The staff was so welcoming the moment I walked in. The security guard helped with my luggage, and the front desk lady was so thoughtful in arranging my room. It felt like home!
The room was spacious, decorated in a warm style, and the layout was thoughtful and thoughtful.
The laundry room had new equipment, and the waitress washed, dried, and folded my clothes. She was so thoughtful!

Because I brought my parents, two elderly people with limited mobility, the room arrangement is also very convenient for entry and exit. Unlimited Nongfu Spring, freshly ground coffee and scented tea are available at the lobby counter. The self-service laundry is also very clean and convenient, and the breakfast is even more eye-catching. There are Twinings brand tea bags, cream balls for coffee, and even the eggs are in the shape of hearts. There is shepherd's purse, buns, pumpkin, and yam. The noodles and wontons cooked on site are also delicious. When I left, the girl at the front desk gave me some water to drink on the way. If I have a chance, I will stay in this hotel next time I come here. By the way, the hotel is very close to the night market and can be reached on foot. Once again, thank you to the security guard who rushed to help me with my bag, and thank you to all the staff for their thoughtful service. Thank you for cooking noodles for me at breakfast.

XXi———As soon as you enter the hotel, you can feel the sense of luxury. The decoration is simple and elegant, and the spacious and bright lobby reveals the care everywhere. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They checked me in very quickly and even upgraded my room. I was so touched.
The room is even better, with spacious space, reasonable layout and great lighting. The bed was so soft and comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud and I had a good night's sleep. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are not only complete but also the same brands, making them super safe to use.

Her service attitude is so bad. Asking a question feels like she is worth millions. She is irritable and unreasonable. , he didn’t even say hello when he walked in, he kept a straight face, I have never seen a waiter with such poor service!

SSeanPA68The Kuqa Smart Business Hotel has a very friendly staff. They don’t speak English, but they are very friendly and accommodating. We booked two different styles of room and they made sure that the room was perfect before we moved. The location is a little far from the city attractions, but with our own car it was no more than 30 minutes driving to the Old Town. There are a number of restaurants and small stores nearby for most needs. If you drive an EV, the closest charging station has the lowest rates I have ever seen in China!

GGants888The hotel is a little bit old but the room is clean. The location is great, close to a lot of restaurants and small supermarkets. Staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is simple but fine. They even offer free laundry service, which is a big bonus.
The only drawback is the hotel serves a lot of tour groups so it could be loud in the early morning when they check-out. Other than that, the hotel is a value-for-money stay.

EemdethuongThis hotel can accept foreigners. It is around 1km from Kuqa railway station which is walkable. I arrived very early (6AM). I took forever for check-in because the reception had minimal experience with foreign guests and asked too many (repetitive) questions. She inspected the passport even more thoroughly than the police in Kuqa that I encountered. She asked about the stamps of other countries as well (not sure why and what it has got to do with the hotel check-in). I had a previous Chinese visa which I repetitively said it was old and pointed to the new one, but she kept coming back to it and asking for more info again and again. After almost 30 mins, I was able to come to the room, still the reception came knocking 2 more times for more questions. The second time I had to politely gave a sign that I wanted to sleep for a bit because I had sightseeing to do a couple hours later. I don’t know if this is protocol for Kuqa. So far the most ‘questioning’ hotel which I only expected to happen in Hotan. I negotitated to check in early because I would check out very early the next day (4.30AM) to board the train to Kashgar. It took a while to negotiate but it was possible in the end. Clealiness is so so, not the best but acceptable. It was not a memorable stay but the room will suffice your comfort. Just wish the check-in process would be faster and simpler. 100rmb deposit at check-in which will be refund at check-out.

GGuest UserThe wash basin in the bathroom had some hair mixed with shower gel, which was disgusting. I just saw it being flushed, otherwise I would definitely check out. I wanted to wash some clothes, but there was no laundry detergent or powder. I went to the front desk, but there was none. I walked to a few small supermarkets nearby, but there was none either. The front desk didn't even offer to help me find out if there was any other place. I don't recommend it anyway.
