"The room was terrible 👎🏻 First, the front desk was located behind an external elevator, and I had to search for it for ages. After checking in, I had to take this external elevator upstairs to my room. It was shabby!!! I didn't dare use it for long. When I entered the room, the lighting was very dim, a yellowish tint. The bathroom light was also dim, and the showerhead sprayed water in a crooked stream. I booked this hotel because the website said it opened in 2021 and was renovated in 2025. After comparing prices, I found Ctrip was cheaper, so I booked it without hesitation. Later, I realized Ctrip said it opened in 2009? And renovated in 2021? What should I do? That's all for now, but here's the main point: I woke up in the middle of the night with a dry mouth and grabbed a bottle of water. I finished it halfway and went back to sleep. The next day, I woke up and couldn't stop smelling something stinky by my bedside table. I thought it smelled like 💩. I hadn't noticed the bottle of water on the nightstand at first, but after searching for it for ages, I decided to give it up. When I picked it up to take a sip, I realized it felt a bit frosted. I took a closer look and was practically vomiting. I don't know what was stuck on it, and I had taken a sip in the middle of the night. And this is also under the Home Inn brand? A hotel chain? ?"

I was worried about safety, so I went out and bought a box of electric mosquito coil liquid. I personally think the management is not in place, and there are some missing. Mosquito repellents should be something that hotels always have. The cabinets in the room were broken and were sealed with adhesive strips. The only good thing is that the front desk and floor cleaning service attitude is good. The breakfast is unpalatable and the service attitude is poor. I will never stay here again as a retail investor."
