Our travel plans were decided quite early, and after a long search, we chose this hotel which isn't too far from the scenic spots and has pretty good reviews. The check-in experience was really good: the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, informing us about various注意事项 (important points) and recommending tour routes. The hotel lobby has a great design, and they even upgraded our room type to one with a large terrace. Every day, yogurt and small snacks were delivered to our room. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation design was well-done. There's also a laundry area on the 6th floor with washing and drying machines. Upon check-in, they even gave us a souvenir featuring the 'Along the River During the Qingming Festival' painting, and prepared a set of toiletries + a small toy for our baby, which was very thoughtful. I'll definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The room matched the pictures perfectly! I really loved the simple yet stylish decor. All the facilities were beautifully arranged and the cleanliness was impeccable, which made me feel very comfortable staying there. The location is convenient for getting around. The front desk lady even upgraded my room and gave me a complimentary breakfast. It was a fantastic stay overall!

The room was spacious, and the location was super convenient for transportation and dining. Shopping was a breeze, with the night market very close by, and it was easy to get to all the attractions. Taxis were readily available, the staff had excellent service, and laundry facilities were also convenient. Thumbs up!

The hotel has a charming, old-world feel, and its courtyard paths wind through a secluded and picturesque setting. The family suite layout is truly unique, allowing kids and adults to have their own space on separate floors without disturbing each other. The service was also excellent. I'm very satisfied with this trip!

Very satisfied with my stay at Kyriad Kaifeng! The hygiene was excellent, and the room was clean and bright. The service was enthusiastic, and the hotel's location is fantastic – within walking distance to Longting Park and Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. The bedding was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water, which are the things I care about most when I travel!

The room was beautiful, with a carp pond right outside the window and a small courtyard door leading to a pavilion. The housekeeper was very friendly. The backyard of the property overlooks the Bian River, and it's very close to the welcoming gate of Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, perfect for a riverside stroll. Breakfast was also great, the spicy soup was delicious, and so were the vegetables. They even provide disposable bath towels, which is a real convenience. My only suggestions would be to have a larger duvet, as it was a bit small for two people, and perhaps some small wooden signs to guide guests to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, otherwise it's easy to forget and always use the main entrance, haha.

However, the hotel's breakfast is disappointing. At this price range, I expected to enjoy a rich and varied breakfast of high quality, but the actual experience was quite different. The variety of meals is scarce, and the food served every day is almost the same, lacking in characteristics. Although the hotel's breakfast needs to be improved, its superior geographical location still gives it a great advantage in travel convenience. I hope the hotel can pay attention to the breakfast issue, enrich the variety of meals, improve the quality of food, and provide guests with a better stay experience.
