The room was clean, the environment was comfortable, and the service truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The hotel was quite good. The mattress was just right, not too soft nor too hard, and the pillows were fluffy and soft. The room had excellent soundproofing, making it incredibly quiet at night, allowing me to fully unwind from my travels and sleep very soundly. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and the hot water was stable with good pressure. The toiletries were of good quality. The hotel service was very responsive; any requests were handled promptly and effectively!

It's also not far from Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, about 2-3 kilometers, and a taxi ride costs less than 10 RMB. The hotel even provides bathtub liners, bubble bath liquid, foot soaking tubs, and heated eye masks. After a tiring day of sightseeing, you can come back to the room, get a massage, take a bath, or soak your feet to relax. During the day, the lobby offers watermelon and small snacks, and in the evening, there are cocktails and late-night supper. The service is very warm and welcoming; whether it's the front desk staff or the cleaning aunties, everyone is always smiling and ready to help. I'm very satisfied with this trip!

The hotel is conveniently located directly across from Wansui Mountain Wuxia City, making it super easy to visit. They offered a complimentary breakfast, which was really plentiful. Plus, there's a restaurant right next door that serves amazing soup dumplings, 'San Hen Tang' (three-delicacy soup), and roast duck. All in all, it's a great spot for both sightseeing and dining.

Booked family room, the room is very large and spacious, the decoration is very warm and chic, there are two beds, the bed is very wide is 1.5 meters wide. Overall, my stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton was a bit disappointing. I've stayed at many Hilton, DoubleTree, and Hampton by Hilton hotels in various cities, but this experience fell short of expectations. Location: It's right opposite Kaifeng Museum, which is super convenient for museum visits. However, it's a bit far from other tourist attractions. On the upside, electric scooters are readily available there, making it easy to get around. Environment: The shower in the first room I was given was leaking. After discussing it with the staff, they changed my room. A big thank you to the front desk lady who worked hard to sort it out – her attitude and service were absolutely 💯. Service: Besides the initial 'hiccup' during check-in, on the second day, when we returned, our room door hadn't been closed properly. After speaking with them and confirming, it seemed no one had entered or left the room while we were out, other than for cleaning, and nothing was missing. Still, such an oversight made us a little uncomfortable. Thankfully, the hotel handled the issue well, so I grudgingly forgave it. Thanks also for allowing us a late check-out.
