Throughout my stay, the friendly demeanor of the staff stood out. They went out of their way to ensure my comfort and address any needs I had. It was evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority for this family-owned hotel.
The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, but what truly made my visit memorable was the genuine care and kindness shown by the hotel's owners and employees. GGuest Userhighly recommended! Super five-star praise! The B&B is located in the scenic area and is convenient for travel. The sister at the front desk was also super warm. She added WeChat in advance to inform her of the itinerary and weather, upgraded the room for free, and preheated the room in advance according to the arrival time. Parking is convenient and there are charging stations. The breakfast was also very generous, and there were souvenirs given before leaving. They continued to provide various sightseeing suggestions on the way. All in all, this stay was a great experience! Visit Pingxiang Wugong Mountain and stay at Huaxi B&B! ! !

GGuest UserHemu is conveniently located close to the base of the beautiful Wugongshan. The hotel's atmosphere is relaxed and the rooms are tastefully decorated. The staff is very friendly and doesn't tire to give you tips for scaling the mountain. On top of that, the food is delicious. I can highly recommend staying at this place.

GGuest UserThe room is very clean, with good sanitary conditions and warm layout. You can see the sunset in the front yard, and there is a bamboo forest in the backyard with a stream next to it. The boss cooks delicious food and will deliver it to the trailhead the next day. Potato and Xiaobai are warm and hospitable and will be open for business. It is a very good experience. I will come again next time!!!

LLaineeey_zThere are advantages, but the disadvantages are fatal. I am very polite for not giving a bad review below 4 points. The following is an objective and fair evaluation.
Advantages:
1. Convenience: It is not far from the bus station and the downtown street, 200 meters away; it is close to the Wugong Mountain trail entrance, 100 meters away on foot; it is close to the commercial street, 50 meters away on foot, and it is convenient for shopping and eating.
2. Quiet: The hotel is not on the street in the downtown area, and most of the rooms are on the mountain side, which is relatively quiet. The bedding is OK and conducive to sleep.
3. The hotel environment is good: The overall garden design of the hotel is good, with a back garden, a small viewing platform, and a small reservoir on the back mountain. It is nice to take a walk after dinner.
4. The hotel is equipped with a foot bath bucket, which is very considerate.
Disadvantages:
1. The hotel does not turn on the cold air conditioning: I checked in for the last 3 days of April, and there were not many people. I can understand that the hotel does not turn on the air conditioning and dehumidification in the public areas in order to save costs, but it was so hot during those days, why turn off the cooling of the guest rooms and let the air conditioning heat cycle in the guest rooms? The good point is that after reporting to the staff, the cooling was turned on.
2. The air conditioner smells musty: It is really very strong. We asked a technician to come into the room to fix it. The technician was speechless and said that there was no way. We stayed for 3 days and did not turn on the air conditioner at night for fear of fainting in the room due to the stench.
The hot air circulation and the musty smell of the air conditioner made the three of us feel that the hotel accommodation was the biggest failure of this trip.
BTW, on the day of check-out on May 1, the central air conditioner and lights in the lobby were turned on. It felt that the guests at the end of April were not human beings, and our experience was not important.
2. Facility design defects: The shower area is not designed reasonably, the waterproof platform at the door opening is too low, the sealing under the door is not enough, the door opens outward, the water is a little bigger and the shower head does not lean inward, you will feel what it means to flood the Jinshan Mountain.
4. Service: The 3 nights were divided into several orders. After the order of the first night ended, before checking out, the hotel staff added WeChat and asked to give a 5-star review and asked to bring the name of a certain employee. I said that I would make a unified comment after checking out, but the service staff still asked to comment on the day this order ended. I was speechless. I can understand that there are KPI indicators, but it is too bad for good impression.

GGuest UserThe room was clean, but the area was too small. When the door was opened, the bed was almost attached to the door and the light was dark, which was very depressing. The soundproofing of the room is very poor. The video is being played in the next room. I can actually hear clearly. The parking lot is far away. We arrived on a rainy day and the box was covered with mud.
Advantages: the bath water pressure is enough, the water temperature is hot. The paper used is of good quality, it is Mayflower.

GGuest UserI stayed here for one night on a business trip and checked in. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, especially Xiaoqiu. The transportation is also very convenient. Wugongshan Hotel provides pick-up and drop-off services. The breakfast was upgraded to the main building. The ingredients are fresh and there are many kinds. It is self-service on the third floor. There are also entertainment facilities where you can play pool and have a good experience.

GGuest User100% positive reviews. I stayed at this hotel for only over 200 yuan on a weekend in the off-season. The price-performance ratio is very high. The room is large and spacious, and the bathroom is very clean. There is a main road and a shopping mall downstairs, but the room is well soundproofed and not noisy. Pingxiang College, Nanzheng Ancient Street, and Wenhua Road Pedestrian Street are all nearby. If you are going to climb the mountain the next day, you can go downstairs to buy all the supplies. The Snickers in the supermarket are much cheaper than on the mountain. There is also an Autumn Harvest Uprising Monument next to it. Sister He at the front desk is warm-hearted. This hotel is very comfortable to stay in.

The ingredients for lunch were purchased by the boss on the same day. The craftsmanship was good. The rice was full. Wugong Mountain Visitor Center pick-up and drop-off: There are also some, which will carry us to the vicinity of the visitor center. The public area of the homestay is also very distinctive.
