"I've been to countless places, and overall, this was the most comfortable vacation experience. Both the facilities and service were excellent. I woke up the second morning to see snow-capped mountains, which was a wonderful surprise. Soaking in a private hot spring at the foot of the snowy mountains was also a fantastic experience. Whenever I went to the lobby for coffee, the staff would immediately stop what they were doing to make it for me. It felt like someone was always looking out for us. The cleanliness was also top-notch, the room was spacious, and the view was superb. By the infinity pool, a staff member even noticed my child seemed a little down and proactively brought over a cake – that was truly heartwarming! The owner was also incredibly enthusiastic. Superb!"

I arrived at the station early last night and the boss picked up the whole free shuttle. I didn't have to worry about traveling. The boss saw that we brought salmon and helped us set the plate. We also ordered bartender. The villa is surrounded by mountains and rivers and has a quiet environment, and the green trees are surrounded by beautiful photos. The coffee in the lobby can be drunk infinitely, and a cup of hot springs is too healing. It also includes a rich free breakfast, a complete variety of authentic taste, full price, and choose here next time on vacation!"

"I’m not even sure where to start, but my stay at Under the Tree hot spring was one of my favourite stays out of all of China. The location was amazing and the ambience of the place was perfect for my “get away from the city”. I felt so at peace staying here, and if you look at the photos you will also see how beautiful and serene the place is. Going to visit the national park to hike and then coming back to bathe in the natural hot springs really hits the spot 💅🏻. The yak beef hot pot is also a must try, absolutely delicious. But my favourite part of this home stay were the staff 🥰. All of the staff went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. With a complimentary room upgrades and complimentary gifts, they also helped me organise a car back to Chengdu. They were all so sweet and I can’t wait to come back ♥️"

However, this guesthouse truly exceeded expectations, and the online reviews were completely accurate. The Simmons mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the room itself was spacious, spotless, and very hygienic. Honestly, the overall experience felt even better than staying in a five-star hotel! They offered a delicious homemade breakfast, and the guesthouse even has its own private parking. Its location is superb, being extremely close to the scenic area entrance – just a five-minute stroll after dinner. This allowed me to see the Hailuogou Glacier and Mount Gongga up close for the very first time."

It is a very distinctive homestay. Service: The service was very good. They helped us with our luggage. When the little one was hungry at night and wanted to eat noodles, they delivered them directly to the room. Mineral water was prepared for the hot spring bath. The price/performance ratio is very high. Overall very satisfied"

Just a small hiccup when we first checked in: there was a fake eyelash on the disinfected slippers and mosquito and fly carcasses in the laundry basket. Aside from that, everything else was great. Parking was convenient, and while breakfast was okay, it was a bit simpler than what some other reviews suggested. The service was enthusiastic, and the self-service laundry was a big plus. The front desk attendant even helped me with my laundry, which I really appreciate and want to commend. She was also very prompt in handling issues."
