They directly promised to help me change to a twin bed for free. They also helped me carry my luggage. The service is really super good, and the hotel environment is also very good. There is a river opposite the hotel. There are many cherry blossoms by the river. I went to take a lot of photos with my friends. It was super filming. Although the hotel has been open for several years, the facilities are particularly new. I am super satisfied with this business trip. I will come here for a business trip in the future. "The private hot spring at the hotel was fantastic! It's so peaceful staying in the mountains. I'm not sure if it was because I booked through Trip.com, but they put me in the room furthest back, and I couldn't see anything from the balcony except trees. Overall, aside from the hotel facilities being a bit old, the service was good. The electric shuttle was always available when called, and the food was incredibly good value for money – pretty decent. We didn't go to the public hot springs because it was a holiday and too crowded, so we just used the one in our room. Overall, I'd recommend it to discerning travelers. If only the view from the private hot spring balcony stretched further, I'd give it a perfect score. I wonder if the rooms closer to the front are more expensive?"

"The environment is quite nice, and the overall atmosphere is very grand, seemingly consisting of two buildings. The interior decor clearly indicates it's a long-established hotel. However, it suffers from many common problems of older hotels: outdated facilities and old-fashioned decor. Here are a few points that are of concern to many: the air conditioner is noisy, the heating is ineffective, and surprisingly, only one of the bedside electrical outlets is a two-prong outlet (I don't know who needs so many three-prong outlets these days).
There are also many commendable aspects, such as the beautiful bamboo grove surrounding the hotel and the clean swimming pool at the back, which clearly shows it's regularly maintained.
However, the facilities are simply too outdated! Even my parents haven't stayed in such an old hotel in a long time. I hope they can improve upon this."

"For business travelers like me, a hotel needs to be two things: clean and convenient. The Tilianya Boutique Hotel exceeded expectations on both counts.
First, the facilities: I stayed in a business king room. The Mitsubishi air conditioner was fast and quiet for both heating and cooling. The TV allowed screen mirroring, which was great for watching shows at night. The Wi-Fi password was on the key card holder, and I tested the speed – over 60 Mbps download, perfect for video calls. The most practical feature was the USB ports and five-hole outlets on both sides of the bed – a godsend for anyone charging a phone, tablet, and smartwatch simultaneously. The bathroom had a thermostatic shower with stable water pressure, so no sudden cold surprises.
Now, for the service: I arrived at 1 AM, and the front desk clerk, energetic and friendly, helped me check in. He even asked, 'Would you like me to put your takeout in a warm box?' When I checked out, I left my charger in the room. They promptly called me, arranged to ship it to my next destination via SF Express (cash on delivery), and even included a packet of fresh flower cakes.
The cleanliness was impeccable; you could inspect it with a magnifying glass. The glass cups were fingerprint-free, the remote control was in a disposable sanitizing bag, and even the air conditioner vents were spotless.
Right next to the hotel is a farmer's market where fruit is incredibly cheap, almost free.
In short, this hotel, much like the locals in Kunming, is authentic and straightforward – no fuss. I booked this online; the price was transparent, with no hidden fees. I highly recommend it to anyone frequently traveling to Anning for business or with elderly family members."

My mother and I had heavy luggage, and no one offered to help. The floor was also slippery. What's worse, the housekeeping supervisor entered our room using a key card without permission, which woke me up and startled me.
However, the staff in the hot spring area were excellent – friendly, accommodating, and very attentive.
The rice noodles at the restaurant were decent, and the old lady serving them was very kind.
Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this place."

"I booked a homestay almost two weeks in advance. My husband and I spent a whole day choosing and finally decided on this one. At first, I was very satisfied: the service attitude was very good, and the girls in the store were very warm and generous; the environment was very beautiful, suitable for a few friends to sit in the yard and chat and rest at night; in addition, the breakfast was also very rich, and good night milk was provided. But there are two problems I have to complain about: 1. There is an open-air balcony in the pictures before booking, but there is actually no balcony; 2. Without prior notice, the second water change in the room pool will be charged 60 yuan separately. I can pay this money if I spend it, but you didn't tell me in advance, and you didn't tell me when I asked you to come over to change the water. It wasn't until check-out that you asked to charge an additional 60 yuan... Isn't it a bit inappropriate? Anyone can pay a few dozen dollars, but you have to tell me in advance. I didn't say much when I checked out and just paid and left. The more I thought about it, the angrier I got. The room environment didn't match the picture. There was no open-air balcony as promised. The free room upgrade service was not provided (of course, this is understandable since it was during the May Day holiday). There were value-added services but they were not informed in advance... This doesn't seem like a mistake that would happen in a 4.9-point homestay. I'm quite disappointed..."

Only issue we had was that the corridor’s lights are almost never on and check in area was dark too when we checked in close to midnight. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Location: The location was extremely convenient. It's within walking distance to both attractions and shopping districts, and despite being surrounded by numerous dining options, the area was surprisingly quiet.

My favorite part is the large balcony, which offers a delightful view of the lake and lush green mountains, with high skies and drifting clouds – it's incredibly peaceful. The evenings are very quiet. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the breakfast at the restaurant is fantastic.

😇Environment: Rooms are on the 7th floor and above, featuring large, bright floor-to-ceiling windows. The lobby bar is spacious and suitable for reading or working, and there's also a private bar. China National Petroleum Corporation is right next to the hotel.
😇Service: The staff are responsive and helpful, promptly resolving any issues and providing timely reminders.
😇Room: The decor is European-style, with heavy, off-white wooden doors and carpets that complement each other well. Upon entering the room, the cabinets open slightly, allowing you to easily see the placement of items. There's a coffee table and chairs in front of the TV, not directly facing the bed, ensuring privacy.
😇Restaurant: The food selection was average. I went to the restaurant at 9:45 AM, and the staff didn't neglect guests even though it was almost breakfast closing time. They maintained order even for guests arriving just in time, and even after cleaning the utensils, they would still prepare breakfast for guests if needed – a great touch and commendable. At the end of the meal, they even asked if any guests wanted additional food, showing attention to detail.
🥳Highlights: This hotel doesn't recommend pets (an extra 500 RMB cleaning fee applies), but they are very thoughtful by providing dog cages in the underground parking lot.
🤗Areas for Improvement: The lint trap behind the hairdryer needs regular cleaning, as this is something guests frequently come into contact with. The water temperature adjustment is slow; I suggest adding a circulating heating system with constant temperature.
🤔Aspects for Guests: Some floors are non-smoking, and cigarette butts are not allowed. Smoking is also prohibited in guest rooms. The 200 RMB deposit is for carpet damage compensation, so please be mindful of smoking. There are designated smoking areas.

Let me talk about the only drawback. The row downstairs is full of barbecue shops. This is not a problem with the hotel. The problem is that the oil smoke will go up. It is recommended that you add money to book a room with windows, otherwise the room is full of oily smoke. Plus the hotel should be newly renovated, there is the formaldehyde smell of the decoration board, no window is very difficult
