We had an unforgettable stay at Hailuogou Lanshan Baiyunli Hot Spring Homestay! Nestled in the clouds, this remote hotel was a perfect escape into nature. The hotel's main common area was a fantastic space for family fun, featuring foosball, air hockey, books, a telescope, a guitar, and board games that kept our kids entertained. The natural hot springs were a great way to unwind after a day of adventure. Our spacious room comfortably accommodated our family of four, and the amazing owner made our experience truly special. He spent a day with us, showing us locajl gems like the red rocks riverbed, a stunning 4000m peak, and a beautiful lake. We also explored Mt. Gongga and Hailougou Glacier, where the clouds parted just for us to reveal its breathtaking beauty. I highly recommend this homestay for adventurous families looking to experience China’s natural beauty. A truly memorable getaway!

Facilities: Had absolutely everything we needed. Cleanliness: Spotless and well beyond expectations. Environment: From the outdoor areas to the interior, there was genuinely nothing to fault. Service: Truly made us feel at home. It's rare for me to take the time to write a review, but this guesthouse truly deserves one. I felt it would be a disservice to the owner's dedicated efforts if more travelers didn't get to experience such a wonderful place. The price is very reasonable, and the quality is absolutely top-notch.

I would call it the best guesthouse I've ever stayed at; the experience was exceptionally good. The guesthouse environment is elegant and tranquil, with an artistic atmosphere in the courtyard. Surrounded by lush greenery, it's incredibly peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The staff are warm and attentive, meticulous and considerate, responding promptly to any needs. The hot pot dinner was particularly amazing; the broth was rich and flavorful, the ingredients fresh and delicious, and it was incredibly comforting. Overall, the stay was comfortable and pleasant, and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location, the highest point in the town, with a wide view. The biggest surprise is that in the morning, you can clearly see the sunrise over Jinshan Mountain. The room is modernly decorated and clean. The boss is very nice and is very helpful when needed. The breakfast is also delicious. We stayed another night after returning from Hailuogou. I have recommended it to a friend who is coming to visit soon.

As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I felt the enthusiasm of the boss, the check-in procedure was also very fast, and there was a cute dog. The facilities in the room are all available, TV, air conditioning and other electrical appliances are working well, and the hot water supply is sufficient, and you can take a hot bath at any time. They provide high-quality items like a premium electric kettle, a well-known brand hairdryer, and good-tasting drinking water. Plus, free sparkling water and other beverages – excellent! 2. There are multiple USB-C charging ports, which is perfect for today's electronic devices. 3. The bedding is comfortable, soft, and supportive. Some minor regrets: 1. We didn't get to see much of the 'golden mountain in the sunrise' view, likely due to the geographical location. 2. There aren't many picturesque spots for photos or Instagram, and no iconic environments that could be used for promotion. Perhaps offering some small souvenirs could encourage repeat business and add value.

Large floor-to-ceiling windows and natural wood furnishings offer excellent views and a wonderful atmosphere. We originally booked a twin room, but the owner, considering we have two children, thoughtfully upgraded us to a spacious and comfortable family room free of charge – a very kind gesture. The room was clean and hygienic, with meticulous attention to detail and complete amenities, providing a great stay. The staff were attentive, responsive, and friendly throughout. The hotel boasts a prime location, nestled against green mountains in a tranquil and peaceful environment, making it convenient for sightseeing and perfect for a relaxing break during a road trip through Western Sichuan. There's even a private hot spring outside the rooms, which the kids enjoyed – nice, nice! The overall experience exceeded our expectations, combining aesthetics, comfort, and warmth. I highly recommend the Shanshui Hot Spring Hotel! After checking in, I found the mountain views and hot springs to be a perfect match. The rooms are spacious, well-laid out, and offer fantastic views. Sitting by the window, you can enjoy panoramic views of the rolling mountains. During the day, you can see the vibrant autumn colors, and in the evening, the sunset casts its glow on the mountain peaks – every snapshot is a beautiful scene. The hotel's hot springs are a huge bonus. Of all the hot springs I've seen, the courtyard hot spring pools are exceptionally elegant, with excellent mountain views. Soaking in the hot springs, breathing in the fresh mountain air, and listening to the wind rustling through the leaves is pure relaxation.

The room was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The bedding was comfortable, the pillows were the right height, the soundproofing was good, and toiletries were provided. Many of the hot spring pools were open, and soaking in them was very relaxing. The front desk staff were warm and friendly.
