GGuest UserSimple and quiet style, with two small yards, very clean. The details are well done, the parent-child room has Yunrou towels for the baby, and there is a fence to prevent the baby from falling off the bed (but the fence is not very stable). We didn't use it. There are smart toilets in the bathroom and alcohol disinfection towels. The service attitude is very good. suitable for shorting

GGuest UserI really liked this hotel. I call it a guesthouse because the owners are very hands-on and do everything themselves. They even cooked for us. So even without takeout, there's no need to worry, as there's always a hot breakfast. Dinner includes fish hot pot or fried rice. The facilities are complete, and there's entertainment in the evening. You can really feel how much they care about their guests. The owner kept reminding me to dress warmly, asking if I wasn't cold. 😆 Another great thing is the beautiful view of the stream from the house, especially stunning at night with the lights on. We went during the off-season, so it felt incredibly peaceful and serene. If possible, I'd rather stay an extra night at Muxue than stay halfway up the mountain.

The girl at the front desk was also considerate and took the initiative to help us upgrade the room, which was really great. Very satisfied

Exceptional Stay at Tiangong Heyuan Hotel Huashuiwan
I had a wonderful stay at Tiangong Heyuan Hotel Huashuiwan. The staff were outstanding—professional, warm, and always ready to help. Every evening, they thoughtfully sent delicious local snacks to the room, which made the experience feel extra special. Breakfast was good with generous portion, cook to order. We had dinners at their restaurant during our stay. Food is good, reasonably priced. They are simply impressive.
The team was extremely helpful with public transport guidance and could even assist in arranging transport when needed, making travel smooth and stress-free. The hot spring facilities were incredibly comfortable, with clear and friendly instructions provided for first-time visitors. We are touched by their staff’s courtesy and warmth.
The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the added AI support made the stay even more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I will definitely come back again!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the heart of Huashuiwan, close to the late-night snack area, where I'd recommend Hong Taiyang BBQ. Unlike summer, some of the hot springs at the hotel are quite warm in winter, which is very pleasant.
I hope the hotel enforces its no-smoking policy in the hot springs. The hot spring area itself is lovely, but there's always the off-putting smell of smoke.
The hot spring facilities are complete, featuring both dry and wet saunas, but there's no 'kakeyu' (rinse station) for washing off after using them. This means whether you return to the hot springs with sweat after a sauna is entirely up to individual discretion. This isn't really a drawback, as most hot springs in China don't have such rinsing facilities.
If you're traveling solo and don't have a car, you can wait for the shuttle bus to go to Xueshan or back to Dayi County.

The air was great, not too hot, and we could even swim in the river, which the kids absolutely loved!!! In the morning, we stumbled upon a market and bought some local produce to take home, which was a pleasant surprise!! This place is perfect for a summer getaway, family trips, and for entertaining the little ones. Highly recommend!!

TThanaThis is budget accommodation in walking distance 800m from the entrance of Xiling snow mountain. We arrived by bus at 10:30 and contacted hotel to pick our luggages at the entrance. Staffs were very kind and energetic. We came down and walked back to the hotel. It is cheaper to stay here and has many options for dinner. But heating system was not working so very cold at night as we stayed over Christmas. Simple breakfasts can be ordered. For non Chinese speakers like us, try to get WeChat of the hotel in advance.

It's an established 5-star hotel, and while the facilities are a bit dated, it doesn't significantly detract from the experience. All the amenities are high-quality, clean, and tidy, and the bedding is very comfortable. What really stands out is the hotel's excellent environment, fantastic hot springs, and delicious breakfast. Both the hotel and the hot springs staff have an exceptional service mindset! It's a hotel worth visiting countless times.
