"Room was spacious and overlooks a pond. There is a separate shower and toilet area. Toilet bowl is automatic and can be a challenge to use as the lid sometimes closes without warning. Shower flooring is anti-slip and water temperature of the shower was easy to adjust.
Hotel only has two lifts, and this can make going up and down a hassle especially when guests on other floors take a long time to enter and exit the lifts.
Hotel is located far from the Kuche night market but along a street with its own set of shops including a well frequented supermarket with a good range of items.
Staff generally pleasant and responsive. Staff arrived quickly when there was some issue with connecting to the Wi-Fi and when the room ran out of hand soap.
Breakfast spread was acceptable with a good selection of steamed, fried, cooked and cold dishes but breakfast only starts at 8am, which is rather late for those needing to catch a morning flight."

"After a ten-day trip, this was the best sleep I've ever had!
The staff was so welcoming the moment I walked in. The security guard helped with my luggage, and the front desk lady was so thoughtful in arranging my room. It felt like home!
The room was spacious, decorated in a warm style, and the layout was thoughtful and thoughtful.

"I stayed here for the last few days of my trip to southern Xinjiang, and the quality of accommodation improved significantly. The room is large, the bathroom is clean, the shower is very comfortable, the equipment is smooth to use, and there is a large sofa by the window where you can sit and drink tea. The service was also very good. We arrived at 7 or 8 in the morning. The room we booked was not available at the moment, so they opened a standard room for us to put our luggage and rest. They would change our room if there was a vacancy later. It was very considerate. The restaurant was not It is large, but the food is varied and rich, the price is very affordable, and it opens early. A hot breakfast at 8 or 9 o'clock is very important for tourists who get up early to travel. There is airport and train station drop-off service, and the driver's skills are first-class. "I absolutely give the Atour Hotel on Wuyi South Road in Kuqa a five-star rating! The hotel is newly renovated, the environment is exceptional, and the stay was very comfortable.
The room was very clean, the Atour pillows were very comfortable, and every detail was meticulously thought out.
The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. They answered all my questions promptly. Front Office Manager Mai Wan also offered helpful tips and recommendations for attractions.
The breakfast was absolutely amazing! It had a wide variety, including local noodle soup and yogurt.
This stay far exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuqa! It's a guaranteed win!"

"Newly opened, the rooms are nice. The owner and front desk are very welcoming. They helped me negotiate a discount with the Northeast BBQ restaurant next door, and even had the security guard pour me tea while I was sitting in the lobby. Suggestions for improvement: The breakfast dishes were a bit oily, there were no tea bags in the room, and the laundry room should be equipped with more facilities."

"The hotel is a little bit old but the room is clean. The location is great, close to a lot of restaurants and small supermarkets. Staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is simple but fine. They even offer free laundry service, which is a big bonus.
The only drawback is the hotel serves a lot of tour groups so it could be loud in the early morning when they check-out. Other than that, the hotel is a value-for-money stay."

KKellyLing 凌淑飛Excellent hotel, great professional staff, and very good location. Location is very central and restaurants everywhere downstairs. The hotel room is clean and very well appointed. Service is good, especially the front desk guy. He was very helpful and gave accurate advise. Free laundry service is a bonus and much appreciated. Breakfast is the usual fair, and can get crowded during peak hour. This hotel caters for tour buses so can get a bit busy and noisy in the evenings but rooms are really quite. One of the best hotels we have stayed in our trip and highly recommended. I hope they have more hotels everywhere in China.

Because I brought my parents, two elderly people with limited mobility, the room arrangement is also very convenient for entry and exit. Unlimited Nongfu Spring, freshly ground coffee and scented tea are available at the lobby counter. The self-service laundry is also very clean and convenient, and the breakfast is even more eye-catching. There are Twinings brand tea bags, cream balls for coffee, and even the eggs are in the shape of hearts. There is shepherd's purse, buns, pumpkin, and yam. The noodles and wontons cooked on site are also delicious. When I left, the girl at the front desk gave me some water to drink on the way. If I have a chance, I will stay in this hotel next time I come here. By the way, the hotel is very close to the night market and can be reached on foot. It's also an 800-meter walk to the Grand Naan Museum. The hotel entrance is modest, but the interior is modern. The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly warm and courteous. All guests receive complimentary snacks and free bottled water. From 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, there's free porridge and side dishes, which is a lovely, thoughtful touch that truly makes guests feel at home. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and tidy, with comfortable, soft mattresses and complete amenities. The breakfast spread is rich and varied. There's also a free parking lot, making it ideal for road trippers.

The hotel also provides breakfast. Lunch and dinner are also conveniently and affordably served at the restaurant downstairs. There's also a large parking lot at the back door, making parking a breeze.

SSeanPA68The Kuqa Smart Business Hotel has a very friendly staff. They don’t speak English, but they are very friendly and accommodating. We booked two different styles of room and they made sure that the room was perfect before we moved. The location is a little far from the city attractions, but with our own car it was no more than 30 minutes driving to the Old Town. There are a number of restaurants and small stores nearby for most needs. If you drive an EV, the closest charging station has the lowest rates I have ever seen in China!

EemdethuongThis hotel can accept foreigners. It is around 1km from Kuqa railway station which is walkable. I arrived very early (6AM). I took forever for check-in because the reception had minimal experience with foreign guests and asked too many (repetitive) questions. She inspected the passport even more thoroughly than the police in Kuqa that I encountered. She asked about the stamps of other countries as well (not sure why and what it has got to do with the hotel check-in). I had a previous Chinese visa which I repetitively said it was old and pointed to the new one, but she kept coming back to it and asking for more info again and again. After almost 30 mins, I was able to come to the room, still the reception came knocking 2 more times for more questions. The second time I had to politely gave a sign that I wanted to sleep for a bit because I had sightseeing to do a couple hours later. I don’t know if this is protocol for Kuqa. So far the most ‘questioning’ hotel which I only expected to happen in Hotan. I negotitated to check in early because I would check out very early the next day (4.30AM) to board the train to Kashgar. It took a while to negotiate but it was possible in the end. Clealiness is so so, not the best but acceptable. It was not a memorable stay but the room will suffice your comfort. Just wish the check-in process would be faster and simpler. 100rmb deposit at check-in which will be refund at check-out.

GGuest UserThe wash basin in the bathroom had some hair mixed with shower gel, which was disgusting. I just saw it being flushed, otherwise I would definitely check out. I wanted to wash some clothes, but there was no laundry detergent or powder. I went to the front desk, but there was none. I walked to a few small supermarkets nearby, but there was none either. The front desk didn't even offer to help me find out if there was any other place. I don't recommend it anyway.
