Hotel room was clean and modern and staff service was excellent. The surrounding area is very pretty with a lake, river and parks that are very pleasant to walk in. Only issue we had was that the corridor’s lights are almost never on and check in area was dark too when we checked in close to midnight. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Very satisfied! When traveling, you must choose a hotel with a good location. Looking at the map, there are food and shopping malls everywhere near this hotel, so I chose it. What's surprising is that there is also breakfast, which is quite good. At the front desk of the hotel, the waiter is very warm and friendly, and the service is very thoughtful and considerate. If you don't bring the elevator card, you will help swipe the card after checking.

This is my third visit this year, and I absolutely love this hotel, even though it's only 30 kilometers from my home. The evenings are very quiet. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the breakfast at the restaurant is fantastic.

The room hygiene service is also good. The breakfast is good, including steamed buns, soybean milk, millet porridge, eggs, quail eggs and noodles, which cater to the eating habits of people in the north and south. The millet porridge is not as good as the one I cook at home, but the sweet potatoes and corn are OK. I ordered the wrong order when I booked. I wanted to stay in a lake view room but it turned out to be a city view room. Fortunately, the boss upgraded me to a lake view room, but each has its own merits.

Environment: Very quiet and comfortable. Service: Excellent service, the lady at the front desk explained everything patiently. Ashuro Onsen Ticket: Very comfortable, not too crowded, and very clean. The room was super spacious.

The hot springs were nice, and the room was good too. But the real highlight was the staff at the lobby restaurant. I had originally planned to go for some rice noodles the previous night, and even though they were about to finish their shift, they offered to help me find a place to eat nearby. When we couldn't find a spot right away, they enthusiastically led me to another restaurant. It's genuinely rare to encounter such warm and enthusiastic staff, especially in a hotel. The team at the first-floor restaurant was absolutely excellent.
