I just got out and gave me the room card. We went upstairs and put things to eat. Shouldn't this suggestion be the front desk or the supervisor solve it for us, why should we bring it up ourselves? And when checking in, the guests who arrived after us had a room. The front desk explained that there were not many rooms in this room type. In this case, can the hotel give a reasonable arrangement? However, there is a saying that the location and hardware of the hotel are still good. I hope that I can follow up and improve the service in the future. After all, Guangde, as an Internet celebrity city, will accept more and more foreign tourists.

This trip to Guangde chose Muzi Shangcheng Hotel, exceeding expectations! The hotel is newly renovated and the lobby is simple and atmospheric. The room is full of space, the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows have a good view, and Xiao Ai intelligently controls the light curtains, which is very convenient. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry and cleaned spotlessly.

The hotel is in the Taiji Cave Scenic Area. You can walk to visit Taiji Cave. It is a half-hour drive from Yaohu Town. The price is very high. The front desk service was very good. I contacted in advance to arrange a twin bed splicing. I saw that the children provided children's toothbrushes and slippers, and also presented breakfast, fruit and coffee. The environment is very good and the night is very quiet. I listen to the birds in the morning and feel happy.

One of the best hotel rooms I have ever been to. Very luxurious room with great views of the city. Great breakfast and the breakfast area’s decoration was fantastic. Staff were very helpful. The only issue was there was no proper laundry room. Only a couple of washing machines on one of the floor by a wall. There was no iron. I decided not to wash my clothes. The other issue was that the hallways were not air-conditioned and in the hot summer, it was impossible to get to the lobby without starting to sweat from heat and humidity.

Overall it's pretty good. The front desk lady is pretty and the service is warm. The room is very clean. There is even hair conditioner, which is very thoughtful. The only drawback is that the quilt fabric is creaky. The room is hot. The air conditioner is not turned on and the windows are fully opened to keep it cool.

Very friendly to self-driving tours, because the parking lot is large, including shopping malls, gourmet shops, etc. The hotel provides free parking, just sweep it. The staff is great, super nice. It’s a little loud in the night as the walls are thin and garbage was picked up around 4am. Amazing value for money, the rooms are spacious, have windows, no unpleasant odors at all. The beds are hard, not as soft as the bigger hotels might have. You can walk to the tianshou temple and the food street in like 10 minutes. Great stay!!!!
