Hotel room was clean and modern and staff service was excellent. The surrounding area is very pretty with a lake, river and parks that are very pleasant to walk in. Only issue we had was that the corridor’s lights are almost never on and check in area was dark too when we checked in close to midnight. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The room was exceptionally clean and odor-free, with complete and user-friendly facilities. It offered incredible value for money, allowing us to enjoy a super comfortable stay without breaking the bank. The location was also convenient for getting around. Overall, the experience was fantastic and I highly recommend it!

This was my first time staying here, and the front desk upgraded me to a lake-view room. The scenery was lovely, with a wide-open view. During the Chinese New Year, the hotel even organized some small activities, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was extensive. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The room hygiene service is also good. The breakfast is good, including steamed buns, soybean milk, millet porridge, eggs, quail eggs and noodles, which cater to the eating habits of people in the north and south. The millet porridge is not as good as the one I cook at home, but the sweet potatoes and corn are OK. I ordered the wrong order when I booked. I wanted to stay in a lake view room but it turned out to be a city view room. Fortunately, the boss upgraded me to a lake view room, but each has its own merits.

The room was super spacious.

The TV allowed screen mirroring, which was great for watching shows at night. The Wi-Fi password was on the key card holder, and I tested the speed – over 60 Mbps download, perfect for video calls. The most practical feature was the USB ports and five-hole outlets on both sides of the bed – a godsend for anyone charging a phone, tablet, and smartwatch simultaneously. The bathroom had a thermostatic shower with stable water pressure, so no sudden cold surprises. Now, for the service: I arrived at 1 AM, and the front desk clerk, energetic and friendly, helped me check in. He even asked, 'Would you like me to put your takeout in a warm box?' When I checked out, I left my charger in the room. They promptly called me, arranged to ship it to my next destination via SF Express (cash on delivery), and even included a packet of fresh flower cakes. The cleanliness was impeccable; you could inspect it with a magnifying glass. The glass cups were fingerprint-free, the remote control was in a disposable sanitizing bag, and even the air conditioner vents were spotless. Right next to the hotel is a farmer's market where fruit is incredibly cheap, almost free. In short, this hotel, much like the locals in Kunming, is authentic and straightforward – no fuss. I booked this online; the price was transparent, with no hidden fees. I highly recommend it to anyone frequently traveling to Anning for business or with elderly family members.

I was passing through Anning with my baby and booked this newly opened hotel. The lady who ran the store was very nice and even carried things for me and my wife. The bed was very big and very comfortable to sleep on. It was new inside and out and the room had no smell. Recommended, worth staying.

I booked a hot spring hotel in Anning to visit a friend. Both the guest rooms and front desk service were subpar. The front desk was slow and inefficient. My mother and I had heavy luggage, and no one offered to help. The floor was also slippery. What's worse, the housekeeping supervisor entered our room using a key card without permission, which woke me up and startled me. However, the staff in the hot spring area were excellent – friendly, accommodating, and very attentive. The rice noodles at the restaurant were decent, and the old lady serving them was very kind. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this place.

The room is clean and hygienic, the boss has a good service attitude, and you can also soak in the hot springs. The surrounding environment is good, and the store’s dinner is delicious.
