住了三次，這環境是最差的 ，換了兩次房間都很糟糕。衞生也讓人家有點堪憂，馬桶上的尿漬都沒有搞乾淨，杯子上的東西更讓人家噁心， 還有他早餐明明是能打包的，我跟阿姨説了兩句，我要打包早餐，一句都沒理我，聽都沒聽一樣，就跟你説話**一樣，你説我又不給你拿，你要麼就不要提供打包服務，那個阿姨愛搭不理的

雙床房的沖涼間和廁所的設計與其他全季不同，這間全季的設計裝修錯誤，使用非常不便：
1.洗澡時沒地方放衣服
2.洗完澡的毛巾在隔壁間的廁所，裸體出來進廁所間拿毛巾
3.與同行人使用洗澡間很尷尬。
2024年剛開業就有如此錯誤，必須重新安裝正確。先給差評！
整改：
按照全季全國標準整改，重新安裝沖涼間和廁所間。
其他住客慎重選擇！

非常滿意的一次住宿體驗，春節期間酒店的喜慶氣氛很濃，給人十分温馨的感覺。客房乾淨衞生，設施齊全，床很寬很舒服，早餐品種很多，口味也很好。酒店位置非常好，旁邊就是購物中心，出行去景點也很方便，下次會繼續過來入住。

很新的酒店，乾淨整潔空間大，不錯的。地理位置好，靠近天虹，好像是附近唯一的商圈了（？）離惠州北站也近，25分鐘車程左右。前台小姐姐們服務態度特別好～

前台服務很差！門卡刷不進去，以至於小童鎖都落下來了，第一次下去，如果真的負責任已經聯繫客房服務看看什麼情況了！！！前台還在問我是不是走錯了房間，説我是不是看錯了，你們這個酒店總共就三層啊！！！然後我們就在門口等了10分鐘，不打電話催還沒上來看，幹了一天路，真的很糟心好嗎，給你們服務一顆星，就是因為外面挪車的保安打人人真的很好很好！還有前台小姐姐還不錯，微笑臉！！
