The hotel is clean and easy access. The place to improve is TV usage is not user friendly and not easy to switch to watch TV programs. In addition, my room is on 4th floor and the window is facing a wall, there is no view at all.

The ceiling is very high. I found that the advantages of the high ceiling are 1. It is quiet 2. It makes you feel comfortable. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff are very enthusiastic. Although I gave it 5 points, I have a small opinion. The small refrigerator is in the cabinet and it is not easy to dissipate heat. It causes a constant buzzing sound, which affects my sleep at night. It is quite noisy, so I unplugged the power supply. I don't know if it is a quality problem of this small refrigerator.

The room is quite large, the windows can be opened, and it is clean and hygienic. I will still choose this place when I travel to Pinghu for business in the future. The price is also reasonable, and the takeaway is delivered to the room by a robot. recommend

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt the staff's warmth, and check-in was super fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bed soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height. The bathroom facilities were complete and new, with plenty of hot water. The hotel breakfast was decent. It's a convenient 25-minute drive to Aloha Water Park, and we also visited the nearby Ruins Cafe, which was quite unique. The 2 days we stayed here were truly comfortable, and the service staff were incredibly enthusiastic. There's even table tennis and snooker on the 3rd floor! Staying in a family room with kids is really a great choice!

The room is next to Pinghu Cherry Blossom Park. The surrounding environment is very beautiful and quiet, but there are shopping malls and restaurants not far away, which is very convenient. The location is excellent, the room is large, the price does not increase much during holidays, parking is convenient, the front desk service attitude is very good, but the breakfast is relatively small and monotonous, and the tissue and toilet paper in the room are very thin. The bed is very hard, it is very comfortable to lie down and play with the phone, I am quite satisfied.

On the eve of the ***** New Year, I checked into the Pinghu Jiulongshan Manor St. Mark Hotel through Ctrip. The hotel is situated within the picturesque Jiulongshan Scenic Area, boasting a tranquil environment and fresh air. Even more surprisingly, it's only about a kilometer walk to the Waipushan Scenic Area, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. I booked a standard double room including breakfast. Upon arrival, the front desk staff thoughtfully upgraded my room to a suite with a balcony. Entering the room, I was immediately struck by its spaciousness and warm, European-style decor with soft lighting. The bathroom was equally bright and spacious, featuring a comfortable bathtub and a smart toilet – thoughtful details for older guests. Because of its proximity to Shanghai, it's perfect for a weekend getaway with family, a relaxing hike, and a seaside retreat. Overall, a very good experience, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a short escape from the city's hustle and bustle.

The bathtub in this room is incredible! After a long day at Legoland, soaking in it was pure bliss. They even provide disposable bathtub liners and toilet seat covers. It's so clean and hygienic! The hotel also thoughtfully provided earplugs, which is a fantastic detail. There's a woman at the front desk, I think she's the lobby manager, who is super beautiful and incredibly helpful. We booked a family room, and even though we had an extra person, they waived the breakfast fee. She also gave us great tips on local attractions, telling us what's worth seeing and what to avoid, which helped us dodge some potential disappointments. The room they arranged for us was also excellent. We'll definitely be back next time!
