I was not satisfied with other hotels the day before. I changed to this hotel the next day. I was a little hesitant to comment on the ranking of Trip.com . After I checked in, I far exceeded expectations. My wife and children were very satisfied.

The Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿) is a beautiful little boutique hotel where nothing is missing: the rooms are gorgeous and spotlessly clean, and the team is incredibly friendly and helpful.
A real highlight is the delicious tea ceremony – the perfect way to end the evening while sharing stories. The hosts make it so easy to feel at home!
If you need help organizing your trip, you can fully rely on the hotel team – simply fantastic.
The Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿) is located right by the riverside promenade and close to the city center. There’s nothing better than strolling back to the hotel after an iced hotpot, across the town square and along the river – highly recommended!
If you’re stopping in Aershan, you should definitely stay at the Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿). We would come back anytime – and we already miss our wonderful hosts!

From the moment you enter the parking lot, the security guard helps you with your luggage, and Anna at the front desk helps you check in. She is very welcoming, the view is great, the room is very clean, and the breakfast has more than 100 styles. The entrance of the hotel is also a must-see and photo-taking view in Arshan. It is so beautiful. When you come to Arshan, I highly recommend that you stay at the St. Petersburg Hotel. You have chosen the right hotel.

The room was very clean and quite spacious for 4 adults. Breakfast is 10 yuan per person opposite. It's relatively simple. If you go early, you'll be late and you won't have anything to eat.
Disadvantages: The toilet is small, the water heater has a small water storage capacity, and the hot water is gone before the water temperature is adjusted. The faucet in the sink was not fixed and difficult to use.
The room for 5 people was only given 3 pairs of slippers and 3 sets of disposable items, and the attitude was very bad when asking for them.
Because we arrived after dark, the staff opened the door and left. My family and I went out again in the evening. When we came back after 11 o'clock, we went to the front desk to find the key. I was told that I had to pay a 100 deposit to get the key. The two staff members didn't tell me when I checked in. They would have given me the check-in earlier, so I wouldn't have gone around looking for someone to open the door in the middle of the night.

GGuest UserThe hotel has convenient transportation, relatively new facilities, and good health conditions. Yes, the bathroom is a bit small. There is no bottled drinking water in the room, there is no air conditioning (should not be used in summer), and there is no heating. I asked the landlady and she said there were electric blankets, but I didn't find any. It snowed and cooled down the day we stayed, so it was still a bit cold. I hope I can be prepared in the future.
