The breakfast was plentiful, offering a mix of local specialties and Western-style light meals. The guesthouse itself was quiet and private, away from the hustle and bustle, perfect for relaxing. Yet, it was also very convenient for visiting attractions like Sansha and Dongbi Village for sightseeing. The owner was very welcoming and the service was attentive, from helping with luggage to delivering drinks to the room. I especially loved relaxing by the pool, watching the clouds and the sunset – it was incredibly peaceful and calming.

I usually steer clear of guesthouses, preferring the standardized management of hotels, even though I know many boast unique charm. However, on this trip to Dongbi, where guesthouses were the only option, both establishments, especially Fengchui Banxia, completely overturned my preconceived notions – I was thoroughly impressed! The guesthouse is situated right next to the popular Shijianhai, making its views and location absolutely prime. It's also exceptionally well-maintained, feeling a bit like the hotel-style management you'd find in Wuzhen, but with a much warmer, more personal touch. On the first-floor bar, there's a complimentary selection of Sprite, Coke, and Fanta. While it's a small detail, returning from a day out and being able to grab an ice-cold can from the fridge to beat the heat is incredibly pleasant and satisfying! Another thoughtful detail for us was that both beds were spacious 1.5-meter doubles. The room itself was large, bright, and impeccably clean! Five stars!

Every space was equipped with central air conditioning, a soft-lit vanity mirror ideal for getting ready in comfort, and high-quality branded mattresses that offered the ultimate sleeping experience. It was clear that the management had put great thought into ensuring guests' maximum comfort and relaxation. One of the standout features for me was the tea house. Being able to sip on freshly brewed tea while looking out over the sea was a simple yet luxurious pleasure. Whether it was watching the sun dip below the horizon in the evening or enjoying a peaceful morning with the golden sunrise, the views were always stunning. This property truly offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature and unwind in style. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel makes no compromises when it comes to hospitality. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile and helpful suggestion. The location was also ideal—close enough to local attractions and amenities, yet secluded enough to offer peace and quiet. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It’s more than just a place to stay—it's a destination where comfort, beauty, and warm service come together to create unforgettable memories. If you’re looking for a place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the natural beauty of the coast, this is the perfect choice. My stay here was nothing short of exceptional, and I can’t wait to return.

I was lucky to live in Chihiro because their service allowed us to stay for another day 👉 Room: We set up the Sky City and thought about bringing the baby to live more comfortably. There are two 1.5 meters of beds. The sea view of the large floor-to-ceiling glass in the room is really great. In addition to the commonly used disposable toiletries, the room also provides disposable bathtub bags and disposable toilet pads. ❤️ Service: Focus! ! ! The bosses here are very enthusiastic and talkative. They will start to inform the check-in guide before they check in. After they come to the hotel, they will help plan the island itinerary. See how you choose. In addition to the world, Zelda Beibei Island, there are actually many fun things to take us to the sea. Sea fishing to the back mountain to help take pictures. It’s because of the introduction of the owner of the hotel. We chose to stay for one more day and feel Beibei slowly. So we won’t rush to punch in and ignore the experience. The children are also very happy. 👉 Facilities: Bring your own terrace, cafe (day coffee and night wine), chess and card room, tea room, all the entertainment you want 👉 Location: The first one on the shuttle bus is that I didn’t see the homestay at a glance. Don’t worry. You will see a different scenery after walking through a small road. It’s so pleasant to see the sea here~

Location is perfect, the free use of the e-bike enabled me to venture out and discover the wonders of the area. Sunrise welcomed me, I was totally delighted by the beautiful scenery of the wider area. There is a small shore near by and they provide beach clam hunting tools, also great activity for travelling families. The family room I stayed in is very spacious with a view overlooking the veggie gardens and the Bay. Clean, crisp and comfy. The host is the bees knees! she is extra attentive and ensures your stay is exceptional. Breakfast is delicious(seafood noodles), and the food available to order at a nearby seafood restaurant is great! I was craving fruit and chocolate the evening I arrived, next minute a fruit/food truck showed up at the hotel. Everything is basically at your doorstep. It was a magical holistic experience. Come and open your mind to the infinite possibilities✨I recommend to stay atleast 3-4 days to enjoy the surrounding areas aswell, mauri ora!

This is a newly opened homestay in September this year. It is very distinctive and full of details. It is designed with care. The configuration is high standards. It is very ins style. The breakfast is very local. It is delicious. The boss is very enthusiastic and will give you travel guides. As well as the daily tide and the best time to play, we went to eat nearby and used a car to pick us up. In short, the boss and his family were all working hard to make a homestay. They were very satisfied. They also sent a souvenir before leaving. Thank you again!

The room location is excellent. It's in the commercial heart of Dongbi Village (right next to the village committee), with seafood stalls just across the street, making dining super convenient. Plus, it's a first-row beachfront property, offering the best views of the sea and sunset. The guesthouse itself is a bit old but reasonably well-maintained. The best part is the room with double floor-to-ceiling windows – absolutely stunning for photos! It would be even more perfect if it wasn't a tatami bed, though. See pictures below!

My friends and I loved our stay here! The room was clean and well equipped with a big window, though the view wasn’t scenic like the pictures appear. The shower was great with lots of hooks, and a little laundry basket beside. Only issue is the toilet is electric and a little loud when used at night. The beds were incredibly comfy! The hostess was friendly and sent us recommended routes and restaurants, plus sent me a video showing me where to find the car charging station. Breakfast was simple eggs, soup, youtiao, siu mai, and corn milk. The downstairs dining are is lovely and cosy and we spent a few evenings relaxing downstairs. It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to Dongbi Village for an amazing dinner with a view, but close to the toll booth leading to the main roads if you want to head south or north to Taimu Shan or the peninsula beaches.

避開了到處都是人人從從眾眾的十一，來嵛山島玩簡直寶藏海島🏝️ 第二次來嵛山島了，上次來的時候環島路還沒修好，一直覺得有點遺憾，這次就是專門衝著它來的！ 果然沒讓我失望！民宿服務還是那麼熱情温馨，讓人感覺像回島上親戚家一樣。這次可算騎上民宿的小黃車🏍️去環島路了，沿着海邊一路開，風景超讚，看到了日落🌇，海風吹着特別舒服，這才是度假該有的感覺嘛～ 房間還是跟記憶裏一樣乾淨，住着安心。 嵛島皮皮蝦跟菜市場口感完全不！一！樣！它是鮮甜的！當然還點了我心心念唸的紫菜餅，太滿足了！ 總之，這趟回來得很值，如果説有什麼小遺憾，就是島上的移動網絡在部分路段信號不太穩定，不過這才能讓我們注意到眼前的風景嘛～

First of all, I must thank our housekeeper, Ms. Xiaoli, for saving my life! I accidentally choked on a fishbone while eating breakfast, and Ms. Xiaoli incredibly quickly and surgically removed it with tweezers. Thank you so much!! 🙏🙏🙏 Now, let's talk about the rooms. We stayed for two nights. The first night we stayed at Shuiyuan Huaxin, and the second night we were upgraded to Chunmei. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable, with sophisticated and stylish decor. Chunmei is much, much larger, with a loft layout, large floor-to-ceiling windows, a large bathtub, and a projector. You can see the sunset beautifully from inside, making it perfect for lounging all day. However, Shuiyuan Courtyard is probably one of the best outdoor viewing spots, with a private pool, tea room, and a balcony with a fireplace and a long table. The housekeepers were fantastic, a group of cheerful young people who were incredibly helpful and responsive to almost every request. They helped with everything from carrying our luggage and arranging check-in in advance to providing baseboard heaters when the weather got colder, delivering sweet soup every night, and even bringing laundry and a dryer for us. They also brought our drinks and food from the Chinese and Western restaurants to our room – very thoughtful. The food at the restaurants was delicious! After comparing several options, we preferred this place. This New Year's Eve was primarily a vacation, so we wanted to choose a place that was comfortable and relaxing in every way. Shijianhai met almost all our needs. For a lively, large group, Shuiyuan is a good choice; for a smaller, more relaxing group, Chunmei is recommended.
