"I called ahead to let them know my approximate arrival time. Even during the National Day holiday, checking in around 2 PM meant virtually no waiting, which was great. There was a minor hiccup, but nothing major, and the customer service manager was very polite. The hardware (facilities) are well-maintained, and both breakfast and the pool met the expected standards for this price point. Hope they keep it up!"

This season, it's filled with blooming wildflowers (though they are planted), making it perfect for a holiday, but perhaps not worth a special trip. The hotel's service and facilities still reflect Marriott's standards. The only thing I have to complain about is the restaurant – the food is expensive, not tasty, and by evening, they've run out of everything. This is clearly not the staff's fault, but all the pressure was put on the young waitress on duty. I hope the hotel takes this seriously."

"Our family traveled during the National Day holiday, booking three nights in four rooms each. Overall, the trip was excellent, with attentive service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and hygienic, with laundry facilities, dryers, and laundry detergent. There were also many other essential items in the corner of the front desk, such as hair clips, earplugs, and other small items, available for use if needed.
One minor drawback:
1. The lighting in the washroom of room 410 was too dim; a higher wattage light would likely improve the situation.
2. There was no hand soap or soap in the washbasins of any of the rooms.
3. The towels needed replacing. They appeared to be from 2019 and had frayed edges, but they were generally clean and odorless."

Although I gave it 5 points, I have a small opinion. The small refrigerator is in the cabinet and it is not easy to dissipate heat. "The bathtub in this room is incredible! After a long day at Legoland, soaking in it was pure bliss. They even provide disposable bathtub liners and toilet seat covers. It's so clean and hygienic! The hotel also thoughtfully provided earplugs, which is a fantastic detail. There's a woman at the front desk, I think she's the lobby manager, who is super beautiful and incredibly helpful. We booked a family room, and even though we had an extra person, they waived the breakfast fee. She also gave us great tips on local attractions, telling us what's worth seeing and what to avoid, which helped us dodge some potential disappointments. The room they arranged for us was also excellent. We'll definitely be back next time!"

MmaxeaThis Mid-Autumn Festival happened to be hit by a typhoon. We played with the off-road vehicles and kayaks provided by the hotel before it rained, and also swam. The water in the swimming pool was very clean and the children had a lot of fun. When the heavy rain came, we hid in the hotel to eat and drink. We also prepared a mooncake making course for the children, which improved the stay experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service is very friendly.

The room was clean and tidy, the bed soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height. The bathroom facilities were complete and new, with plenty of hot water. The hotel breakfast was decent. It's a convenient 25-minute drive to Aloha Water Park, and we also visited the nearby Ruins Cafe, which was quite unique. The 2 days we stayed here were truly comfortable, and the service staff were incredibly enthusiastic. There's even table tennis and snooker on the 3rd floor! Staying in a family room with kids is really a great choice!

The surrounding environment is very beautiful and quiet, but there are shopping malls and restaurants not far away, which is very convenient. The location is excellent, the room is large, the price does not increase much during holidays, parking is convenient, the front desk service attitude is very good, but the breakfast is relatively small and monotonous, and the tissue and toilet paper in the room are very thin. The bed is very hard, it is very comfortable to lie down and play with the phone, I am quite satisfied.
