GGuest UserThe front desk lady was incredibly nice. As soon as we checked in, staff immediately helped us with our luggage to the room. The room was also very clean. Seeing that we had two children, they even offered to combine beds for us. Plus, the front desk lady shared a compiled guide with local food recommendations, which was very thoughtful. There's also a small playground on the first floor with a slide that the kids absolutely loved. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Kaifeng.

DDabaixionglufeiThe hotel front desk service was excellent; check-in was very fast, and they even gave us a welcome gift. Parking is free, and it's very close to the scenic spots. If I come back to visit, I'll definitely choose this hotel again. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, so there's no need to eat out.

GGuest UserThe luckiest thing about traveling to Kaifeng is that I chose this homestay! The location is simply amazing. It takes only 3 minutes to walk to the Qingming Riverside Park. In the morning, you can easily catch the first wave of admission to avoid the crowds. In the evening, after watching the performance of ”The Great Song Dynasty: Tokyo Dreams”, you can take a walk back to the room to rest. The room is clean and warm, the layout is full of Song Dynasty elements, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it is super safe to live in. The boss is warm and considerate, and also recommended super authentic food shops around. The cost-effectiveness is super high, I will stay here next time I come to Kaifeng!

GGuest UserIf you're going to Qingyuan Park, you should definitely stay at this hotel! It's practically like staying within the park itself. The location is amazing; the Bian River is right outside your door, and you can see the cruise ships. There are tons of Hanfu (traditional Han clothing) and costume shops right outside (I chose the popular Song Dynasty style). It's a 2-minute walk to the park's entrance gate, and the Bian River cruise dock is right next door. After getting ready, you can explore the park and easily return to the hotel to rest – it's incredibly convenient. The hotel facilities are also excellent, with warm air conditioning. The tatami room is perfect for families with kids; you can push the bed against the side to prevent children from falling out. The small courtyard outside is beautiful, and the kids loved it! It was the most comfortable hotel I stayed at in Kaifeng!

GGuest UserHotel location is good (very close to the high-speed rail station, 200 meters in front is the museum and the main road to and from Zhengzhou and Kaifeng Zhengkai Avenue).
The hotel is fully equipped and very new. The setting in the lobby and guest rooms on the first floor is thoughtful and intimate. The service of the staff is also very good, making people feel at home. Self-driving parking is free. Booked family room, the room is very large and spacious, the decoration is very warm and chic, there are two beds, the bed is very wide is 1.5 meters wide. In short, if you come to Kaifeng again, you will book again.

Got free breakfast from member signup but the spread is disappointing . Went at 9am and most of the beverages are depleted. Instead of topping up, the staff tilt the dispenser for more beverages. The only meal item in the breakfast is just the mini hotdog
Rooms is quite spacious, with separate bath and toilet. Lights switch is a mess with the bedside switch working on and off. Digital bidet is not working. Hot water is limited. Waited 5 mins for hot water and then halfway thru, the hot water ceases. Only 3 tv channel with no digital app available. Air ventilation quite bad as we can smell the smoke in our room. Althought there is a non smoking sign in the lobby, ppl are just ignoring thd sign. Direction to the laundry is not clear.

XXingfudejinziThe environment is elegant and the hotel is located within a large park. The room itself is also quite beautiful. The breakfast area has a lovely ambiance, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the outdoor scenery. The breakfast selection is rich and delicious. The service staff are exceptionally warm, polite, and attentive. It's within walking distance to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden and Wanshou Mountain. You can take an electric shuttle from outside the hotel lobby to the main road. When returning, just inform the gatekeeper, and they'll call an electric shuttle to pick you up and bring you back to the hotel lobby. The only minor drawback is that some areas of the carpet are light gray and look a bit worn, but it's a small detail that doesn't detract from the overall quality. I highly recommend staying here.
