I initially chose this hotel because it's pet-friendly, and overall, I was satisfied. Amenities: Movies, karaoke, ping pong, an infinity pool, afternoon tea, relaxation… Service: The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They offered complimentary tea by the hearth, and the food was brought to you wherever you chose to dine. It was all home-style cooking, and you could order in advance. A portable tea set and a fruit platter (redeemable with 1 point) were provided upon check-in. A complimentary gift was given upon check-out, and they even waved goodbye as your car left. The owner is a woman from Hunan, and I particularly admire her philosophy: none of the rooms have TVs, encouraging children to interact more, and the same goes for adults. Even strangers can have fun karaoke together. My only suggestion is that the coffee shop could be opened. I would recommend it for a weekend getaway!

The next day I returned to Shenzhen, my symptoms worsened, and I went directly to the hospital for emergency treatment. Two days after the meal, I can't keep direct evidence of food, but only hotel dining, synchronized diarrhea, medical emergency, etc. are real and evidenced. There is a beautiful environment and brand-new hardware, but there are serious omissions in temperature control, supporting guidelines, event services, and catering safety. The experience of this stay was very poor and very disappointing. It is not recommended for family and children.

I could happily sit in the courtyard all day, just daydreaming, without wanting to leave. The facilities are top-notch, and the design of both the courtyard and rooms is absolutely perfect. Staying here feels just like home, with no one to bother you – it's incredibly comfortable! I honestly wish time could stand still at this moment. The hygiene is also impeccable, and the room comes stocked with drinks and plenty of bottled water. The service is great too. For meals, local farm restaurants offer delivery, and the food perfectly suits my taste. This is definitely a guesthouse worth returning to.
