MM.O.T.A.S around the worldnice comfortable stay, in this super picturesque town. rooms were clean, comfortable beds, minimal noise. Staff were very patient and welcoming. shower and toilet in same room, but that's not a problem for us. Hot water available. Parking just outside. 5 minute walk from main road crossing a beautiful bridge. family bike hire also available nearby.

AAnonymous UserThe owner was incredibly warm and hospitable, reserving us the best room with a view, helping us carry our luggage up and down the stairs, and even buying us coffee when we left. The room was very warm, and the shower water was plentiful and hot; although it was an electric water heater, it was more than enough for a shower. The hotel had a beautiful view, was quiet, and had a small river in front of it where you could take a walk along the river. A few minutes' walk across the bridge led to Shengquan Square and the food street.

LLijunyanThis is my first stay to write a review because this hotel is really good. The hardware conditions of the homestay are not very amazing. The room is not as big as expected, but the service is really attentive. The owner is very sincere and simple. Said that the room was cold and immediately sent electric heating, breakfast was sent to coffee, the restaurant music was very tasteful, the view of the terrace was also unique, especially when we checked out and couldn't get a taxi to the station, the owner personally drove it, and the trip to Aershan really left a good memory. Thanks again to the owner 🙏🏻

The self-driving tour car can be parked directly into the underground garage without freezing outside for a long time. GGuest UserThe hotel itself is very basic but it's normal in the country. The position is great, very close to the platform from where buses leave to go to the Park's attractions. Also there's a supermarket and several restaurants around. Don't get scared if you don't find anyone at the reception, there's a telephone number, and when they show up, they are very helping and easygoing. No one speaks English but no one does in that area.

From the beginning of entering the hotel, I will not say what I have encountered. Compared with other chains, the gap between Samsung and four stars is very large. After all, it is enough to travel and be happy and comfortable. However, I witnessed the whole process of a young man almost fighting with the guests, which made me very surprised and incredible. I was very angry. I felt that the attitude of the hotel was not good. I almost wanted to do it when I received the plate at breakfast time. The little brother should shut up when he eats me. In fact, he solved everything in four words ”sorry”, but he was kind. The guest has a sentence of his n, what is the service, there is no sense of service at all, and it is speechless. The hotel management system needs to be further improved. As an outsider, I also feel that living here is not respected. 😟 It is not enough for the management to do a good job. It is estimated that the entire hotel should be managed with heart. There should be iron manager and manager Zhang.
