The service was impeccable, especially the front desk staff. From check-in to check-out, they were incredibly helpful and attentive, not only efficient but also proactively recommending nearby restaurants and sightseeing routes, and patiently answering any questions I had. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city!"

"Beitun Hualan Xingmao Hotel is quite good! The room was clean and tidy, the pillows of memory cotton were particularly comfortable to sleep, and they were equipped with laifen high-speed hair dryers, which were very friendly to long-haired girls. The service staff is warm and answer all questions. The location is good, it is convenient to go out for dinner and shopping. Breakfast is a pure Chinese breakfast, relatively simple, but the taste is not bad."

"Parking is convenient. There are many restaurants across the street. Although the hotel is only three stories high, it still has an elevator for easy access. From what I saw online, it seems this is the only hotel in Beitun that offers breakfast. A special shout-out to the beautiful owner—young, beautiful, approachable, cheerful, and fluent in Mandarin. She manages the hotel at night. When guests raise issues at the front desk, she promptly dispatches them, handles them flexibly, and thoughtfully arranges for a comfortable stay. If I have a complaint, it's that some equipment produces a low-frequency noise when it's running. Younger, sleepy people might not mind it, but older people like us who have trouble sleeping are more sensitive to it."
