Service: It is a treasure homestay. There were not many people when I checked in, so I chose a twin room. The staff in the folk custom have a strong sense of service, are very enthusiastic, and are willing to respond to requests. They also take the initiative to introduce local characteristics and nearby tourist attractions. Coming here is like coming to a very familiar friend's home. It is warm and welcoming everywhere and will not make you feel stressed. Environment: The environment is really nothing to say. There are three courtyards, and each courtyard has different micro-landscapes. The layout of each place is very attentive. You can see the water flowing in the ancient town when you go out of the door! You can also relax for a moment while sitting and drinking tea while watching the scenery. The most amazing thing is the food: I originally wanted to dine in the ancient town, and then I learned that I could also dine there. I was in the mood to try it. I didn't expect it to be amazing. It was delicious, just like being at home. Our family of three had a full belly every meal. Sesame oil duck, pig intestines and blood, milk soup noodles, dried radish, and Bobo chicken really made me linger. My husband and I, who don't eat spicy food, can't stop eating. Hygiene: The hygiene in the room is OK, clean and tidy. This is the first time I stay in a homestay and don't know what other homestays look like. This one is good. There were mosquitoes in the house at that time, and the staff brought mosquito coils and mosquito repellent. Thumbs up! Afternoon tea at your heart: I tried white tea, black tea, and canned milk tea. As the saying goes, only when your heart is calm can you taste the flavor. So everyone can experience it slowly according to their mood at that time.

The location is excellent, right inside the ancient town, yet the rooms and facilities are surprisingly modern. I was extremely satisfied with both the cleanliness and the service, and the privacy is also fantastic. I particularly recommend the private hot spring rooms. Enjoying some fruit while soaking in the private hot spring and feeling the evening breeze is truly divine. The pictures speak for themselves! I originally planned a one-time visit, but after staying here, I'll definitely come back if friends visit Chengdu again! It's truly worth it.

First time visiting Huashuiwan, and this homestay I booked was pretty good overall. The room was clean and tidy, the owner was very welcoming, and the service was excellent.

The room was very clean and spacious, and the owner was super nice and offered thoughtful service. The air was great, not too hot, and we could even swim in the river, which the kids absolutely loved!!! In the morning, we stumbled upon a market and bought some local produce to take home, which was a pleasant surprise!! This place is perfect for a summer getaway, family trips, and for entertaining the little ones. Highly recommend!!

This hotel is just a 2-minute walk to the Xiling Snow Mountain Center, where you can take the cable car up to Yingxue Lake. Breakfast is included, and lunch and dinner can also be ordered at the hotel. About 1 km away, there is an indoor food street, and nearby you’ll also find a small shopping pedestrian area close to the Xiling Snow Mountain Center parking lot. The room has very strong and hot shower water, which is excellent. The room is spacious enough to open at least three 24-inch suitcases comfortably.

The hotel offers VIP service. There weren't many people when I visited, but if it were crowded, the VIP service would be incredibly valuable. There's no queue for the cable car, and once you're on the mountain, there's a dedicated shuttle. The room rate also includes admission tickets, which is great. You can go skiing right outside the hotel, and the surroundings are lovely. However, the weather wasn't cold enough, so with a bit of melting snow, the room felt a bit damp. The hotel's own restaurant is currently under renovation, so I had to go to the restaurant at the neighboring hotel for breakfast. The food was just okay, and I hope the hotel's restaurant reopens soon.

The ink-wash painting on the accent wall was very artistic. The bathroom had a separate shower and a bathtub. **Dining:** We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast area the next morning was cozily set up, offering side dishes, main courses, and rice noodles. **Service:** The front desk staff were friendly and even provided thoughtful reminders about hotel policies when we checked in. **Highlight:** The night view was the most pleasant surprise. When the hotel lights up, it looks exceptionally warm nestled in the mountains. **Overall:** A great experience, perfect for a relaxing getaway to Xiling Snow Mountain.

I was a bit hesitant before booking because of the hotel's low ratings, but when I arrived at the front desk, I was impressed by its grandeur. After checking in, I found the room to be clean and hygienic, which made me quite satisfied. Of course, since the hotel has been renovated some time ago, the toilet in the bathroom was a bit old, but for me, it was acceptable, especially considering the affordable price, which also included breakfast. All in all, this booking offered excellent value for money.
