"Choosed that hotel to be near to Tianshan heavenly lake, which was quite useful. Be aware of that there are only a few shops nearby. Breakfast was really good as well for western breakfast lovers. The most fancy thing was the in bathroom integrated waterboiler. Never saw such an installation bevor and liked it a lot 👍"

"I stayed here temporarily for a job change. It's conveniently located opposite the bus station, with easy access to transportation. It's only a 10-minute drive to Tianchi Scenic Area in Tianshan Mountains; the front desk helped me call a taxi, and the service was excellent. The cleanliness exceeded my expectations; the bathroom was thoroughly disinfected, and the common areas were cleaned regularly every day, with no unpleasant odors. The appliances in the room worked perfectly, and hot water was available 24 hours a day; the basic infrastructure was reliable and didn't fail me. The surrounding area is quiet and clean, with convenience stores downstairs and on each floor. The room has good natural light and ventilation, making for a convenient and comfortable environment. The front desk helped me store my luggage until late and provided detailed information about nearby transportation; their service was professional and thoughtful."

"My partner and I stayed here one night during our bicycle travels. This hotel staff was exceptional in adapting to our foreign needs with traveling with bicycles helping keeping them safe overnight as well as quickly picking up communication through cell phone and helping us use taobao as foreigners to order some essential bicycle parts we needed! The location was not near the major dining areas, despite the block of restaurants across the street most were closed. We took a taxi but had trouble paying with Alipay - would recommend cash on hand for the area generally if you aren’t able to get WeChat to work."

"We booked a twin room, and the bedding was frequently changed and the room was clean. Our stay was quite pleasant. The owners, a husband and wife, were very welcoming. When my friend and I took a taxi to the wrong place and couldn't find the hotel, the owners came to pick us up and invited us to have tea, chat, and eat dried apricots. There's a coffee machine on the first floor where you can grind your own coffee, but we didn't have time to try it this time. Maybe we'll try it next time. What we liked most was the guesthouse's courtyard; it was decorated with a very homey atmosphere, where we could swing and sunbathe with friends."

"The room was spacious enough and reasonably clean, though the facilities were somewhat outdated, especially the bathroom. The location was good, a 10-minute walk from the town's food street. The receptionist at check-in was alright; she told me about restaurants and gave me a room on the 8th floor with a view of the Tianshan snow-capped peaks from the window. However, the service from the subsequent staff, including the security guard, was lacking. They responded to my questions, but without any smiles."

You can check in next time, the front desk has a very good attitude. The only drawback is that there are no members when the projector is turned on, and many movies and variety shows cannot be watched, and only a 6-minute trial is available."

"It's across the road from the highway exit, very convenient! It's very close to Tianshan Tianchi Scenic Area, and it only takes 20 minutes to drive there. The breakfast is very average, just eat something. The room is large, and the facilities are a bit old. The carpet is obviously dirty, and the curtain in the bathroom is moldy, but these do not affect the overall stay experience at all! The hotel environment is good, and there is no noise at night and in the morning; the two ladies at the front desk are warm and friendly to check in, and there are plenty of parking spaces downstairs."

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. In addition to being well-equipped, clean and tidy, no smell, and warm and thoughtful service, this time I found that there is a large parking lot in the backyard of the hotel, which is very convenient! It is recommended that the hotel check individual equipment in time, such as this time it encountered a set-top box failure!

You can see the snow-capped Tianshan Mountains from the room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows bring you a good mood! The room is not big, but it is very clean, including the bedding. The hygiene is reassuring. It can be seen that the manager has put a lot of effort into it. The hot pot restaurant on the second floor of the hotel is also very good. You can eat without leaving the building, which is a good choice after a tiring journey.
