"This is my go-to hotel for business trips. The overall ambiance is elegant and grand. The butler service is incredibly attentive; I received a warm welcome upon arrival, complete with complimentary fresh fruit, and to my surprise, a handwritten welcome card! In the evening, they even offer a complimentary mung bean soup, which was perfect for the weather. The room itself is spacious, with high-quality decor, and excellent bathroom amenities. The soundproofing is exceptional – I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway. The view is also fantastic. Breakfast offers a lavish and exquisite variety. Don't let the small picture fool you, I went back for seconds (and thirds, haha)! The service is proactive and thoughtful; they'd even ask me if there was anything specific I liked and offered to get it for me. The experience was truly outstanding! This hotel is perfect for both leisure and business receptions, showcasing professionalism in every detail. I've already saved it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town."

You could say there's practically no service. There are many other options, but I really regret choosing this one. The restaurant and front desk staff have virtually no service attitude. When we called at night to ask for water, they said it would cost extra, even though we agreed. Then they made all sorts of excuses not to deliver it. Basically, whenever we need service, they find an excuse first. I don't want to say too much; this is the first time I've written a bad review for a hotel. I wouldn't waste time writing a bad review if I wasn't so dissatisfied! The scenery, however, is quite nice."
