Soaking in the private sulfur hot spring, one can gaze up at the sunset over the snow-capped mountains. The owner, warm and welcoming, prepared exquisite tea and snacks, and guided us around the guesthouse, explaining its ingenious design. Already immersed in a picturesque scene, we decided to forgo our original plan to visit Hailuogou and enjoy a few more moments of tranquility.

Facilities: Had absolutely everything we needed. Cleanliness: Spotless and well beyond expectations. Environment: From the outdoor areas to the interior, there was genuinely nothing to fault. Service: Truly made us feel at home. It's rare for me to take the time to write a review, but this guesthouse truly deserves one. I felt it would be a disservice to the owner's dedicated efforts if more travelers didn't get to experience such a wonderful place. The price is very reasonable, and the quality is absolutely top-notch.

This hotel is the best hotel to see Gongga Snow Mountain. You can see it through the big glass window in the room, or even lying on the bed or the bay window. The overall environment is very nice, with a Chinese garden style design. The sulfur hot spring is a major highlight, and the private bath is quite comfortable, with good privacy protection. The room isn't very big, but it's clean and hygienic – these are all positives! However, the balcony door couldn't be locked. When the butler first introduced the room, they said it could be locked and even reminded us to lock it before sleeping. It's clear the butler didn't realize the door was broken. So, when we were getting ready for bed, we spent a long time trying to lock it, but couldn't. We had to contact the hotel for help. Eventually, someone from the front desk came up, studied it for a long time, and then told us the door couldn't be locked. Since we are all women, we were a bit scared and had to prop a chair against the door. I suggest putting the front desk contact information in the room. We only added the butler's WeChat, but the butler was off duty by 11 PM, and we couldn't reach them via WeChat. We had to call the butler to ask them to contact the front desk for us. Additionally, there was an issue with the sink; it wouldn't drain. There were supposed to be two sinks, but we could only use one in the end. Given the high price, I suggest they improve their hardware facilities or check them before guests check in and fix any issues beforehand. Otherwise, it leaves a bad impression and makes you feel like you didn't get your money's worth.

We were really lucky on this trip to Hailuogou! There was a lot of snow on the mountain, and we were extremely satisfied with the hotel we booked. Seeing that I had two children with me, and considering how difficult it is to book during the holidays, they even provided toiletries for the kids.
