"Facilities: The air conditioning was broken on the first night, and on the second night, after changing rooms, the toilet was broken – not only was it not smart, but the lid had also fallen off.

Environment: The hotel's location is excellent.
Service: The hotel staff's service attitude was great. I have two minor issues to point out: Firstly, during breakfast, I saw a staff member put leftover egg tarts from a guest's table back onto the buffet. While it's wrong for guests to waste food, what this staff member did was also inappropriate. Secondly, we were waiting for a car at the hotel entrance in the morning, and a female security guard was using water from the fountain to clean the floor. When her mop was too wet, she'd wring it out, but she completely disregarded the fact that our luggage was right there. I was worried the water would get to our bags, so I pushed them further away. It feels like this hotel needs to improve many details and live up to the Hilton brand name."
