This hotel is really great! I've stayed at Lan Ou hotels frequently in Jiangsu. They offer excellent value for money. Each day, they provide two bags of coffee and tea, and the breakfast spread is quite good too. It seems that all Lan Ou hotels offer complimentary bottled water, and you can always ask for more from housekeeping if you run out, though the four bottles they give daily are usually enough for me. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff, a young lady, was not only very helpful but also quite pretty.

Ctrip indicated that the hotel had charging stations, but upon arrival, I was told they couldn't be used because they hadn't passed a fire safety inspection. They claimed the charging stations listed on Ctrip were due to the app's limitations and that I could borrow a private charging station instead. The parking lot was haphazardly parked, with one car occupying two spaces, and security was practically nonexistent. During my complaint to Ctrip, the hotel repeatedly insisted they were not at fault, stating that the front desk manager told me it was a private charging station, so how did it become a standard hotel charging station? Is it so hard to admit a mistake?

Excellent hotel, great professional staff, and very good location. Location is very central and restaurants everywhere downstairs. The hotel room is clean and very well appointed. Service is good, especially the front desk guy. He was very helpful and gave accurate advise. Free laundry service is a bonus and much appreciated. Breakfast is the usual fair, and can get crowded during peak hour. This hotel caters for tour buses so can get a bit busy and noisy in the evenings but rooms are really quite. One of the best hotels we have stayed in our trip and highly recommended. I hope they have more hotels everywhere in China.

The rooms have been upgraded and are clean, tidy, bright and clean, with complete facilities, standardized services, and thoughtful hospitality and guidance. The surrounding environment, transportation, and commerce are very convenient. It is suitable for business trips, tourism and family accommodation.

The hotel service was fantastic! They upgraded my room and even included breakfast. Every single lady at the front desk was so welcoming; they even offered tea and exchanged WeChat contacts so I could ask questions anytime. The room was unbelievably spacious, with LEGOs and a rocking horse. I'd estimate it was about 15 meters long from north to south, practically a grand suite! I ordered takeout, and a staff member brought it up to my room – not a robot, I felt a little bad about that! Breakfast was excellent; I especially loved the bowls, which made eating congee feel so atmospheric. I couldn't resist taking pictures. When I left, they even gave me a souvenir. I'm so incredibly satisfied with the service and the environment. Highly recommend!

A true gem of a hotel that makes you feel incredibly welcome! The overall environment is elegant and clean, with no unpleasant odors. The guest rooms have excellent natural light and ventilation, and the facilities are comprehensive and very convenient to use. The service attention to detail is superb; any requests are met incredibly fast, making for a truly peaceful and comfortable stay. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel, definitely one of my top choices for a great hotel.

This time I stayed at Home Inn Business Travel Hotel, the experience was directly full! Must give a big praise 🎉🎉🎉 The location and traffic are really good, you can get a taxi when you go out, and it is super convenient to go to attractions or business districts. The front desk lady smiles especially healing and warm heart, the check-in efficiency is very high, and she also intimately reminded the breakfast time ☺️ The room was even more pleasant, more spacious than expected, the bedding was soft and clean, and I slept until dawn. I like the desk area the most, the socket interface is super complete, and it is too friendly to the party on business trips. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water comes out in seconds, and I wash away my fatigue. Although the breakfast is simple but very careful, freshly ground coffee and hot cockroaches, warm stomach and heart. In short, the quality price comparison is far more than expected, and the next business trip will definitely choose here 😝😝😝!

The best service attitude in the southern Xinjiang trip (not that other stores are bad, but this one can feel sincerity and smiles from the moment you enter the door to the moment you leave). Currently, the surrounding facilities are in the promotion period, and the clerk recommends the sauna next door, which is free.

The shower had just the right water pressure and temperature, washing away a day's fatigue. Facilities and Dining: The hotel's breakfast was extensive, combining a blend of Chinese and Western cuisine, and was delicious. The well-maintained gym and swimming pool also added a healthy touch to our trip. This stay was absolutely worth the money and I have highly recommended it to my friends
