing the street, but the sound insulation was very good, and the sound of the car was not heard at all. The room is small, but it is two nights, the size difference is not that important. The service was average. When I went out the next morning, there was a big sister at the front desk who was afraid that we would take advantage of the hotel and repeatedly confirmed whether we would continue to live. The room was also fooled about the cleaning of the bathroom. The hair on the floor drain and the stains on the toilet were ignored. It is convenient to eat around the hotel, there are various restaurants, barbecue, skewers, breakfast are all solved nearby, and they are all good. There is also a morning market at the door. Before 8 o'clock, various vegetables, fruits, beef and mutton, staple foods, etc., the price is also very suitable. Easy to travel, there are buses, taxis to all parts of the city less than ten yuan."

"The overall environment is decent, but the facilities are not great. The service QR code in the room has been inactive for a long time and isn't maintained. There's an empty holder above the sink, with the other bottle being lotion; I'm not sure what was in the empty one. The room was clean but not soundproof. Around 12:35 AM, I heard people talking loudly and slamming doors in the hallway. Then, after 4 AM, the mini-fridge suddenly lit up, which I'm not sure if it was a malfunction or a power cycle, so I recommend checking it. The breakfast had a lot of variety but didn't taste good, especially the hot milk – I took one sip and spit it out. The only good service I experienced was when my companion wasn't around, and I went to the front desk to ask for the door to be opened; the staff member helped me get a new room key card. However, it would be helpful if they could train staff to automatically provide two key cards when 2-3 people are checking in."

"This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, especially since my trip was a last-minute affair. I hadn't prepared much and wasn't expecting anything special, but upon arrival, the front desk check-in was incredibly efficient and the staff were warm and welcoming with big smiles. After checking in, they thoughtfully provided disposable face towels and bath towels. The room had everything you could possibly need, and in addition to water, there was also specialty Schneeberger. A Tmall Genie in the room was a godsend for lazy people. The room also thoughtfully included small clips and makeup remover. At check-out, the front desk even offered mooncakes. While I didn't take them, the gesture was very much appreciated!"

"Back in Qiqihar for business, my first choice is still Hemei. The service is consistently excellent. The front desk upgraded my room, and check-in was super fast since I arrived in the afternoon. I went to the Chinese restaurant and had a bowl of 'dalu mian' and tomato and egg noodles – tasted just like home, and only about ten yuan! The next day, I was back at the Chinese restaurant for lunch. I needed to sort out some documents, and since I had already checked out, they found me a private room. The dishes were outstanding as always, and the value for money was unbeatable. After lunch, with my documents ready, I went to the hotel entrance and bought some of their homemade braised chicken, pig trotters, and other marinated goodies – absolutely delicious! In short, whenever I go to Qiqihar, Hemei is still my top pick."

"The hotel's location is quite good, very close to Longsha Park Night Market, a 5-minute drive. It's about a 40-minute drive to Zhalong. The triple room I booked wasn't large, and the bathroom wasn't a separate shower and toilet, which was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was around 8 am, and it got quite crowded, so finding a seat was difficult; the selection was decent. There are three small parking lots in front of the hotel—in front, underground, and in the backyard. Parking was relatively convenient during the National Day holiday, making it suitable for those driving."

"The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with high-end and luxurious decor. The lobby and hallways are perfect for photos. Breakfast is rich and delicious, and the afternoon tea is both beautiful and tasty. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were quick, and their responses were prompt. We received a free room upgrade; the room was quite spacious with smart controls, clean, comfortable, and quiet, with good soundproofing. Parking was convenient, and disposable amenities were well-stocked. Coincidentally, we happened to be there during a scheduled power outage for maintenance by the local power company. The power was off for an entire day, from around 8 AM until after 6 PM. A power outage notice was issued five days in advance, but the hotel did not inform guests beforehand nor did they have any contingency plans. Room phones were unusable, the front desk phone couldn't be reached, and the WeChat housekeeper was unreachable, likely due to a computer login issue. Laundry was soaking in the machine all day. Guests on higher floors had to climb stairs, which was inconvenient for those with mobility issues. The smart-controlled curtains couldn't be opened, and the toilet couldn't be flushed. After power was restored, the Wi-Fi was not working properly, and there was no signal for digital TV. The hotel offered no compensation for any of this."

"The room exceeded my expectations; the facilities were complete, and the bathroom's shower area was spacious. The afternoon tea provided by the hotel was also delicious. But the best part was the service. The front desk staff was enthusiastic, and their response time was the fastest I've experienced in any hotel. We were staying with a child, and the cleaning staff immediately prepared toiletries for three people the next day—a perfect example of attention to detail. When there was no parking in front of the hotel, we parked in the adjacent building materials yard. Later that night, we found ourselves locked in. The front desk actively helped us contact someone and even paid the unlocking fee, which was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, I'm very satisfied."
