Hotel room was clean and modern and staff service was excellent. The surrounding area is very pretty with a lake, river and parks that are very pleasant to walk in. Only issue we had was that the corridor’s lights are almost never on and check in area was dark too when we checked in close to midnight. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Location: Excellent location, easy to find, convenient surroundings, free parking, environment: good environment, facilities: complete facilities and equipment, service: polite, warm and thoughtful, good service, hygiene: clean, comfortable, breathable, high cost performance, good experience, highly recommended! It's really not bad, love it.

Guest UserThe hotel environment is fantastic, right next to Yulongwan Park. There's a small path leading to the back entrance of the park, and it's lush with greenery, making the air really fresh. The front desk staff (especially the young lady) was super friendly and provided excellent service. The room was spacious, and all the drinks in the minibar were complimentary. It also had a balcony, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying a cup of tea – super relaxing!

It offered incredible value for money, allowing us to enjoy a super comfortable stay without breaking the bank. The location was also convenient for getting around. The room hygiene service is also good. The breakfast is good, including steamed buns, soybean milk, millet porridge, eggs, quail eggs and noodles, which cater to the eating habits of people in the north and south. The millet porridge is not as good as the one I cook at home, but the sweet potatoes and corn are OK. I ordered the wrong order when I booked. I wanted to stay in a lake view room but it turned out to be a city view room. Fortunately, the boss upgraded me to a lake view room, but each has its own merits.

Facilities: Super comprehensive, they even have razors and everything is quite new.
Hygiene: Very clean and hygienic, even the bathtub was spotless and disinfected.
Environment: Very quiet and comfortable.
Service: Excellent service, the lady at the front desk explained everything patiently.
Ashuro Onsen Ticket: Very comfortable, not too crowded, and very clean.
The room was super spacious.

The bed was very big and very comfortable to sleep on. It was new inside and out and the room had no smell. Recommended, worth staying.
