MmaxeaThis Mid-Autumn Festival happened to be hit by a typhoon. We played with the off-road vehicles and kayaks provided by the hotel before it rained, and also swam. The water in the swimming pool was very clean and the children had a lot of fun. When the heavy rain came, we hid in the hotel to eat and drink. We also prepared a mooncake making course for the children, which improved the stay experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service is very friendly.

KKuailesiwendelangOur family traveled during the National Day holiday, booking three nights in four rooms each. Overall, the trip was excellent, with attentive service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and hygienic, with laundry facilities, dryers, and laundry detergent. There were also many other essential items in the corner of the front desk, such as hair clips, earplugs, and other small items, available for use if needed.
One minor drawback:
1. The lighting in the washroom of room 410 was too dim; a higher wattage light would likely improve the situation.
2. There was no hand soap or soap in the washbasins of any of the rooms.
3. The towels needed replacing. They appeared to be from 2019 and had frayed edges, but they were generally clean and odorless.

GGuest UserMust praise the hotel's pick-up service. Before I left, I saw that there was a pick-up service, so I asked the hotel with the mentality of giving it a try. I had to make an appointment in advance. The driver also arrived in advance. For fear of traffic jams, the chat atmosphere along the way was also very relaxed and happy. I learned that he came to pick us up after work. This sense of ”early arrival” punctuality and proactive service has filled our journey with peace of mind and pleasure from the beginning. The hotel lobby, front desk staff are polite and friendly. The check-in process was efficient and fast, and they patiently answered all my questions, with a gentle tone and a friendly attitude. The moment I opened the door was even more pleasant! The room is more spacious than expected, the layout is reasonable, there is no cramped feeling at all, and even two steps in the room, what I like most is the spacious balcony!
Of course, as the core of accommodation, clean and tidy is the bottom line, and this hotel is exemplary. Whether it is the floor, bathroom or bedding, there is no stain, and I feel relieved to step on the carpet barefoot. The laundry room on each floor greatly improved our convenience, the beds were soft and comfortable, and we had no dream until dawn, which stored up our energy for the next day's trip. In summary, from punctual pick-up, warm front desk, to spacious rooms, cozy balcony, and impeccable hygiene, every aspect of this hotel has achieved the ultimate. It is not only a resting place, but also a warm harbor during the journey. I do not hesitate to recommend it to all friends who pursue quality and detail, and next time I come back, this must be my best choice!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is absolutely fantastic! As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt the staff's warmth, and check-in was super fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bed soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height. The bathroom facilities were complete and new, with plenty of hot water. The hotel breakfast was decent. It's a convenient 25-minute drive to Aloha Water Park, and we also visited the nearby Ruins Cafe, which was quite unique. The 2 days we stayed here were truly comfortable, and the service staff were incredibly enthusiastic. There's even table tennis and snooker on the 3rd floor! Staying in a family room with kids is really a great choice!

The hotel facilities are very complete, the rooms are spacious and bright, the beds are comfortable and the hygiene conditions are also very good. The location is very convenient, there are many restaurants and shopping centers around, and the transportation is also very convenient. The breakfast was very rich, with a variety of fresh fruits, breads and drinks, which met my taste needs. The surrounding environment is very beautiful and quiet, but there are shopping malls and restaurants not far away, which is very convenient. The location is excellent, the room is large, the price does not increase much during holidays, parking is convenient, the front desk service attitude is very good, but the breakfast is relatively small and monotonous, and the tissue and toilet paper in the room are very thin. The bed is very hard, it is very comfortable to lie down and play with the phone, I am quite satisfied.
