GGuest UserThis was my first stay at this hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable. The staff were proactive, warm, and genuinely attentive. I received a welcome gift upon check-in and will be getting a welcome snack tomorrow. The soundproofing was also excellent. The hotel's breakfast was not only abundant and delicious but also had unique local flavors. Plus, there are plenty of Kaifeng's famous local eateries nearby. There's a bus stop just a dozen meters from the hotel, and taxis are easily accessible. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe luckiest thing about traveling to Kaifeng is that I chose this homestay! The location is simply amazing. It takes only 3 minutes to walk to the Qingming Riverside Park. In the morning, you can easily catch the first wave of admission to avoid the crowds. In the evening, after watching the performance of ”The Great Song Dynasty: Tokyo Dreams”, you can take a walk back to the room to rest. The room is clean and warm, the layout is full of Song Dynasty elements, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it is super safe to live in. The boss is warm and considerate, and also recommended super authentic food shops around. The cost-effectiveness is super high, I will stay here next time I come to Kaifeng!

GGuest UserAfter a long search, I chose this hotel and was delighted to find its location absolutely superb. The room facilities were clean, modern, and exactly as pictured. It was less than a two-minute walk to the Yingbin Gate of Shangqing Garden. Stepping out of the hotel, you're right by the riverbank, and the evening views are especially beautiful. After a tiring afternoon exploring the garden, we could relax in the small courtyard and enjoy the scenery. Since we arrived quite late, the owner personally helped us with our luggage, which was incredibly welcoming. He also gave us recommendations for places to eat. Our first night was on the second floor, where we enjoyed the view from the balcony. Due to high demand, we extended our stay and moved to a ground-floor room with a small courtyard for the second night. Both rooms had their own unique charm. I rarely leave reviews, but I truly felt the owner's dedication to running this place, so I wanted to show my support.

First off, the location is fantastic – right in the heart of things, yet incredibly peaceful. Gulou Night Market is just a two or three-minute walk away, but the street the hotel is on is very quiet and not noisy at all.
Secondly, both the hotel's design and service are excellent. The entrance might be small, but inside it's like a whole different world. The decor is stylish, the music is just right, and there's a pleasant fragrance in the air. The room was super clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The front desk staff were lovely and provided all the information in great detail.
If I come back, I'll definitely choose to stay here again!

The service was also very good. The lady at the front desk was very gentle. The location is also very convenient, very close to the scenic spots. Breakfast is very rich and tastes good 👍

GGuest UserHotel location is good (very close to the high-speed rail station, 200 meters in front is the museum and the main road to and from Zhengzhou and Kaifeng Zhengkai Avenue).
The hotel is fully equipped and very new. The setting in the lobby and guest rooms on the first floor is thoughtful and intimate. The service of the staff is also very good, making people feel at home. Self-driving parking is free. Booked family room, the room is very large and spacious, the decoration is very warm and chic, there are two beds, the bed is very wide is 1.5 meters wide. In short, if you come to Kaifeng again, you will book again.

DDaguoshibaniuI visited Wansuishan Martial Arts City during the Qingming Festival and chose the Mercure Hotel because it's very close by. Although the price was much higher due to the holiday, it was incredibly convenient.
Facilities: The hotel's facilities are considered excellent for Wansuishan. However, there was one particular annoyance: I could hear singing from outside until midnight, and it was quite loud. I later realized it was coming from the Wansuishan scenic area, but the hotel windows didn't have good soundproofing.
Service: The service generally felt good. What particularly impressed me was how delicious the Hu La Tang (spicy soup) was at breakfast, and there were many kinds of Henan specialty staple foods that paired perfectly with it, making for a very satisfying meal.
I would still choose to stay here next time I visit Wansuishan Martial Arts City because the location is fantastic; you can walk to the scenic area entrance in just five minutes.

GGuest UserIt's amazing to find such a great hotel in the old city center of Kaifeng! 🏙️ The location on Zhongshan Road is absolutely prime, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in the heart of the bustling area. The parking lot is spacious, with plenty of charging stations for various car brands, so no waiting. The room service staff are fantastic – very responsive and always happy to help. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent too, ensuring a really good night's sleep. Seriously, this is the best choice out there!

GGuest UserThe environment here is great, and the sunken bathtub in the room is huge, making for a very relaxing soak. The hotel provides a shuttle bus that drops you off right at the entrance, and it's just a 3-minute walk to the Duanmen Gate of Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. However, the hotel's service left a lot to be desired. My daughter got sick and needed to go to the hospital urgently, but when I asked the front desk for help, their responses were incredibly cold and unhelpful. They said things like, ”You can search for a hospital yourself,” ”Call a taxi yourself,” and ”We don't know.” While I ended up arranging everything myself, their completely indifferent attitude was really off-putting.
