"First, the room: very clean, comfortable, and warm. The location is very convenient, easy to reach for sunsets on the frozen river and sunrises at Wusu Lake. Next, the food: The main restaurant is Wuyue Restaurant, and I recommend eating there for both breakfast and dinner. We arrived in the evening and didn't eat there, opting for another restaurant outside, which was a rip-off – 400 RMB and incredibly bad. Don't blindly eat roasted lamb leg or similar dishes in tourist areas. Having a proper, quality dinner will be much more satisfying; save the roasted lamb leg for the city. We also ate breakfast there, and it was better than dinner. Service: The staff was excellent. The front desk is open 24 hours, and even at night when it was cold, the staff slept in the lobby reception area, ready to serve. I felt sorry for them. When we checked out, we forgot some things, and a staff member helped us mail them back – very thoughtful! We came from Shenzhen, so friends from Guangdong can rest assured and go for it. All conditions are OK."

The Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿) is located right by the riverside promenade and close to the city center. There’s nothing better than strolling back to the hotel after an iced hotpot, across the town square and along the river – highly recommended! If you’re stopping in Aershan, you should definitely stay at the Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿). We would come back anytime – and we already miss our wonderful hosts!"

"It was my first time to Arxan. I just wanted to take a break, but I was attracted by the beauty of this small town. It has a cool climate and is a summer resort. The St. Petersburg Hotel was also surprising. Both the hardware facilities and the service attitude were great, especially Miss Anna, who was gentle and amiable, and provided considerate service. "The service was very good, the bellman helped to send the luggage to the room, there was fruit in the stay, Huang Liyuan manager was very enthusiastic, helped print the child's homework, and also sent a lot of dairy products. There is a very special point for breakfast. The drinks are free during breakfast and I have never seen it in other hotels. The hot spring is very good, it is indeed a real hot spring, the indoor hot spring is fully equipped, it is worth playing, the ice and snow hot springs are very atmospheric. "What a relaxing stay! Everyone should definitely check out this hotel!!! The service was exceptionally good. When we two little girls checked in, the staff carried our luggage to our room, and when we checked out, they even took our suitcases to our taxi. They also gave us complimentary fruit and snacks upon check-in. The hotel's location is great too, only a 3-minute drive from the station, and there are plenty of restaurants within a kilometer. We stayed in a tatami room with heating, and the room was very clean. It's a shame I didn't take any pictures of the room—the view of the snow outside the window was amazing! This is the first time I've written such a long review; it's all from the bottom of my heart. The hotel was fantastic, and I'll definitely stay here again next time! Also!! Arxan is truly beautiful, and the people here are incredibly welcoming. When we went to eat at a restaurant specializing in iron pot stew, the owner even drove us there and back—we were genuinely touched."

"Arxan is truly a tourist city, and it feels like there's a hotel on every corner. This one stands out with its castle-like exterior and a truly grand lobby. The surroundings are fantastic; there's a beautiful riverside trail right behind the hotel. Our room was fully equipped, clean, and comfortable, and the service was absolutely excellent. The breakfast had a great variety and everything was delicious. Parking was also very convenient."
