AAnonymous UserThe camp is a few hundred meters below Yingxue Lake, and the shuttle bus will pass through the camp. The double bed tent booked has a wide space and no problem for four people. The tent is clean and tidy, the toiletries are complete, the night stay is quiet, and it is good to sleep. The camp staff service is very good, warm greetings, on call. The camp now has barbecue and tonyingong soup pot for two people, as well as coffee and tea, the barbecue is suitable in size and tastes OK.
The disadvantage is: now the trial operation shower facilities are not perfect and can not take a bath, and the customer service phone often cannot be connected.
In addition, there are more rain and foggy days on the snowy mountains. It is best to ask about the weather in the camp before traveling. Overall, I am quite satisfied!

GGuest UserAs shown in the picture, it is very clean. The lady at the front desk upgraded the room for us. You can see the beautiful scenery of Dayi outside the window. The light is good and transparent. I was originally going to Chengdu for only one day, but I extended my stay because the room was nice. I had to catch the high-speed train early the next day, but I think it was worth it. The service of the lady at the front desk was very good. I recommend it!

There are unlimited water and snacks. The room facilities are good and the air conditioning effect is very good. On such a hot day, the room is big and comfortable. It's cool. The front desk is online 24 hours a day. The service attitude is very good. It should be the hotel with the best environment and service in Dayi. I recommend it directly.

Exceptional Stay at Tiangong Heyuan Hotel Huashuiwan
I had a wonderful stay at Tiangong Heyuan Hotel Huashuiwan. The staff were outstanding—professional, warm, and always ready to help. Every evening, they thoughtfully sent delicious local snacks to the room, which made the experience feel extra special. Breakfast was good with generous portion, cook to order. We had dinners at their restaurant during our stay. Food is good, reasonably priced. They are simply impressive.
The team was extremely helpful with public transport guidance and could even assist in arranging transport when needed, making travel smooth and stress-free. The hot spring facilities were incredibly comfortable, with clear and friendly instructions provided for first-time visitors. We are touched by their staff’s courtesy and warmth.
The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the added AI support made the stay even more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I will definitely come back again!

There was a balcony with a table and chairs. It was really a peaceful room that I enjoyed. The hotel was very nice, it seemed like an Italian marbled hotel. The breakfast had many choices, and it was all delicious. There are many pools, warm and hot springs to choose from, it was fun and relaxing. The massage and treatments were wonderful, especially from Rufong, if you like deep acupressure. She is a really experienced, friendly and wonderful person.

The hotel location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the hot springs, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. 🚗 Traffic: The hotel is located near the ticket gate of Xiling Snow Mountain. Relatively speaking, friends who don't want to live on the mountain are still very convenient here. The mountain is still good the next morning.
🧹 Health: Overall, it is not too perfect, and it can satisfy most people.
🍃 Environment: This is because the mountain is like that after all, so there is no way to evaluate.
🔔 Service: The front desk aunt is very enthusiastic when checking in, and there is breakfast the next day, but it needs to be self-funded.
Summary: 1. It is very cold at night, the hotel's air conditioning is not very good, it can't reach the heating, it should be because the door will leak.
The hotel room has an electric blanket, but the temperature is very slow, really slow.
The hot water in the hotel is available, but the temperature is too low to take a bath.
The spare quilt prepared by the hotel is a bit too dirty.
Breakfast is ten yuan a person, with steamed bread eggs, porridge and pickles. You can fill the tube.

They provide free shuttle trip to the entrance of tix booth. (10mins walk from hotel)
Food was reasonable pricing & delicious but very big portion (2pax portion for 1pax price) - I have to remind them to cook lesser.
Breakfast at 10rmb/pax (unlimited)
Will definitely recommend to families n friends to support them.
