"I booked this hotel because the reviews said it was the best, and the photos looked good. As soon as we arrived and the car stopped, the front desk and security staff immediately came to help with our luggage. The check-in process was very smooth. The room facilities were exactly as shown in the online photos, everything you need was there, and the overall space was quite large and comfortable. There's a supermarket and many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, which is very convenient. There's also a large grassland nearby where you can see many cattle and horses. The hotel breakfast had a good variety of vegetables, which was great for someone like me who loves to eat greens. Finally, I have to mention that the front desk and security staff provided excellent service. Every time we entered or left the hotel, the security guard would help pull back the curtain, and the front desk staff would politely greet us. When we checked out, both the front desk and security staff helped carry our luggage to the car. Top-notch service, definitely five stars!"

"Facilities: The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities and an intelligent system. I didn't use the public hot springs, but soaked twice in the private hot spring pool in the courtyard, which was wonderful. Cleanliness: Both indoor and outdoor areas were impeccably clean; I was very satisfied. Environment: The rooms have a unique and stylish design, very beautiful and comfortable. The surrounding area is surrounded by mountains and forests, making it very tranquil. Service: The service was attentive. The concierge, Ms. Ma Rongrong, warmly picked us up and dropped us off in the hotel shuttle bus when we went out and returned. We were very grateful to her. "Coming to Arxan and choosing Chengyue Hotel was a great decision, no regrets at all! The hotel is easy to find, parking is convenient, and the rooms are clean and warm. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation and a smart mirror. There's a good variety of breakfast options, and a self-service laundry room which is very handy for washing clothes. The front desk staff patiently helped us plan our sightseeing route for the forest park; their service was thoughtful and attentive. The environment is quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend it for your travels!"

"Very satisfied! Facilities: The hotel rooms are large and the facilities are new. The bedding is very soft and comfortable to sleep on, with two pillows, one soft and one hard, to choose from. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: In Irsch Town, there is a bus stop downstairs, but we didn't take it. The hotel environment is very good. Service: The two girls at the front desk are attentive and enthusiastic, making you feel at home. She has the straightforwardness of a girl from Northeast China."

"We were upgraded from a king room to a family suite, which was spacious, clean, and tidy. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of options, and there's also a self-service laundry room and a gym. Plus, there's parking and a supermarket downstairs. The hotel's location is right next to the city center, making it super convenient for getting anywhere as a transit stop. We'll definitely be back next time!"

"This is one of the better hotels in the city center, offering excellent value for money. Just a heads-up: the king-size rooms don't have mountain views. I initially booked a king-size room that was advertised as having a mountain view, and they even told me they'd upgraded me. But when I checked in, the mountain view was completely obscured, only visible from the side. When I asked the front desk to switch to a mountain-view room, they informed me that only twin rooms offered mountain views, not king-size. I ended up changing to a twin room; since there was no child safety rail, we just pushed the two beds together to make a large bed, which worked out fine. They didn't have any step stools for kids to reach the sink, which was a bit inconvenient for parents with young children. The faucets were old-fashioned, with separate hot and cold taps, making it easy to get scalded. On the bright side, the bottled water was local Arxan water, which was very sweet and delicious. The mattress firmness was good, not overly soft. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, but I witnessed a staff member putting uneaten cherry tomatoes from a customer's plate directly back into the fruit bowl. That really put me off. Even if they just took it to the kitchen and put it back without washing, it would have been better. But it really should be washed, what if the previous person had an infectious disease? There's a coffee machine with freshly ground coffee. The beans aren't great, but it's much better than instant coffee made with non-dairy creamer. The location is excellent, and the service at the main entrance is fantastic. They proactively helped with luggage, but parking was tight. I had to park in front of the supermarket next door at night. There's a beautiful pumpkin carriage (for decoration) by the entrance, perfect for photos."

"Parking is convenient, it feels like staying in a small Swiss hotel. There is a tourist trail about 100 meters away. The room is very clean. The hand sanitizer is authentic. There are three sockets at the bedside, and two people can charge at the same time. I stayed for two days. They would not come in to clean before checking out, but they would knock on the door outside to ask if it needs cleaning, which is very humane."

"家庭出遊，帶着三個長者，沒想到小小民宿還有電梯必須點贊，老闆説本月一號剛剛開業，算是前幾波客人吧，優點，旺季價格不離譜，新開的民宿設施很新，房間沒有裝修味道，老闆兩口子有求必應，很實在，還送了早點（比較簡單），説點不足吧，周邊都是民宿，位置有些偏，周邊沒有超市和飯店，不太方便，老闆人很好，但是因為剛開民宿吧，沒什麼經驗還在摸索中，有些手忙腳亂哈哈，不過感覺整體很不錯，祝生意興隆"

"As the last stop of our Hulunbuir trip, this guesthouse absolutely exceeded our expectations! The owner was incredibly welcoming and even upgraded our room. The room itself was designed in a wabi-sabi style, with smart home features throughout, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable. We slept so well, it truly rivaled many high-end hotels. Before we left, the owner even gave us a small gift. If we ever come back to Arxan, we will definitely choose to stay here again!"
