"First time in Ningde, and the hotel upgraded me to a lake view room. I could enjoy beautiful scenery from both the room's balcony and the bathroom window. Just a few steps out of the hotel, and you're on the lakeside boardwalk – if you have time, you can even catch a gorgeous sunset. "Traveling with my spouse during the off-season, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a spacious family room featuring a large bed and a smaller one. The room was equipped with smart controls, and the bedding was comfortable and clean. Service was excellent, with hot water, air conditioning, and self-service laundry and drying facilities all readily available. The public parking lot nearby offered free parking for guests, which was very convenient. While breakfast was a bit basic, it was sufficient. "Arrived at this Ningde hotel on the fourth night of the ***** New Year. It's located in the new district, near the CATL industrial park.
**Facilities:** Excellent. They have everything, including washing machines and fitness equipment.
**Cleanliness:** I'd give it a 70 out of 100. The room's details could definitely be improved.
**Environment:** There's a nice lake nearby, great for a stroll. It's quite a distance from the city center, about 12km, which takes at least 25 minutes by car.

"The room was clean and tidy, and the service was warm and welcoming. My travel plans changed, and the hotel kindly extended my check-out by an hour free of charge, which was incredibly helpful for a business traveler like me. The hotel has just been renovated, so all the facilities and equipment are brand new. The room even has an Xioadu smart assistant for controls. It's also very close to Ningde Station, about a 20-minute taxi ride, and there's a bus stop right next to the hotel. Being in the city center makes it super convenient to get around. Plus, they have robots for deliveries, which is a nice touch!"

"The hotel is brand new. The water pressure was excellent, even on higher floors – a definite plus! They also have a spacious underground parking garage, and parking is free; once you're checked in, you can come and go as you please. Food delivery is even handled by robots. There are many shops and businesses nearby, which is very convenient. The laundry facilities are handy, but the dryer is just okay; it's fine for quick-dry clothes but not effective for cotton items. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Ningde."

GGuest UserIt was my second time staying there. The taxi people didn’t want to take me so I ended up walking there from the station. It will take you 40 minutes to walk but it is downhill. Obviously it is better to take a taxi . But if you walk, exit the station and follow the road down to the bottom of the hill. Ignore the first turning and carry on to the next one. Turn left and walk to the end and turn left again. There is a row of five big building and the hotel is the last one. Very visible. The rooms are very nice with charging points next to the bed. Shower and toilet are excellent. The mattresses are VERY comfortable here. Room equipped with everything for showering, hair and teeth. Buffet breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of foods. This time they gave me a Japanese themed room. I am 65 and not supple. So not practical for going to the loo. It is not the hotels fault so make sure you ask for a normal bed height if you are not used to sleeping close to the floor. The hotel is far from Fu’an itself, but a great place to stay if taking the train. As hotels go? Excellent

GGuest UserI rarely choose a homestay. Although I know that many homestays are very distinctive, I prefer the management method and standards of the hotel. This time I go to Dongbixuan to have a homestay to choose from, but these two homestays have broken our stereotypes of the homestay and are very satisfied, especially the wind blows in the middle of summer! The location of the homestay is next to the net red Shijianhai. The landscape and location are in the core area. The homestay is also very well maintained, a bit like Wuzhen's hotel-style management, but more temperature. There is a free drink of Sprite Coke Fanda at the bar on the first floor. Although it is a small thing, it is quite pleasant and happy to take a can of iced Coke from the refrigerator to relieve the heat every time you go out! Another thing that is very friendly to us is that both beds are 1.5 meters big beds, the room is very big, bright and tidy! Five-star praise!

Hygienic: Super clean is cleaned by the owner of the homestay, the corners are cleaned and bright, and the bathroom is designed for dry and wet separation.
Environment: The best location to watch the sunset in Dongbi Village, foraging for food around and buying small items is super convenient. It takes only a few minutes to drive to the town
Service: The owner of the hotel will take the initiative and enthusiasm to add WeChat, reserve a parking space in advance, answer all questions, and take the initiative to inform the delicious and fun.
The manager of the whole homestay is very warm and friendly, I hope I can visit again next time.

AAsenbalabalaThe B&B is located next to Xiaohao Beach, quiet and comfortable. The room by the window can directly see the beach. If the sun is good, the view should be pretty good. Unfortunately, it was cloudy when we arrived. However, if the tide happens to be low, you can borrow tools for catching the sea from the boss instead of buying them yourself.
If you want to go to Dongbi Village and Huazhu Village, the boss has electric cars and gas-burning scooters, which are very convenient for those who can ride.

GGuest UserThis is a newly opened homestay in September this year. It is very distinctive and full of details. It is designed with care. The configuration is high standards. It is very ins style. The breakfast is very local. It is delicious. The boss is very enthusiastic and will give you travel guides. As well as the daily tide and the best time to play, we went to eat nearby and used a car to pick us up. In short, the boss and his family were all working hard to make a homestay. They were very satisfied. They also sent a souvenir before leaving. Thank you again!

TTango 2023I have stayed at this hotel when I visited Fu’an for the past three trips. The excellent service provided their staff are friendly and welcoming. I would like to compliment the following staff Bella, Cara, Susan and Betty for their excellent service delivery and attentiveness to customer during my recent visit in June. They helped me start my day with a hearty breakfast and warm greetings.

AAnonymous UserI absolutely loved this small yet exquisite seaside guesthouse. The location is superb. The sea views and street scenes are incredibly photogenic. On a clear day, the sunset is absolutely stunning.
The guesthouse is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. They prepare lovely fruits and snacks for guests every day, and breakfast is served in the morning. Even the small vase on the coffee table is updated with fresh flowers daily. They pay meticulous attention to detail in everything.
Everyone at the guesthouse is incredibly welcoming. While having breakfast this morning, I chatted with the auntie for a long time. She patiently explained the surrounding area and attractions, suggested convenient ways to explore, and recommended the best places for a walk after breakfast. The receptionist was also incredibly kind. Yesterday, while waiting for my train to the high-speed rail station, I was late and had to wait a long time. She peeled pomelos for me and brought me water. She even gave me snacks to enjoy on the train.
Since I was the only guest this time, I couldn't finish all the fruit they provided each day. Not wanting to disappoint them, I took it all with me yesterday. I'll definitely go again with my friends next year; Xiying is definitely the best choice.

Hhxc390301The landlord is proactive and enthusiastic, with a good service attitude. The room is clean, tidy, comfortable, and warm. The rooftop is where you can wash clothes and play mahjong. There is also a viewing platform where you can see the sea view from a distance. We travel by car, which provides us with the best photo tour route.
