Since we had children with us, they prepared meals in advance and even heated up small steamed buns for the kids. Because we had just arrived and didn't have all the necessary supplies, the hotel service was very welcoming. They were quick to deliver items when we called, and even during the heavy snow, they were available day and night – we were so touched! We'll definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended, especially for families with children, as the play area is large and safe.

Seeing that we were bringing the elderly and children, and they were given fruit tea and fruit tea during the check-in process, I really felt the enthusiasm. I will definitely book it. The family room is spacious and bright, and the bathroom is very clean. My parents agreed. We went downstairs to ask for food recommendations in the surrounding area. The staff also patiently recommended us several good local restaurants that are cost-effective and affordable. This is a very good stay experience

I accidentally left my jewelry when I checked in, so I contacted the beautiful lady at the front desk. Unexpectedly, the staff quickly helped me find it. They were patient and responsible throughout the whole process, showing professionalism and warmth in the details. I have to give a thumbs up! Come again next time~
