"Our overall experience during this stay was excellent, definitely the kind of place I'd be happy to return to.
The front desk staff was incredibly professional and practical. When we arrived, she thoroughly broke down how to best experience Hailuogou: what time was ideal to enter the scenic area, the most efficient route to avoid backtracking, which spots were worth stopping at, and important tips regarding weather and physical exertion. Her advice wasn't generic; it was actionable information that we could directly apply to our itinerary, truly helping us avoid unnecessary detours.
She also recommended several dining options, and the two we tried were both very reliable—no bad experiences at all, which is super important for out-of-town visitors.
She even helped coordinate our evening hot spring visit, arranging the timing perfectly. Soaking after a day of hiking was incredibly restorative, and we weren't tired at all for our activities the next day.
The hotel itself was clean and quiet, so the basics were definitely covered. But the real value came from that feeling of having someone help you smooth out your itinerary; it made our entire Hailuogou experience so much smoother and stress-free."

Kids will love the trampoline, seesaw, mini slide, and swings. It would be perfect if the guesthouse offered its own dining options, as the breakfast set was very basic and quite ordinary. The facilities meet holiday standards, but the dining really falls short, which is a minor disappointment. The staff, however, are numerous, very helpful, and always smiling. They even proactively upgraded our room when there was availability. When we asked for two extra bottles of water, they brought us a whole case. We were very satisfied!"

"Highly recommend this place, it offers great value for money. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and helpful; any requests were quickly resolved via WeChat. They even prepared fruit and snacks for us when we returned in the evening. There's a dedicated photo spot on the rooftop where you can see the snowy mountains of the scenic area, including the stunning 'Golden Mountain in the Sunlight' phenomenon. Some rooms even offer direct views of the snow-capped peaks.
The accommodation itself is very quiet and clean, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows create a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. All the facilities, like the bathroom fixtures and toiletries, are brand new. You can enjoy a hot spring bath right in your room (they provide disposable tub liners) or in the courtyard downstairs.
The hotel is about an 800-meter walk from the scenic area's visitor center, and you'll pass by the Red Army Memorial Hall on the way. There are plenty of good restaurants just a few steps away downstairs, and the hotel itself also offers convenient dining options.
We spent three days hiking and climbing in Hailuogou, so it was wonderful to come back here and get some good rest."

🏠 Room: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 The bedding is of very high quality, making for a very comfortable sleep. The room is also well-insulated, ensuring a quiet night.
🍲 Dining: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 The guesthouse offers a plentiful breakfast, including porridge, side dishes, bread, and eggs, all freshly made and delicious. If you inform the owner in advance, they can also provide lunch and dinner.
🧖♀️ Hot Spring: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The hot spring is one of the highlights of this guesthouse. The hot spring pool is conveniently located in the courtyard. Soaking in the hot springs with snow-capped mountains in sight is an absolutely wonderful experience! The water quality is excellent, with a slightly rotten egg smell. Service: Truly made us feel at home.
It's rare for me to take the time to write a review, but this guesthouse truly deserves one. I felt it would be a disservice to the owner's dedicated efforts if more travelers didn't get to experience such a wonderful place. The price is very reasonable, and the quality is absolutely top-notch.

The hotel rooms were exquisitely, simply, and comfortably decorated. The two courtyards within the hotel were thoughtfully designed with lush greenery, making us feel like we were in Japan. Only after checking in did we learn that it belonged to the owners of Chengdu Shuxia Hotel. After all, I knew that these shareholders were originally designers. Crucially, the staff were all highly professional. When one of our team members forgot their medicine and charger in their room, the staff made two trips to deliver them to Moxi Town. Everyone felt the hotel was very attentive – a big thumbs up! 👍 Facilities: Modern beyond compare.

The hotel facilities are very new, the bedding is very clean, the location is very good, very convenient, and it is only a few minutes walk from the tourist center. The boss is very enthusiastic, the breakfast is delicious, the porridge, the flower roll is also the best I have ever eaten, and some small dishes. In short, the breakfast is very comfortable. Guest UserOverall, it was okay, but not worth the price. You can tell they're trying to be a five-star hotel, but the facilities are still a bit lacking.
The overall environment is very nice, with a Chinese garden style design. The sulfur hot spring is a major highlight, and the private bath is quite comfortable, with good privacy protection. The room isn't very big, but it's clean and hygienic – these are all positives!
However, the balcony door couldn't be locked. When the butler first introduced the room, they said it could be locked and even reminded us to lock it before sleeping. It's clear the butler didn't realize the door was broken. So, when we were getting ready for bed, we spent a long time trying to lock it, but couldn't. We had to contact the hotel for help. Eventually, someone from the front desk came up, studied it for a long time, and then told us the door couldn't be locked. Since we are all women, we were a bit scared and had to prop a chair against the door.
I suggest putting the front desk contact information in the room. We only added the butler's WeChat, but the butler was off duty by 11 PM, and we couldn't reach them via WeChat. We had to call the butler to ask them to contact the front desk for us.
Additionally, there was an issue with the sink; it wouldn't drain. There were supposed to be two sinks, but we could only use one in the end.
Given the high price, I suggest they improve their hardware facilities or check them before guests check in and fix any issues beforehand. Otherwise, it leaves a bad impression and makes you feel like you didn't get your money's worth.

Snow Mountain Living Room | Collecting Stars and Morning Light Amidst the Scent of Wood** When the golden morning light of Gongga Snow Mountain bathed the entire beechwood floor, I finally understood what it meant to ”live amidst scenery”! Qingyi Mountain Residence takes natural aesthetics to the extreme—the solid wood ceiling extends into a 270° viewing window, the tatami tea room is equipped with a complete set of Ru kiln tea utensils, and in the morning, brewing tea while listening to the tinkling of wind chimes on the eaves, one feels as if they have become a hermit of the snow mountain. The service details are comparable to Haidilao in the homestay world! Breakfast is a mountain-style brunch: the plateau eggs are as smooth as pudding, and the freshly baked barley omelet tastes of sunshine. A boon for those driving is the huge parking lot + free car wash service, and electric car charging stations can be booked. The most amazing thing is the starry sky library! A whole wall of floor-to-ceiling windows reflects the snow mountain, and flipping through ”Chinese National Geography” while watching shooting stars streak across the peaks, I finally understood the true meaning of ”poetry and distant places.” Next time I'll bring my parents to the private hot spring room. A life spent enjoying a stone sauna under the snow-capped mountains—that's what true healing feels like!

Guest UserWe were really lucky on this trip to Hailuogou! There was a lot of snow on the mountain, and we were extremely satisfied with the hotel we booked. The surrounding environment was very pleasant, the hot spring water temperature was perfect, and our whole family was very happy. Crucially, we also saw the sunrise over the mountains from the hotel, which was absolutely beautiful. The hotel owner was also very warm and generous; we had yak meat hot pot, which I highly recommend. Plus, soaking in the outdoor hot spring in winter was so relaxing! We could go straight back to our room afterward without worrying about catching a cold. The room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful mountain views from the window. Overall, we loved it. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Seeing that I had two children with me, and considering how difficult it is to book during the holidays, they even provided toiletries for the kids. 王It should be the best hotel in geography. The closest to the pick-up point, you can directly see the panoramic view of Gongga Mountain and the large glacier indoors. This is the third time I have stayed. In the morning, you can see many snow peaks on the right on the top of the building, and you can see Jinshan in full sunshine. You can see the whole of Gongga Mountain's sunny Jinshan window room. There are many restaurants next to it, with many choices. The hotel does not provide breakfast anymore.
