Because we had just arrived and didn't have all the necessary supplies, the hotel service was very welcoming. They were quick to deliver items when we called, and even during the heavy snow, they were available day and night – we were so touched! We'll definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended, especially for families with children, as the play area is large and safe.

She manages the hotel at night. When guests raise issues at the front desk, she promptly dispatches them, handles them flexibly, and thoughtfully arranges for a comfortable stay. If I have a complaint, it's that some equipment produces a low-frequency noise when it's running. Younger, sleepy people might not mind it, but older people like us who have trouble sleeping are more sensitive to it.

It should be a hotel that a tour group would choose. The price/performance ratio is good. There is nothing nearby. It is suitable for self-driving tours. Breakfast ends at 9 o'clock, which is early in Xinjiang.
