From what I saw online, it seems this is the only hotel in Beitun that offers breakfast. A special shout-out to the beautiful owner—young, beautiful, approachable, cheerful, and fluent in Mandarin. She manages the hotel at night. When guests raise issues at the front desk, she promptly dispatches them, handles them flexibly, and thoughtfully arranges for a comfortable stay. If I have a complaint, it's that some equipment produces a low-frequency noise when it's running. Younger, sleepy people might not mind it, but older people like us who have trouble sleeping are more sensitive to it."

The night view of Tuen is also beautiful, the breakfast is rich, and the jam bread is delicious. The lady at the front desk is very friendly. "Don't be fooled by the hotel's exterior! The interior is truly impressive! As soon as the car stopped, a staff member came over to ask if we needed help with our luggage, which was quite touching. Having stayed in many hotels, big and small, I never expected to receive such welcoming service in a hotel with such an unassuming exterior. It was very kind of me. The room itself was quite nice; they upgraded us to a different room type for free, and the whole room was equipped with smart technology, a stark contrast to the exterior. The owner told me that many people canceled their bookings after seeing the outside and being disappointed, which is a real shame. The breakfast on the second day was also excellent, all freshly made, with a home-style flavor that was very comforting. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

She grabbed all the ID cards and immediately asked me what name to order? It seems very unprofessional, the manicure is also long, and the keyboard is very unfavorable. Breakfast buffet, is porridge, a few side dishes, flower rolls. The eggs can't be picked up by yourself. Most importantly, the bedding is incredibly comfortable, especially the mattress—it's amazing! It offers a perfect balance of firmness and softness. The mirror in the room has a touch screen switch, which is very nice. The breakfast is also very good and tastes good. There are barbecue restaurants, hot pot restaurants, and Xinjiang specialties nearby. It is a 5-minute drive from the pedestrian street. Very satisfied, most importantly, it is quiet, comfortable, and sleeps well!

The room was clean and tidy, the pillows of memory cotton were particularly comfortable to sleep, and they were equipped with laifen high-speed hair dryers, which were very friendly to long-haired girls. The service staff is warm and answer all questions. The location is good, it is convenient to go out for dinner and shopping. Breakfast is a pure Chinese breakfast, relatively simple, but the taste is not bad.

Seeing that we were bringing the elderly and children, and they were given fruit tea and fruit tea during the check-in process, I really felt the enthusiasm. I will definitely book it. Guest UserProblems discovered by this hotel: There was a hole in the pillow when I checked in. When I woke up in the morning, I found that it was torn open and there was one pillow for each bed. The bed is so thin that you can feel the edges and corners of the mattress wires when you touch it. One of the beds creaked when turned over. Can bathroom faucets be equipped with splash screens? Can you decorate or brighten the lights in the room more? It’s too depressing! The breakfast arrived at 9:30 and there was basically nothing. Then the eggs were boiled and not yet eaten! I want to make the hotel a good one. I hope the hotel owner can strengthen management and detail. I stayed in the hotel for 20 consecutive days. This hotel left a deep impression on me!
