However, during winter, it feels a bit quiet and almost deserted, as there are not many guests staying. That said, the room itself was in good condition, and the heating worked perfectly even in -20°C weather, which was very important and appreciated. One major advantage of this hotel is the flexible cancellation policy — free cancellation is allowed on the day of arrival. This is especially helpful in winter when travel plans can change due to road conditions. Breakfast was good and served directly to the room, which was convenient. Overall, the staff did nothing wrong, but the service mindset felt somewhat lacking in warmth or attentiveness."
