"Well located. Looks fancy. Dated interiors for the room and not so clean. Very expensive mini bar and instant food offered in the room. Service was cold, as the hotel front desk receptionist did not smile not greet at all. All the staff also seem to ignore me and looked indifferent. Well located beside Wanda Plaza though. If there are better choices, give this a miss."

"This hotel feels like a natural oxygen bar! It's right next to a lake, and there are so many different types of trees on the property, making the air super fresh. Every morning, I woke up to the sound of birds singing. It's perfect for those driving, as there's ample parking both above ground and in a large underground garage. Within a few minutes' drive, you can find shops and restaurants, and major shopping areas like Nanmendou are just a 10-minute drive away. The staff here are incredibly welcoming. The security guards not only help with parking but also proactively offer to assist with luggage and guide you to the lobby, which was fantastic! Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff even provided information about the swimming pool and gym without me asking. The hotel has a lovely Chinese courtyard style that's very comfortable. My room was clean and tidy, with a balcony and a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Each building has security personnel, which is a big plus. If you order takeout, it gets delivered to the first floor, and the security staff arrange for a little robot to bring it to your room – super cool! The breakfast offered a rich variety, including local rice noodles and vermicelli."

"The hotel is very close to CATL, which is very convenient for business trips. There are many types of breakfast, which suits your taste. There is also a small gym on the fourth floor, which is very convenient for working out after get off work in the evening."

"I will only give this hotel a low 3 star hotel because only one small cafe on the second floor for breakfast. Reception service is bad because not even loose money changing service is available until customer demand to see the manager for explanation then they will start to arrange some loose change for you. Housekeeping is ok. If you ask whether I will stay again, maybe not I will look for other hotel next time in Ningde."

The hotel has free parking, self-service laundry and other facilities and services, which are completely beyond the standard of the same price hotel. The staff is warm and thoughtful, check-in and check-out are very fast, and there is no extra waiting. The location is excellent, travel and shopping are convenient. Very cost-effective, really worth it, highly recommended to everyone!"

"The room was eco-friendly, completely odorless, and exceptionally quiet. Disposable toiletries were provided, and the smart home features, such as the curtains automatically closing when the lights were turned off, were a pleasant surprise. "     This hotel was an excellent choice for our short STAY in Ning De.        The staff were friendly,helpful and welcoming.The hotel was clean and well maintained.The amenities were all there:towels,soap,shampoo,toothbrushes,comb,shower cap,tea bags,water.      Restaurants of all types and tastes were within easy walking distance.     A fine choice I would readily recommend."

"I have long heard of the fame of Ningde Shanshui Hotel, and I chose this place when I came to Ningde. The transportation is particularly convenient. It is very close to many scenic spots in Ningde (Jiaocheng), such as Tashan Park, Wanda Plaza, Jinghai Building, Ningde Museum, and there are also direct buses to Ningde Railway Station. And when it arrived, I originally booked a business bed room, and upgraded to an executive bed room for free. The comfort was upgraded a lot. The buffet also has Ningde characteristics. Looking forward to coming to Ningde next time, and continuing with Shanshui Hotel. 😊"
