The family that runs this establishment clearly takes pride in providing exceptional hospitality. Throughout my stay, the friendly demeanor of the staff stood out. They went out of their way to ensure my comfort and address any needs I had. It was evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority for this family-owned hotel. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, but what truly made my visit memorable was the genuine care and kindness shown by the hotel's owners and employees. I would highly recommend this family-owned establishment to anyone seeking a personalized and hospitable hotel experience.

Hemu is conveniently located close to the base of the beautiful Wugongshan. The hotel's atmosphere is relaxed and the rooms are tastefully decorated. The staff is very friendly and doesn't tire to give you tips for scaling the mountain. On top of that, the food is delicious. I can highly recommend staying at this place.

Because the temperature was low during the Spring Festival, the air conditioner was frozen, resulting in no air conditioning in the room. It was extremely cold! The landlady was very enthusiastic and brought some warm air to remedy the situation, but it was of little use, better than nothing. I couldn’t rest well anyway! The environment is very good. The proprietress cooked the soup noodles and squeezed the soy milk herself for breakfast. It tasted good. What I am not satisfied with is the air conditioning. The room I booked in advance did not have air conditioning and the price was not reduced. The two rooms I booked later only paid a fraction of the price. I felt it was not worth it. In addition, I personally think that the merchant should explain the air conditioning problem in advance, so that we can choose to change our accommodation instead of being forced to make do with it. Aside from the air conditioning issue, everything else is fine!

The room is large and spacious, and the bathroom is very clean. There is a main road and a shopping mall downstairs, but the room is well soundproofed and not noisy. Pingxiang College, Nanzheng Ancient Street, and Wenhua Road Pedestrian Street are all nearby. If you are going to climb the mountain the next day, you can go downstairs to buy all the supplies. The Snickers in the supermarket are much cheaper than on the mountain. There is also an Autumn Harvest Uprising Monument next to it. Sister He at the front desk is warm-hearted. This hotel is very comfortable to stay in.

I'd seen countless photos online, but seeing those 100,000 acres of alpine meadows with my own eyes was breathtaking. The endless greenery, like a carpet stretching to the clouds, and the way the grass swayed in the wind made me feel like I was inside a painting. We were lucky enough to witness an incredibly beautiful sea of clouds – no filters needed for our photos! Although the climb was a bit tiring, especially 'Haohanpo' (Hero's Slope), watching the sunset from the Golden Summit made all the effort worthwhile. After hiking, I was completely exhausted by the time we got back to the city. Luckily, we picked a great hotel: the Amansen Boutique Hotel. Its location is absolutely perfect, right in the city center. A bus stop is just a short walk away, making it super convenient to get anywhere. We were too lazy to venture far in the evening, so we just explored the nearby pedestrian street and Nanzheng Street, stuffing ourselves with all sorts of snacks – no worries about finding food at all. What impressed me most was the hotel's service. We dragged our tired bodies to the front desk, and the young lady, seeing how exhausted we were, checked us in super quickly and even offered us a room upgrade. The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – I fell asleep in an instant. The next day, when we planned to go to Wugong Mountain, the front desk was super helpful and arranged a car for us, which saved us a lot of hassle. All in all, on this trip to Pingxiang, Wugong Mountain delivered the beauty, and the Amansen Hotel ensured our comfort. One amazed my eyes, and the other healed my body – this trip was totally worth it! I'll definitely stay here again next time.
