GGuest UserThe hotel is in the Tianchi service area, and it is more convenient to go to the non-freeze River and Tianchi transfer station. The room was simple and hygienic, the small courtyard was cleaned up, the proprietress was very enthusiastic, took the initiative to upgrade the room, and also sent breakfast. Originally booked for one night, but later I didn't bother to move, and continued for two nights. The fish made in the restaurant is delicious. The starry night in the courtyard is a rare luxury for children in the city.

AAnonymous UserThe owner was incredibly warm and hospitable, reserving us the best room with a view, helping us carry our luggage up and down the stairs, and even buying us coffee when we left. The room was very warm, and the shower water was plentiful and hot; although it was an electric water heater, it was more than enough for a shower. The hotel had a beautiful view, was quiet, and had a small river in front of it where you could take a walk along the river. A few minutes' walk across the bridge led to Shengquan Square and the food street.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel because the reviews said it was the best, and the photos looked good. As soon as we arrived and the car stopped, the front desk and security staff immediately came to help with our luggage. The check-in process was very smooth. The room facilities were exactly as shown in the online photos, everything you need was there, and the overall space was quite large and comfortable.
There's a supermarket and many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, which is very convenient. There's also a large grassland nearby where you can see many cattle and horses.
The hotel breakfast had a good variety of vegetables, which was great for someone like me who loves to eat greens.
Finally, I have to mention that the front desk and security staff provided excellent service. Every time we entered or left the hotel, the security guard would help pull back the curtain, and the front desk staff would politely greet us. When we checked out, both the front desk and security staff helped carry our luggage to the car. Top-notch service, definitely five stars!

GGuest UserIt's a great staying experience. It's clean and has no odor. You can see the river view when standing in front of the window. The small city is very beautiful at night and the train station is also very unique. The boss is very enthusiastic and explains the Aershan travel guide carefully.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is very basic but it's normal in the country. The position is great, very close to the platform from where buses leave to go to the Park's attractions. Also there's a supermarket and several restaurants around. Don't get scared if you don't find anyone at the reception, there's a telephone number, and when they show up, they are very helping and easygoing. No one speaks English but no one does in that area.
