LLeiranzizaiThe stay experience is great! The appearance of the hotel looks low-key. After entering, I found that the decoration is very stylish and the lobby fragrance makes people feel happy. The room space is bigger than expected, the lighting is particularly good, and the small sofa area by the window is very suitable for relaxation. The sanitary details are in place, the desktop and corners are clean, and there is no water stain on the bathroom glass, which is too much.
The bed was very comfortable, the pillow was just soft and hard, and the neck was not sour the next day. The service was also very intimate. I wanted to drink hot water at night. I called and sent it quickly. I also included small snacks. Not far from the scenic spot, it takes ten minutes to take a taxi, and there are several good-mouthed restaurants around. This price can live in such a hotel, it is really worth it, I have recommended it to my friends!

AAnonymous UserFacilities: The room was very small, and two suitcases couldn't fit together. The bathroom couldn't be used for both showering and toileting at the same time, and the toilet had a strong odor.
Cleanliness: Cleanliness needs to be improved. The bedside was dusty, the sheets were unclean, and a rat greeted me as soon as I opened the door.
Environment: The location is really great, facing Lake Ulungur and offering a view of the sunset. However, the mosquitoes were incredibly numerous and swarmed in my face. Without a mask, they covered my head, face, and mouth! The moment I opened the curtains in the morning, I felt my scalp tingle (they didn't bite).
Service: The staff didn't proactively contact us to tell us how to drive into the scenic area (the room was inside the area) and required us to call. Access was inconvenient. When I wanted to go out for dinner at night, there were no lights, and the gates were locked. I had to contact the staff to get the security guard to open them.
