"This hotel feels like a natural oxygen bar! It's right next to a lake, and there are so many different types of trees on the property, making the air super fresh. Every morning, I woke up to the sound of birds singing. It's perfect for those driving, as there's ample parking both above ground and in a large underground garage. Within a few minutes' drive, you can find shops and restaurants, and major shopping areas like Nanmendou are just a 10-minute drive away. The staff here are incredibly welcoming. The security guards not only help with parking but also proactively offer to assist with luggage and guide you to the lobby, which was fantastic! Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff even provided information about the swimming pool and gym without me asking. The hotel has a lovely Chinese courtyard style that's very comfortable. My room was clean and tidy, with a balcony and a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Each building has security personnel, which is a big plus. If you order takeout, it gets delivered to the first floor, and the security staff arrange for a little robot to bring it to your room – super cool! The breakfast offered a rich variety, including local rice noodles and vermicelli."

"Well located. Looks fancy. Dated interiors for the room and not so clean. Very expensive mini bar and instant food offered in the room. Service was cold, as the hotel front desk receptionist did not smile not greet at all. All the staff also seem to ignore me and looked indifferent. Well located beside Wanda Plaza though. If there are better choices, give this a miss."

"The hotel is brand new. The water pressure was excellent, even on higher floors – a definite plus! They also have a spacious underground parking garage, and parking is free; once you're checked in, you can come and go as you please. Food delivery is even handled by robots. There are many shops and businesses nearby, which is very convenient. The laundry facilities are handy, but the dryer is just okay; it's fine for quick-dry clothes but not effective for cotton items. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Ningde."

This time I go to Dongbixuan to have a homestay to choose from, but these two homestays have broken our stereotypes of the homestay and are very satisfied, especially the wind blows in the middle of summer! The location of the homestay is next to the net red Shijianhai. The landscape and location are in the core area. The homestay is also very well maintained, a bit like Wuzhen's hotel-style management, but more temperature. There is a free drink of Sprite Coke Fanda at the bar on the first floor. Although it is a small thing, it is quite pleasant and happy to take a can of iced Coke from the refrigerator to relieve the heat every time you go out! Another thing that is very friendly to us is that both beds are 1.5 meters big beds, the room is very big, bright and tidy! Five-star praise!

Unfortunately, it was cloudy when we arrived. However, if the tide happens to be low, you can borrow tools for catching the sea from the boss instead of buying them yourself.
If you want to go to Dongbi Village and Huazhu Village, the boss has electric cars and gas-burning scooters, which are very convenient for those who can ride.

In addition, we are not members and wanted to check out at 2 o'clock. We were originally charged 30 yuan per hour, but after communication, there was no charge! GGuest UserThis is a newly opened homestay in September this year. It is very distinctive and full of details. It is designed with care. The configuration is high standards. It is very ins style. The breakfast is very local. It is delicious. The boss is very enthusiastic and will give you travel guides. As well as the daily tide and the best time to play, we went to eat nearby and used a car to pick us up. In short, the boss and his family were all working hard to make a homestay. They were very satisfied. They also sent a souvenir before leaving. Thank you again!

I would like to compliment the following staff Bella, Cara, Susan and Betty for their excellent service delivery and attentiveness to customer during my recent visit in June. AAnonymous UserI absolutely loved this small yet exquisite seaside guesthouse. The location is superb. The sea views and street scenes are incredibly photogenic. On a clear day, the sunset is absolutely stunning.
The guesthouse is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. They prepare lovely fruits and snacks for guests every day, and breakfast is served in the morning. Even the small vase on the coffee table is updated with fresh flowers daily. They pay meticulous attention to detail in everything.
Everyone at the guesthouse is incredibly welcoming. While having breakfast this morning, I chatted with the auntie for a long time. She patiently explained the surrounding area and attractions, suggested convenient ways to explore, and recommended the best places for a walk after breakfast. The receptionist was also incredibly kind. Yesterday, while waiting for my train to the high-speed rail station, I was late and had to wait a long time. She peeled pomelos for me and brought me water. She even gave me snacks to enjoy on the train.
Since I was the only guest this time, I couldn't finish all the fruit they provided each day. Not wanting to disappoint them, I took it all with me yesterday. I'll definitely go again with my friends next year; Xiying is definitely the best choice.

GGuest UserMy friends and I loved our stay here! The room was clean and well equipped with a big window, though the view wasn’t scenic like the pictures appear. The shower was great with lots of hooks, and a little laundry basket beside. Only issue is the toilet is electric and a little loud when used at night. The beds were incredibly comfy!
The hostess was friendly and sent us recommended routes and restaurants, plus sent me a video showing me where to find the car charging station.
Breakfast was simple eggs, soup, youtiao, siu mai, and corn milk. The downstairs dining are is lovely and cosy and we spent a few evenings relaxing downstairs.
It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to Dongbi Village for an amazing dinner with a view, but close to the toll booth leading to the main roads if you want to head south or north to Taimu Shan or the peninsula beaches.

Environment: You can see that the hotel's initial remote location is actually its swimming pool, but if you want to take pictures of people, it is recommended to take pictures in the check-in lobby. WWantongThe hotel is very close to Taimushan Bus Station, just a short walk away. It only costs about ten yuan to take a taxi from the high-speed rail station, which is very convenient. (I had to take the early high-speed train in the morning, so I specifically booked a hotel in the town. After a long time of selection, Liansheng was a very cost-effective choice).
The room is large, with standard equipment and spacious bathroom facilities. The towels were very thick, and the shower water volume was not large. Maybe a group of guests had just checked in, which affected the water volume, but the water temperature was high and it didn't seem to be affected. There were no disposable slippers in the room, but I was prepared and did not ask the front desk.
The bathroom is equipped with a retractable mirror for makeup and a rattan basket for used towels (usually only available in four-star hotels), which surprised me.
The front desk staff are very friendly. The attitude of domestic service industry staff has changed a lot. I have stayed in dozens of hotels in the past six months. The attitude of the service staff (whether front desk or cleaning and maintenance staff) is very friendly. It is different from what it was 20 or 30 years ago. Not quite the same. This is very worthy of recognition.
