Although the mountain temperature was low, the underfloor heating in the rooms was incredibly effective, keeping everything warm and cozy. The entire stay was impeccable, from the welcome fruit, snacks, and drinks in the refrigerator to the thoughtful evening dessert – every detail was meticulously attended to. A special mention goes to the hot yak hot pot we ordered at the restaurant; the variety of vegetables was abundant, and the warmth after the meal was incredibly comforting. Here, time seemed to slow down, allowing me to simply savor this rare tranquility and comfort.

When the butler first introduced the room, they said it could be locked and even reminded us to lock it before sleeping. It's clear the butler didn't realize the door was broken. So, when we were getting ready for bed, we spent a long time trying to lock it, but couldn't. We had to contact the hotel for help. Eventually, someone from the front desk came up, studied it for a long time, and then told us the door couldn't be locked. Since we are all women, we were a bit scared and had to prop a chair against the door. I suggest putting the front desk contact information in the room. We only added the butler's WeChat, but the butler was off duty by 11 PM, and we couldn't reach them via WeChat. We had to call the butler to ask them to contact the front desk for us. Additionally, there was an issue with the sink; it wouldn't drain. There were supposed to be two sinks, but we could only use one in the end. Given the high price, I suggest they improve their hardware facilities or check them before guests check in and fix any issues beforehand. Otherwise, it leaves a bad impression and makes you feel like you didn't get your money's worth.

The yak hotpot in the restaurant was delicious, and the roasted chicken was very fragrant too! They also provided complimentary fruit and goodnight milk – so thoughtful! 👍🏻 Waking up to see the 'golden mountains under the morning sun' was truly amazing! It was a great decision to choose Camp 3 for our stay. We woke up, had a soak, ate breakfast, and then directly took the bus up to the cable car. It was so convenient, especially traveling with kids!

We could go straight back to our room afterward without worrying about catching a cold. The room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful mountain views from the window. Overall, we loved it.
