They directly promised to help me change to a twin bed for free. They also helped me carry my luggage. The service is really super good, and the hotel environment is also very good. There is a river opposite the hotel. There are many cherry blossoms by the river. I went to take a lot of photos with my friends. It was super filming. Although the hotel has been open for several years, the facilities are particularly new. I am super satisfied with this business trip. I will come here for a business trip in the future. I will choose this one."

"The private hot spring at the hotel was fantastic! It's so peaceful staying in the mountains. I'm not sure if it was because I booked through Trip.com, but they put me in the room furthest back, and I couldn't see anything from the balcony except trees. Overall, aside from the hotel facilities being a bit old, the service was good. The electric shuttle was always available when called, and the food was incredibly good value for money – pretty decent. We didn't go to the public hot springs because it was a holiday and too crowded, so we just used the one in our room. Overall, I'd recommend it to discerning travelers. If only the view from the private hot spring balcony stretched further, I'd give it a perfect score. I wonder if the rooms closer to the front are more expensive?"

"The environment is quite nice, and the overall atmosphere is very grand, seemingly consisting of two buildings. The interior decor clearly indicates it's a long-established hotel. However, it suffers from many common problems of older hotels: outdated facilities and old-fashioned decor. Here are a few points that are of concern to many: the air conditioner is noisy, the heating is ineffective, and surprisingly, only one of the bedside electrical outlets is a two-prong outlet (I don't know who needs so many three-prong outlets these days). There are also many commendable aspects, such as the beautiful bamboo grove surrounding the hotel and the clean swimming pool at the back, which clearly shows it's regularly maintained. However, the facilities are simply too outdated! Even my parents haven't stayed in such an old hotel in a long time. I hope they can improve upon this."

What surprised me most was its successful isolation from the city's hustle and bustle. My room faced the main road, offering a vibrant view of the traffic below during the day. But once the windows were closed, the room instantly became quiet. The soundproofing was excellent; only a very faint white noise could be heard, which didn't disturb my rest at all. I slept exceptionally well at night, truly achieving ”peace and quiet even in the heart of the city.” Furthermore, the hotel's service is also commendable. Whether it was check-in at the front desk or room service, the staff were friendly and handled issues very quickly, making me feel at ease and worry-free. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, with comfortable bedding, a great view from the high floor, and good air circulation. This stay was almost perfect, and I highly recommend it to all travelers who value both convenience and quality sleep."

"I booked a hot spring hotel in Anning to visit a friend. Both the guest rooms and front desk service were subpar. The front desk was slow and inefficient. My mother and I had heavy luggage, and no one offered to help. The floor was also slippery. What's worse, the housekeeping supervisor entered our room using a key card without permission, which woke me up and startled me. However, the staff in the hot spring area were excellent – friendly, accommodating, and very attentive. The rice noodles at the restaurant were decent, and the old lady serving them was very kind. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this place."

"The hotel is located right on the shores of the Mantis River. The rooms are clean, tidy, and warmly decorated. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is fully equipped and clean, and the shower water temperature and pressure are consistent. The hot spring water is so smooth and smooth that it truly lives up to its reputation as the ”world's best hot spring.” The hotel staff are warm and attentive, providing attentive service from check-in to check-out. Any issues we raised were promptly and effectively addressed, making us feel right at home. Of course, the hotel does have some minor shortcomings. For example, since hot springs involve drinking a lot of water, drinking water should be provided unlimitedly and not charged. Having stayed at so many hotels, it's rare to find one charging for drinking water beyond the hotel's capacity. I hope the hotel can improve on this. Overall, however, these minor issues didn't detract from my stay, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

Upon entering the room, the cabinets open slightly, allowing you to easily see the placement of items. There's a coffee table and chairs in front of the TV, not directly facing the bed, ensuring privacy. 😇Restaurant: The food selection was average. I went to the restaurant at 9:45 AM, and the staff didn't neglect guests even though it was almost breakfast closing time. They maintained order even for guests arriving just in time, and even after cleaning the utensils, they would still prepare breakfast for guests if needed – a great touch and commendable. At the end of the meal, they even asked if any guests wanted additional food, showing attention to detail. 🥳Highlights: This hotel doesn't recommend pets (an extra 500 RMB cleaning fee applies), but they are very thoughtful by providing dog cages in the underground parking lot. 🤗Areas for Improvement: The lint trap behind the hairdryer needs regular cleaning, as this is something guests frequently come into contact with. The water temperature adjustment is slow; I suggest adding a circulating heating system with constant temperature. 🤔Aspects for Guests: Some floors are non-smoking, and cigarette butts are not allowed. Smoking is also prohibited in guest rooms. The 200 RMB deposit is for carpet damage compensation, so please be mindful of smoking. There are designated smoking areas."
