The hotel boasts a prime location with convenient transportation and easy access to surrounding facilities. The rooms are clean and tidy, well-equipped, with comfortable bedding, good soundproofing, and excellent sleep quality. The service is warm and attentive; the staff are friendly, responsive, and helpful. The breakfast is varied, delicious, and great value for money—highly recommended. Most importantly, the bedding is incredibly comfortable, especially the mattress—it's amazing! It offers a perfect balance of firmness and softness. It's a godsend for those who prefer a firm mattress. I absolutely love it! From now on, whenever I travel or go on business in Beitun, I'll only sleep in the City Star Hotel's beds. It's sooooo comfortable!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, there is a park in front of the hotel, there is a pedestrian street nearby, shopping and eating are very convenient. There is free parking in front of the hotel and there are plenty of parking spaces. The soundproofing effect of the room is OK, the front desk service is very good, and I helped to choose a quieter and smoke-free room. The whole house is decorated with simple wooden floors, the rooms are separated from wet and dry bathrooms, and there is plenty of hot water. The room is spacious, basic disposable items, free mineral water are provided. The free breakfast is also very good. It would be better if the bathroom floor drain problem could be improved.

The price is super high, the parking is very convenient, the computer configuration is very good, passing by for one night and the next day just to get a card in the nearby lake. The boss is very enthusiastic and helps with luggage, very satisfied with a stay

Very good. I stay here every time I come to Beitun. The front desk also provides free business opportunities to upgrade the room type and equipment. The sanitation is very clean. If you need to make up anything, it will be delivered to the room in time. It's very good.

There is no breakfast room, but other aspects are good. However, there is a place to eat breakfast when you go out, which is also very convenient. The location is easy to find and easy to park. It is impossible to get a special ticket, so those who travel on business may need to pay attention.

Facilities: Complete, comfortable, spacious, and clean. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Environment: The environment was great, with a large and convenient parking lot. The surrounding area was quiet, making it a very nice place to rest. I was very satisfied and would stay here again! Free breakfast was provided, and it was delicious 😋 Cleanliness: Very clean, excellent, and I was extremely satisfied 👍

Traveling with my family, I booked the most cost-effective hotel 🏨 via Beitun. The reception at the front desk was very warm. Seeing that we were bringing the elderly and children, and they were given fruit tea and fruit tea during the check-in process, I really felt the enthusiasm. I will definitely book it. The family room is spacious and bright, and the bathroom is very clean. My parents agreed. We went downstairs to ask for food recommendations in the surrounding area. The staff also patiently recommended us several good local restaurants that are cost-effective and affordable. This is a very good stay experience

Four people with four beds, not crowded by children, very comfortable. It is not convenient to share air conditioning inside and outside. The smell of smoke in the corridor is very big and needs to be strengthened. When the front desk sister registered her ID card, she first gave her the reservation person's ID, and told her to book with this name, and then gave the other person's ID. She grabbed all the ID cards and immediately asked me what name to order? It seems very unprofessional, the manicure is also long, and the keyboard is very unfavorable. Breakfast buffet, is porridge, a few side dishes, flower rolls. The eggs can't be picked up by yourself. There is an aunt who sends them to you according to the number of people, one person, and one egg white yellow, which is obviously not fresh. It's really speechless, as for? Someone eats ten? Or an egg for ten yuan? Whether it is a five-star hotel at home and abroad, or a homestay farmhouse, I really encountered eggs like this for the first time. This is really bad. Improve it.
