"We took our child to the Tianchi Scenic Area in Tianshan Mountains and specifically chose this franchise hotel. The hotel was great. We booked a discounted room without a window, but the owner upgraded us to one with a window for free. They were very welcoming. It's located opposite the old bus station, but it wasn't noisy, chaotic, or dirty like a typical bus station. The surrounding area is full of commercial streets with Xinjiang specialty foods and snacks everywhere. The hotel was clean, and the towels were individually wrapped. This is one of the few amenities we've had in a hotel, which was really great. There's a small courtyard for parking, which is free, and there are free charging stations for charging your car."

"The hotel environment was very pleasant, and the hygiene was good. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the milk tea was delicious. However, I felt some of the hotel facilities were a bit old. The air conditioning fan speed adjustment wasn't working properly, the bathroom exhaust fan was noisy, and the duvet was quite heavy. The TV was an old model and couldn't even play replays. For a hotel that calls itself the 'number one hotel in Fukang,' it feels a bit undeserving of the title. I'd suggest upgrading and renovating the facilities."

"The room was spacious enough and reasonably clean, though the facilities were somewhat outdated, especially the bathroom. The location was good, a 10-minute walk from the town's food street. The receptionist at check-in was alright; she told me about restaurants and gave me a room on the 8th floor with a view of the Tianshan snow-capped peaks from the window. However, the service from the subsequent staff, including the security guard, was lacking. They responded to my questions, but without any smiles."

"We booked a twin room, and the bedding was frequently changed and the room was clean. Our stay was quite pleasant. The owners, a husband and wife, were very welcoming. When my friend and I took a taxi to the wrong place and couldn't find the hotel, the owners came to pick us up and invited us to have tea, chat, and eat dried apricots. There's a coffee machine on the first floor where you can grind your own coffee, but we didn't have time to try it this time. Maybe we'll try it next time. What we liked most was the guesthouse's courtyard; it was decorated with a very homey atmosphere, where we could swing and sunbathe with friends."

Stayed with treasure for three days, the experience is full! The hotel is equipped with children's slippers and washing sets. The bed is big enough and soft enough. The baby is not afraid of falling out of the bed. It's right to choose it for a baby trip! The staff also sent small snacks. The room was very clean, the bedding was changed for each guest, and the parent-child paradise was within walking distance. The business district was super convenient to travel. It is recommended 👍
