We had an absolutely amazing stay at Grand New Century Hotel in Guangde. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They assisted us with our luggage and answered all our questions with patience and professionalism.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary fruit, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The buffet breakfast was good, with a nice variety to choose from. Everything was well organized and fresh.
What truly stood out was how the staff went above and beyond to help us recover a food delivery that had been sent to the wrong address. Their effort and willingness to assist made a huge difference and showed excellent customer service.
I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guangde. you won’t regret it!"

This stay experience far exceeded expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I felt the warmth of being at home. The front desk staff smiled kindly, the check-in was efficient and fast, and also took the initiative to upgrade the room type, which was very intimate.
The rooms are spacious and bright, the decoration style is modern and simple, the bedding is comfortable and soft, and the night is good. The most pleasant surprise is the view of the room, and you can see the beautiful city night view/garden view by pushing the window. He can say that the boss's cooking skills are higher than the chef and taste great. In addition, the ingredients for his family are all local fresh and tender. The bacon is made by himself and the fish head is very clean. As a Tianjin native who is a foodie, we have eaten all his specialties. We booked two big bed rooms at his house. The bedding is new and there is a bathtub. The house is more than 70 square meters. The supporting facilities are complete, clean and tidy."

The hotel is right next to the gate of Taiji Cave and it is very convenient to enter and exit Taiji Cave. The hotel is decorated in a high-end style, both in the guest rooms and in the public areas.
The customer service is clean and hygienic, that is, some cleaning smells strong. The rooms have a balcony, overlooking the Taiji Cave Scenic Area, the beautiful scenery is in front of you, and the air in the mountains is fresh and intoxicating.
Since we just had the Spring Festival holiday, there were not many guests when we arrived, so there was no buffet for breakfast, it was delivered, just a few, no vegetables to eat. Understand.
What needs to be improved is: (1) It is such a well-decorated hotel laundry room that is too simple. The washing machine and dryer are all household models, with small power, long washing and drying time, and laundry bags are not provided. It is strongly recommended that the hotel change to commercial washing machines and dryers. (2) The front desk service is average, I didn't see a smiley face, and the service beauty was playing with the mobile phone when I left the hotel.

The location is very good and parking is free. But the hotel is very old, the equipment and facilities are also very old, the room is not fine, the floor lamp is not plugged in, the toilet seat is not cleaned, I wiped it myself, it is recommended to provide disposable disinfection wipes like other home-like business travel. The air conditioning and hot water in the room are very powerful and worthy of praise.

Andys_This trip to Guangde was a fantastic three-in-one experience. The Haoli Hotel, where I stayed, was a pleasant surprise. The hotel environment was excellent, the rooms were comfortable and quiet, and I had a wonderful rest. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the government building, with a huge parking lot and comprehensive amenities. Compared to other hotels, it offers excellent value for money, and the smart technology in the room was also very good. Overall, I was very satisfied and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guangde – a truly wonderful experience!

Benfushanhai7777The check-in experience is not good, several of the least powerful places: 1. The air conditioner in the room is loud, but the effect is not obvious; 2. On the night of the stay, the water pipe burst. When the water came at ten o'clock, the water quality was turbid and there was a lot of rust. I still didn't dare to wash it for a while; 3. The most speechless is breakfast. We went to the restaurant around 8:15. The restaurant left white rice porridge, millet porridge, a small amount of fried noodles and fried rice. There were no other staple foods. One egg per person, so that the bowl of noodles was not cooked. Don't say that eating well, eating full is a problem. If you don't have this reception ability, don't take this job. This is a small regret for the New Year's Day trip to Guangde.

The staff is great, super nice. It’s a little loud in the night as the walls are thin and garbage was picked up around 4am. Amazing value for money, the rooms are spacious, have windows, no unpleasant odors at all. The beds are hard, not as soft as the bigger hotels might have.
You can walk to the tianshou temple and the food street in like 10 minutes. Great stay!!!!
