The service at this hotel was excellent and I felt the warmth of being at home from the moment I stepped into the lobby. The reception staff was friendly and the check-in was quick and professional. The interior of the room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities and soft and comfortable beds, making people sleep well.

The room was spacious enough and reasonably clean, though the facilities were somewhat outdated, especially the bathroom. The location was good, a 10-minute walk from the town's food street. The receptionist at check-in was alright; she told me about restaurants and gave me a room on the 8th floor with a view of the Tianshan snow-capped peaks from the window. However, the service from the subsequent staff, including the security guard, was lacking. They responded to my questions, but without any smiles.

The location of the hotel is relatively remote, but it is very quiet, the hygiene is good, the living experience is good, but it is not very convenient to eat, and the attitude of the service staff is also very good.

The hotel is large and inviting. The check in process was a bit timely and I had to come back down to get our passports. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast provided was not so exciting but it had a good location to eat at. Overall this may be one of the better choices for a hotel in this city.

The homestay is very close to the Tianshan Scenic Area. The environment of the small courtyard is very beautiful and can be borrowed after check-in. You can borrow the kitchen utensils of the landlord’s eldest brother to cook rice and stir-fried vegetables. The dishes in the small courtyard can be picked
