The hotel was clean and tidy overall, with spacious and bright rooms that were meticulously cleaned. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet and pleasant stay. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, the location was convenient for getting around, and the hotel offered excellent value for money. My stay was fantastic, making it my top choice for accommodation, and I would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommended! The environment is great, and the service is excellent. Since we had children with us, they prepared meals in advance and even heated up small steamed buns for the kids. Because we had just arrived and didn't have all the necessary supplies, the hotel service was very welcoming. They were quick to deliver items when we called, and even during the heavy snow, they were available day and night – we were so touched! We'll definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended, especially for families with children, as the play area is large and safe.

Facilities: Complete, comfortable, spacious, and clean.
Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
Environment: The environment was great, with a large and convenient parking lot. The surrounding area was quiet, making it a very nice place to rest. I was very satisfied and would stay here again! Free breakfast was provided, and it was delicious 😋

Beitun Hualan Xingmao Hotel is quite good! The room was clean and tidy, the pillows of memory cotton were particularly comfortable to sleep, and they were equipped with laifen high-speed hair dryers, which were very friendly to long-haired girls. The service staff is warm and answer all questions. The location is good, it is convenient to go out for dinner and shopping. Breakfast is a pure Chinese breakfast, relatively simple, but the taste is not bad.

Guest UserThe room is clean, well-equipped, and has good soundproofing. I slept until noon and didn't go for breakfast. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. I would just remind friends who travel early to leave 5-10 minutes for the deposit refund. This is something I suggest you improve.

Convenient parking, spacious rooms and good facilities. The front desk was not good at check-in. It may have just picked up a tour group and was a little impatient. The dinner was good, the breakfast was very simple and basically cold. More than 600 prices, low cost performance.

Anonymous UserIt should be a hotel that a tour group would choose. The price/performance ratio is good. There is nothing nearby. It is suitable for self-driving tours. Breakfast ends at 9 o'clock, which is early in Xinjiang.

The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, and the service staff is very friendly. Southerners don't eat frozen pears, so the front desk staff specially prepared a bowl for us to thaw the frozen pears. The cold fish and pike they recommended were delicious. I really like their hospitality.

Come to Beitun to do something, see this hotel on the Internet, there are many places to eat around, the front desk is very enthusiastic to introduce the fun and delicious surroundings, the room is comfortable and clean, the lights in the corridor look very good, less than ten minutes from the hotel is the famous Pingdingshan Park here, The scenery is very good, it is good to go for a walk after dinner at night.
