"This family trip included a stay at the Lavande Hotel (Pingxiang Runda International High-Speed Railway Station Branch). Overall, the experience was acceptable, earning a 4-star rating. The hotel's location is excellent, near the high-speed railway station, making travel convenient. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the facilities were relatively new. The service was generally good. However, the parking experience was a bit disappointing: our car was too tall, and despite numerous attempts to communicate, the issue remained unresolved until we finally encountered a parking attendant. Furthermore, due to insufficient prior communication, we were required to pay for parking upon departure, with no discounts available, which was indeed somewhat disappointing. We hope the hotel can optimize its parking communication process, especially its contingency plan for vehicles with special height requirements, to avoid similar situations in the future and improve the overall guest experience."
