"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Exceptional Stay, Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Grand New Century Hotel in Guangde. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They assisted us with our luggage and answered all our questions with patience and professionalism. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary fruit, which was such a thoughtful touch. The buffet breakfast was good, with a nice variety to choose from. Everything was well organized and fresh. What truly stood out was how the staff went above and beyond to help us recover a food delivery that had been sent to the wrong address. Their effort and willingness to assist made a huge difference and showed excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guangde. you won’t regret it!"

"The Spring Festival finally climbed Taiji Cave, I wanted to rest at night, I saw this orange hotel under the Huazhu Club is very close to the highway, and it is newly opened in 25 years, very pleasantly surprised. I thought that the experience of the orange hotel I have stayed in before was very good, so I chose to book this one. From the procedures to the check-in to the breakfast, the whole can really be said to be super! First of all, the room is clean and tidy, needless to say, the area is also super large, there is a table sofa that can put enough things, there is also a small table that can make tea. Secondly, some of the extra items we need, such as quilts, were delivered immediately after communicating with the front desk. Here, I want to praise the front desk staff on duty from 4:00 pm on the 22nd to 7:50 am on the 23rd, and the aunt on the 23rd who cooks noodles at 7:00 am. Everyone is very warm and kind. If you can, please give them a reward! This hotel is 40 minutes' drive from Taiji Cave, which is more suitable for self-driving passengers. In short, it is recommended!"

The hotel is in a good location, next to Zhanji and Kawanka. I forgot to take the photo in the room, the overall is not bad, the breakfast is quite rich. Parking is very convenient, there are many parking spaces, and there are many slow charging in the garage. Personally feel that there are a few shortcomings: the bed and quilt are too hard, the whole back is stiff after sleeping for a night, and it takes a while to slow down; it is hot, the function of toilet heating is not to be closed, and I was shocked when I sat down. Overall, the hotel is quite recommended.

Service: The front desk is polite and greets you when entering and exiting. Traveling during the National Day holiday, I stopped by and stayed for one night.

The hotel is right next to the gate of Taiji Cave and it is very convenient to enter and exit Taiji Cave. The hotel is decorated in a high-end style, both in the guest rooms and in the public areas. The customer service is clean and hygienic, that is, some cleaning smells strong. The rooms have a balcony, overlooking the Taiji Cave Scenic Area, the beautiful scenery is in front of you, and the air in the mountains is fresh and intoxicating. Since we just had the Spring Festival holiday, there were not many guests when we arrived, so there was no buffet for breakfast, it was delivered, just a few, no vegetables to eat. Understand. What needs to be improved is: (1) It is such a well-decorated hotel laundry room that is too simple. The washing machine and dryer are all household models, with small power, long washing and drying time, and laundry bags are not provided. It is strongly recommended that the hotel change to commercial washing machines and dryers. (2) The front desk service is average, I didn't see a smiley face, and the service beauty was playing with the mobile phone when I left the hotel.

The hotel is not non-smoking; there's a strong smell of smoke in the hallway and cigarette butts in the public area trash cans. Ashtrays are provided in the rooms, and although housekeeping cleans them thoroughly, the soft furnishings have a lingering, ingrained third-hand smoke odor.

Guangde accommodation is recommended, pro-test reliable sometimes, a good hotel can define the background color of a journey. In the few days of Hengshan Hotel, the background color is bright, comfortable and convenient. I like the open space in the lobby, the clean and refreshing room, the convenient transportation when I go out, and the pressure when I like parking and charging. Breakfast is a surprise and the service is warm. The family lives together and is not inconvenient at all. I would recommend it to my friends.

The location is very good and parking is free. But the hotel is very old, the equipment and facilities are also very old, the room is not fine, the floor lamp is not plugged in, the toilet seat is not cleaned, I wiped it myself, it is recommended to provide disposable disinfection wipes like other home-like business travel. The air conditioning and hot water in the room are very powerful and worthy of praise.

Checked in twice in one week. The first time the TV remote control was broken, but I didn't care because it was the era of mobile phones. The second time I checked in after 1pm, took a nap, and felt the bed was damp, and there were small black flies, I thought it was from the afternoon of the previous few days, so I didn't care. I went out for a social event at night and arrived at the room at 10pm, and then went to bed after 12pm, and had a nightmare when I fell asleep, and then I felt short of breath (feeling ******), I quickly got up and felt cold all over, (the room was facing the elevator) went downstairs to explain the reason, and asked to change rooms, even if I had to pay, but I was told that I couldn't change unless I checked out, because I drank at night, I could only walk to change hotels after 1am.

This trip to Guangde was a fantastic three-in-one experience. The Haoli Hotel, where I stayed, was a pleasant surprise. The hotel environment was excellent, the rooms were comfortable and quiet, and I had a wonderful rest. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the government building, with a huge parking lot and comprehensive amenities. Compared to other hotels, it offers excellent value for money, and the smart technology in the room was also very good. Overall, I was very satisfied and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guangde – a truly wonderful experience!

The staff is great, super nice. It’s a little loud in the night as the walls are thin and garbage was picked up around 4am. Amazing value for money, the rooms are spacious, have windows, no unpleasant odors at all. The beds are hard, not as soft as the bigger hotels might have. You can walk to the tianshou temple and the food street in like 10 minutes. Great stay!!!!

The check-in experience is not good, several of the least powerful places: 1. The air conditioner in the room is loud, but the effect is not obvious; 2. On the night of the stay, the water pipe burst. When the water came at ten o'clock, the water quality was turbid and there was a lot of rust. I still didn't dare to wash it for a while; 3. The most speechless is breakfast. We went to the restaurant around 8:15. The restaurant left white rice porridge, millet porridge, a small amount of fried noodles and fried rice. There were no other staple foods. One egg per person, so that the bowl of noodles was not cooked. Don't say that eating well, eating full is a problem. If you don't have this reception ability, don't take this job. This is a small regret for the New Year's Day trip to Guangde.
