"Don't want to leave Yunnan this summer! When the kids were young, we always chose Jinfang, and now that my parents are older, Jinfang is still our first choice. Everything was fantastic! The outdoor hot springs offer unlimited access, and even on checkout day, your key card sleeve grants entry – it feels like endless refills, such a treat! My son, who is growing up, even joined me for tea on the tatami mat. The wild mushroom claypot rice at the restaurant was authentic and delicious; the 'crossing-the-bridge' noodles were also excellent. The chicken broth had no MSG – it tasted a bit plain while eating, but afterward, I wasn't thirsty at all, which really made it memorable. The breakfast buffet was faultless, especially since I love European-style comics, but also can't do without rice noodles. I had to have both the mini desserts and the rice rolls!"

"Hotel room was clean and modern and staff service was excellent. The surrounding area is very pretty with a lake, river and parks that are very pleasant to walk in. Only issue we had was that the corridor’s lights are almost never on and check in area was dark too when we checked in close to midnight. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the hotel."

"Overall, the hotel was great – a true all-in-one spot for dining, entertainment, and relaxation. It’s perfect for spending a few days unwinding. The facilities like the pool and gym were excellent. Everything you need is right here! Plus, the three meals a day offered by the hotel were quite tasty.
On a different note, I needed to arrange dinner for my family and called twice in advance to book a restaurant. The front desk said the F&B department would contact me, but they never did, even after I checked out… a bit frustrating.
When I checked in, the front desk told me our standard room was on the first floor. I acknowledged it, and then they repeated it, “first floor, okay?” I didn't quite understand why they emphasized it twice. It wasn’t until I got to the room that I realized the cafe’s outdoor terrace offers a direct view into the room. (The front desk could have just said that directly instead of being so vague; how would I know, being a first-time guest?)
Three areas for improvement:
1. The non-slip mat in the shower was very dirty.
2. The coordination among the F&B staff needs to be better.
3. The front desk should be more direct. Repeating that the standard room was on the first floor in such a roundabout way completely confused me as a first-time visitor about what they were trying to convey!"

"Honestly, I usually give positive reviews when I stay at a hotel, but I really want to highlight this one! It's the most comfortable of all the Jinjiang hotels I've stayed at. I'm even hooked on the shower gel and hand soap aromatherapy options nearby! The lavender aromatherapy was so relaxing, the bathroom was warm and bright, and it even played music. The bedding and pillows were every bit as good as I could have hoped. I especially want to mention the retro kettle, which plugs directly into a mineral water bottle. It's so practical, easy to use, and clean. The room also has an air purifier and humidifier—it felt like home! The breakfast was incredibly filling. The Joyoung soy milk was delicious, and there were all kinds of desserts, stir-fries, and noodle soups. I was so stuffed by the time I left. "The location is a bit out of the way, on the edge of Anning District, right next to a main road. It might get a bit noisy at night, but the soundproofing of the windows is quite good, and the air conditioning works very well. The bed is wide. The corresponding hot springs and swimming pool are definite pros; the pool is outdoors, and even in August, it can be a bit chilly at first. Secondly, the breakfast is very ordinary. You can tell the hotel had grand plans and designs initially, but perhaps they weren't fully realized later on. The room size is also very large, and while the decor and facilities feel a bit dated, the room itself feels relatively new. Objectively, it's worth the price, but it definitely doesn't feel like great value for money."

"I booked a homestay almost two weeks in advance. My husband and I spent a whole day choosing and finally decided on this one. At first, I was very satisfied: the service attitude was very good, and the girls in the store were very warm and generous; the environment was very beautiful, suitable for a few friends to sit in the yard and chat and rest at night; in addition, the breakfast was also very rich, and good night milk was provided. But there are two problems I have to complain about: 1. There is an open-air balcony in the pictures before booking, but there is actually no balcony; 2. Without prior notice, the second water change in the room pool will be charged 60 yuan separately. I can pay this money if I spend it, but you didn't tell me in advance, and you didn't tell me when I asked you to come over to change the water. The climate is comfortable, the hotel environment is superb, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The front desk service is warm and attentive, check-in is quick and efficient, and the surrounding area is convenient for getting around. Let me talk about the only drawback. The row downstairs is full of barbecue shops. This is not a problem with the hotel. The problem is that the oil smoke will go up. It is recommended that you add money to book a room with windows, otherwise the room is full of oily smoke. Plus the hotel should be newly renovated, there is the formaldehyde smell of the decoration board, no window is very difficult

The room hygiene service is also good. The breakfast is good, including steamed buns, soybean milk, millet porridge, eggs, quail eggs and noodles, which cater to the eating habits of people in the north and south. The millet porridge is not as good as the one I cook at home, but the sweet potatoes and corn are OK. I ordered the wrong order when I booked. I wanted to stay in a lake view room but it turned out to be a city view room. Fortunately, the boss upgraded me to a lake view room, but each has its own merits.

Guest UserFor business travelers like me, a hotel needs to be two things: clean and convenient. The Tilianya Boutique Hotel exceeded expectations on both counts.
First, the facilities: I stayed in a business king room. The Mitsubishi air conditioner was fast and quiet for both heating and cooling. The TV allowed screen mirroring, which was great for watching shows at night. The Wi-Fi password was on the key card holder, and I tested the speed – over 60 Mbps download, perfect for video calls. The most practical feature was the USB ports and five-hole outlets on both sides of the bed – a godsend for anyone charging a phone, tablet, and smartwatch simultaneously. The bathroom had a thermostatic shower with stable water pressure, so no sudden cold surprises.
Now, for the service: I arrived at 1 AM, and the front desk clerk, energetic and friendly, helped me check in. He even asked, 'Would you like me to put your takeout in a warm box?' When I checked out, I left my charger in the room. They promptly called me, arranged to ship it to my next destination via SF Express (cash on delivery), and even included a packet of fresh flower cakes.
The cleanliness was impeccable; you could inspect it with a magnifying glass. The glass cups were fingerprint-free, the remote control was in a disposable sanitizing bag, and even the air conditioner vents were spotless.
Right next to the hotel is a farmer's market where fruit is incredibly cheap, almost free.
In short, this hotel, much like the locals in Kunming, is authentic and straightforward – no fuss. I booked this online; the price was transparent, with no hidden fees. I highly recommend it to anyone frequently traveling to Anning for business or with elderly family members.

The environment is quite nice, and the overall atmosphere is very grand, seemingly consisting of two buildings. The interior decor clearly indicates it's a long-established hotel. However, it suffers from many common problems of older hotels: outdated facilities and old-fashioned decor. Here are a few points that are of concern to many: the air conditioner is noisy, the heating is ineffective, and surprisingly, only one of the bedside electrical outlets is a two-prong outlet (I don't know who needs so many three-prong outlets these days).
There are also many commendable aspects, such as the beautiful bamboo grove surrounding the hotel and the clean swimming pool at the back, which clearly shows it's regularly maintained.
However, the facilities are simply too outdated! Even my parents haven't stayed in such an old hotel in a long time. I hope they can improve upon this.

I booked a hot spring hotel in Anning to visit a friend. Both the guest rooms and front desk service were subpar. The front desk was slow and inefficient. My mother and I had heavy luggage, and no one offered to help. The floor was also slippery. What's worse, the housekeeping supervisor entered our room using a key card without permission, which woke me up and startled me.
However, the staff in the hot spring area were excellent – friendly, accommodating, and very attentive.
The rice noodles at the restaurant were decent, and the old lady serving them was very kind.
Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this place.
