"Well located. Looks fancy. Dated interiors for the room and not so clean. Very expensive mini bar and instant food offered in the room. Service was cold, as the hotel front desk receptionist did not smile not greet at all. All the staff also seem to ignore me and looked indifferent. Well located beside Wanda Plaza though. If there are better choices, give this a miss."

"This hotel feels like a natural oxygen bar! It's right next to a lake, and there are so many different types of trees on the property, making the air super fresh. Every morning, I woke up to the sound of birds singing. It's perfect for those driving, as there's ample parking both above ground and in a large underground garage. Within a few minutes' drive, you can find shops and restaurants, and major shopping areas like Nanmendou are just a 10-minute drive away. The staff here are incredibly welcoming. The security guards not only help with parking but also proactively offer to assist with luggage and guide you to the lobby, which was fantastic! Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff even provided information about the swimming pool and gym without me asking. The hotel has a lovely Chinese courtyard style that's very comfortable. My room was clean and tidy, with a balcony and a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Each building has security personnel, which is a big plus. If you order takeout, it gets delivered to the first floor, and the security staff arrange for a little robot to bring it to your room – super cool! The breakfast offered a rich variety, including local rice noodles and vermicelli."

"Hotel was new, clean and service was good. The room is good-sized, and considered large for single occupancy. Check-in and out were quite seamless. There are not many restaurants around the hotel, so one may need to travel out to dine, or choose one of those around there. Highly Recommended!"

"Traveling with my spouse during the off-season, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a spacious family room featuring a large bed and a smaller one. The room was equipped with smart controls, and the bedding was comfortable and clean. Service was excellent, with hot water, air conditioning, and self-service laundry and drying facilities all readily available. The public parking lot nearby offered free parking for guests, which was very convenient. While breakfast was a bit basic, it was sufficient. Overall, a satisfying experience for travelers on the go."

"The room was eco-friendly, completely odorless, and exceptionally quiet. Disposable toiletries were provided, and the smart home features, such as the curtains automatically closing when the lights were turned off, were a pleasant surprise. "I have long heard of the fame of Ningde Shanshui Hotel, and I chose this place when I came to Ningde. The transportation is particularly convenient. It is very close to many scenic spots in Ningde (Jiaocheng), such as Tashan Park, Wanda Plaza, Jinghai Building, Ningde Museum, and there are also direct buses to Ningde Railway Station. And when it arrived, I originally booked a business bed room, and upgraded to an executive bed room for free. The comfort was upgraded a lot. The buffet also has Ningde characteristics. Looking forward to coming to Ningde next time, and continuing with Shanshui Hotel. 😊"
