"The room was clean and tidy. We arrived at 4 AM, and the front desk lady was incredibly patient. Our car broke down and needed repairs the next day, so our check-out time was uncertain. I asked the front desk what the latest check-out time was and how much it would cost per hour for a late check-out. The lady said that due to our special circumstances, they would extend our check-out until 4 PM – we're very grateful for the hotel's friendly service!"

From what I saw online, it seems this is the only hotel in Beitun that offers breakfast. A special shout-out to the beautiful owner—young, beautiful, approachable, cheerful, and fluent in Mandarin. She manages the hotel at night. When guests raise issues at the front desk, she promptly dispatches them, handles them flexibly, and thoughtfully arranges for a comfortable stay. If I have a complaint, it's that some equipment produces a low-frequency noise when it's running. Younger, sleepy people might not mind it, but older people like us who have trouble sleeping are more sensitive to it."

"During the May Day holiday, to avoid the crowds, I clocked in at S21 and came to Beitun. There was no traffic jam at all. It was raining on the day I arrived. The hotel was very considerate and provided an umbrella service. The hotel facilities are very good, clean and tidy. It is backed by the Deren Mountain Scenic Area. The night view of Tuen is also beautiful, the breakfast is rich, and the jam bread is delicious. The lady at the front desk is very friendly. I will stay here again next time I travel to Northern Xinjiang."

"The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and there was a laundry and drying room. The owner even upgraded our room, which was very kind of them. Parking was convenient, and there were charging stations at the entrance. It's also a pet-friendly hotel. It's really not easy to find such a good hotel when traveling with furry friends; it was unexpectedly good, and the room smelled nice. The breakfast was also plentiful, with freshly made steamed buns that were clean and healthy. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Staying at such a wonderful hotel while traveling really warmed my heart 😭"

Highly recommended! The environment is great, and the service is excellent. Since we had children with us, they prepared meals in advance and even heated up small steamed buns for the kids. Because we had just arrived and didn't have all the necessary supplies, the hotel service was very welcoming. They were quick to deliver items when we called, and even during the heavy snow, they were available day and night – we were so touched! We'll definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended, especially for families with children, as the play area is large and safe.

Beitun Hualan Xingmao Hotel is quite good! The room was clean and tidy, the pillows of memory cotton were particularly comfortable to sleep, and they were equipped with laifen high-speed hair dryers, which were very friendly to long-haired girls. The service staff is warm and answer all questions. The location is good, it is convenient to go out for dinner and shopping. Breakfast is a pure Chinese breakfast, relatively simple, but the taste is not bad.

Seeing that we were bringing the elderly and children, and they were given fruit tea and fruit tea during the check-in process, I really felt the enthusiasm. I will definitely book it. The family room is spacious and bright, and the bathroom is very clean. My parents agreed. We went downstairs to ask for food recommendations in the surrounding area. The staff also patiently recommended us several good local restaurants that are cost-effective and affordable. This is a very good stay experience

I like the service of the boss, the room hygiene is barely OK, the bathroom hygiene is not in place, 1. The toilet must be clean and white from the cover to the inside and outside, 2. The bathroom wall and corner corners are not cleaned in place, and the warehouse on each floor makes the hotel lower the grade as a whole! ! ! Cleaning linen in the building handrail is not suitable! ! !

It is only recommended for families who drive by themselves. The room is very big. It is not recommended for girls who travel independently or alone. You can also see uncles without clothes in the corridor... The fire escape in the corridor is a bit scary. The price is really bad. It's a good deal, clean and has no smell.
