Also, it gets quite cold outdoors in the evenings this time of year, so a heater or a charcoal grill would be really essential! We were freezing in the outdoor gazebo at night 😂 Overall, it's still a great review.

The service is warm and attentive; the front desk staff meticulously explained the best times to visit, shared helpful tips to avoid pitfalls, and even gave us some local herbal tea. The surrounding village scenery is beautiful, ideal for an evening stroll hand-in-hand, surrounded by green mountains. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining options, with authentic Hakka-style kiln chicken and tofu. Transportation is convenient; a short taxi ride gets you directly to the Luofu Mountain entrance, without having to pay the high prices of hotels within the scenic area itself. It's quiet, healing, and incredibly convenient – a perfect blend of atmosphere and practicality, making it an excellent spot for a short couple's getaway.

But there is a obvious temperature control failure in the air conditioner in the room: I adjusted the temperature to 26 ℃, but the actual temperature in the room was as low as 22 ℃. The next day I stayed, I directly caught a cold. The explanation given by the staff is that the air conditioner is cleaned frequently and the room is sealed, so the temperature will continue to cool down. This statement is completely unconvincing. Although it is not a major fault, the temperature control system defect is true, and the comfort of staying is greatly reduced. Compared with acceptable hardware, soft services such as hotel services and event arrangements are short-term. The hotel is located in a hundred mu of tea garden, also equipped with a park aid truck, but there is no paper guide map. The pictures of the park sent by the housekeeper are unclear, and the guests travel by themselves. The overall operation of the hotel is completely priority to ”take pictures and punch in”, ignoring the real play experience of tourists. The most deadly and unacceptable problem of this trip is the hidden dangers of catering. My child and I ate in the hotel for three days and two nights, and did not eat any food outside. On the second night of my stay, I suddenly had serious diarrhea. At first, I mistakenly thought that the air conditioner was cold and there was no timely feedback; Follow-up diarrhea symptoms continued to worsen, I repeatedly urgently went off the high speed to find the bathroom on the way back. The next day I returned to Shenzhen, my symptoms worsened, and I went directly to the hospital for emergency treatment. Combined with the dining record and the simultaneous gastrointestinal discomfort, it can basically be determined that the hotel meal caused gastrointestinal problems. Two days after the meal, I can't keep direct evidence of food, but only hotel dining, synchronized diarrhea, medical emergency, etc. are real and evidenced. There is a beautiful environment and brand-new hardware, but there are serious omissions in temperature control, supporting guidelines, event services, and catering safety. The experience of this stay was very poor and very disappointing. It is not recommended for family and children.

Not only is the environment incredibly picturesque 🙊, but it also has a private hot spring tub. Swimming during the day 🏊 and soaking in the hot spring at night ♨️ was truly chill. I didn't want to leave after my stay. It's exactly the tranquil slow-paced life I've been craving 🍃.

I am told (by locals) that its the best Hotel in this town. The room is clean and in good size, i slept very well. Fair cost /value relation. Breakfast may not be for a Westener’s taste but there is a coffeeshop and bakery minutes away to solve that. (I could not find a hotel directory in the room, or pencil and paper, and i think the shower / water mixer could deserve an update)
