Moxi Ancient Town hasn't got much going on at the moment, but I think if you come back in a few years, it could be more bustling."

"Long March Hotel is located at the upper end of Ancient Town. Much better than all the homestay around. The price is reasonable and almost same price as homestay. The hotspring is the best in Moxi and they are about 400m up away from the bus stop to Hailuogou. No homestay can complete with them. Also the service of assistant manager Miss Liu and staff Miss Zhou plus the room service of 2 other staff were excellent. I will surely bring my family here next time. The hotspring was very good."

"I checked into the hotel on the evening of January 31st. My room was on the second floor, near the air conditioner unit, and the noise from the unit was quite loud, severely affecting my rest. Since I had already used the room, I couldn't request a change, resulting in noise disturbance all night. I hope the hotel can be more attentive in room allocation to avoid similar situations. The hotel customer service clearly stated that breakfast would be served from 7:00 AM, and this was confirmed repeatedly. However, when I arrived at the restaurant at 7:10 AM the next day, breakfast was not yet ready. Only one chef was busy, while the other staff were idle, even making noise at the restaurant reception, disrupting the dining atmosphere. I hope the hotel will strengthen the sense of responsibility and service awareness of its staff to ensure breakfast is served on time and to provide guests with a good dining experience. When I tried to check out at 7:50 AM, the front desk was unattended, and the lobby was empty. Because I was in a hurry, I had to leave my room key next to the computer at the front desk. I hope the hotel will rationally allocate front desk staff to avoid guests encountering situations where no one is there to assist them upon check-out. The parking lot exit gate was unattended, preventing vehicles from leaving normally. Ultimately, the passenger had to park the car back in the crowded parking space and search for staff to resolve the issue. Finally, a cleaning lady helped wake up the front desk staff, and only after entering the license plate number could the passenger leave. It is hoped that the hotel will strengthen its parking lot management and ensure that there are dedicated personnel on duty at the entrance to avoid unnecessary inconvenience to guests. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the exterior is also aesthetically pleasing, but there are some issues with service quality and internal management. It is hoped that the hotel management will pay attention to these issues, strengthen systematic training for employees, improve their service awareness and sense of responsibility, and optimize internal management processes to provide higher quality and more efficient service and enhance the overall guest experience."

"This was a total rip-off, I felt like I was scammed by a marketing account. 1. The view wasn't great; there were two construction sites right in front of the window, which greatly affected the experience. 2. The entire guesthouse was old and poorly maintained. The room doors wouldn't lock properly, and we had to call workers at night to fix them. 3. The worst part was the food. We ordered a chicken hot pot, but we couldn't find a single whole piece of chicken, just scraps like necks. It wasn't tasty, and it was expensive—nearly 300 yuan! The next day, we ate at Moxi Ancient Town for half the price, and the food was much better, with larger portions and better taste. I recommend eating at Moxi Ancient Town if you want to eat out. The above review is entirely because the guesthouse's price was completely inaccurate and not worth the price. It was a total rip-off, the most unpleasant place I stayed during my trip to Western Sichuan."

They were also playing a loud karaoke version of "Kangding Love Song" across the street. After we suggested it, they stopped. Service: The service manager was very nice; they even escorted us to our room after check-in. They responded quickly to any questions we had. Furnishings: The hotel's decor is commendable, but the placement of items, noise levels, indoor hot spring drainage, and building cold water system are indeed quite problematic. Overall: The price-performance ratio is slightly...not quite right."

They even shared their own corn with us. The room had a separate shower and toilet, air conditioning, was spacious, and quiet. The owner's daughter has a cute little parrot named Chiu Chiu. The next morning, when we were going to Luding Bridge, the owner quickly brought us some boiled corn. Very hospitable. A must-see! It's very close to Luding Bridge, only a five-minute drive. However, remember to use Baidu Maps when you come; Gaode Maps might lead you astray 🙈"

Although there were fewer cars at night, the quiet nighttime noise was very loud. The soundproofing wasn't very good, and I could clearly hear people knocking on doors in the hallway to the left and right, which made for a poor sleep. A big warning! Don't buy a package deal with the hotel and Hailuogou tickets. Hailuogou recently had a buy-one-get-one-free promotion, so you won't be able to take advantage of the discount if you buy this package. You can visit the Hailuogou official website or purchase tickets at the visitor center."

"We had a super good stay at the hotel and the people were super friendly. They also helped us at the end with booking a bus to Chengdu. The owners are a really cute couple. I had to work during my stay for a little bit in the evening and one of the owners just kept giving me tea, which was really sweet of him. Also the roof terrace is really nice and it's possible for people to see the sunrise. It got really nice views over the mountains. Also the breakfast was really nice and traditional. We also really enjoyed the room with a small balcony and we also liked the looks of the room. The bed was really comfortable. Felt really nice after travelling more through the ******* side of China to get such a comfort kind of place."
