GGuest UserI rarely choose a homestay. Although I know that many homestays are very distinctive, I prefer the management method and standards of the hotel. This time I go to Dongbixuan to have a homestay to choose from, but these two homestays have broken our stereotypes of the homestay and are very satisfied, especially the wind blows in the middle of summer! The location of the homestay is next to the net red Shijianhai. The landscape and location are in the core area. The homestay is also very well maintained, a bit like Wuzhen's hotel-style management, but more temperature. There is a free drink of Sprite Coke Fanda at the bar on the first floor. Although it is a small thing, it is quite pleasant and happy to take a can of iced Coke from the refrigerator to relieve the heat every time you go out! Another thing that is very friendly to us is that both beds are 1.5 meters big beds, the room is very big, bright and tidy! Five-star praise!

GGuest UserThis is a newly opened homestay in September this year. It is very distinctive and full of details. It is designed with care. The configuration is high standards. It is very ins style. The breakfast is very local. It is delicious. The boss is very enthusiastic and will give you travel guides. As well as the daily tide and the best time to play, we went to eat nearby and used a car to pick us up. In short, the boss and his family were all working hard to make a homestay. They were very satisfied. They also sent a souvenir before leaving. Thank you again!

AAnonymous UserI absolutely loved this small yet exquisite seaside guesthouse. The location is superb. The sea views and street scenes are incredibly photogenic. On a clear day, the sunset is absolutely stunning.
The guesthouse is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. They prepare lovely fruits and snacks for guests every day, and breakfast is served in the morning. Even the small vase on the coffee table is updated with fresh flowers daily. They pay meticulous attention to detail in everything.
Everyone at the guesthouse is incredibly welcoming. While having breakfast this morning, I chatted with the auntie for a long time. She patiently explained the surrounding area and attractions, suggested convenient ways to explore, and recommended the best places for a walk after breakfast. The receptionist was also incredibly kind. Yesterday, while waiting for my train to the high-speed rail station, I was late and had to wait a long time. She peeled pomelos for me and brought me water. She even gave me snacks to enjoy on the train.
Since I was the only guest this time, I couldn't finish all the fruit they provided each day. Not wanting to disappoint them, I took it all with me yesterday. I'll definitely go again with my friends next year; Xiying is definitely the best choice.

In addition, we are not members and wanted to check out at 2 o'clock. We were originally charged 30 yuan per hour, but after communication, there was no charge! This is consistent with the industry, and the front desk staff who understand the guests deserve praise! I hope the hotel will get better and better!

AAsenbalabalaThe B&B is located next to Xiaohao Beach, quiet and comfortable. The room by the window can directly see the beach. If the sun is good, the view should be pretty good. Unfortunately, it was cloudy when we arrived. However, if the tide happens to be low, you can borrow tools for catching the sea from the boss instead of buying them yourself.
If you want to go to Dongbi Village and Huazhu Village, the boss has electric cars and gas-burning scooters, which are very convenient for those who can ride.

Next, I came to the homestay environment and was pleasantly surprised again. It has a terrace, a mahjong machine, a laundry room, a home theater (can have KTV), and most importantly, a self-service kitchen (which can process seafood bought from the seaside. This is really so happy. I can eat it angrily. A wave of very cost-effective crabs), the B&B also has an elevator, the decoration is comfortable and considerate, and the stay experience is great 💯

GGuest UserI have to give this hotel a lot of praise! From the moment I arrived, I could feel the hotel's attentiveness. The front desk reception was so warm. It happened to be raining and cold when I arrived in Ningde, but they poured me a cup of hot water and helped me carry my luggage to the room. I have to give the staff a thumbs up. The most surprising thing was that the bed and quilt were new, soft, and super comfortable. I hadn't been able to rest on the road, and finally got a good night's sleep in the hotel. When I was struggling to decide what to eat, I found that the takeout shop was very close to the hotel, just across the street from the Wanda Plaza. I drank milk tea for two days, and there were many taro cakes. For a taro-brained person like me, it was very satisfying. I will stay here again next time.
