The boss is very good and helped us upgrade the room for free. The room is very clean, dry and wet separation, smart toilet, and the room has heating. The hotel is near the Tianchi service area, and it is very convenient to play in the forest park. This restaurant has its own restaurant, and you can eat directly there at night. The only downside may be that breakfast is a bit simple, that is, porridge, eggs, side dishes, etc.

The owner was incredibly warm and treated us like family, providing thoughtful service in every detail. They recommended brunch and dinner spots that perfectly suited our dietary preferences – no duds, and great value for money! Especially their own iron pot stew, which was delicious and affordable. We ordered the fish pot, and the fish was tender yet firm, thoroughly flavored, and the portion was huge – really great value. The side dish, 'qi bing' (flatbread), was also excellent. If you like fish, I highly recommend trying it. Furthermore, the places the owner recommended for sightseeing were also fantastic. For both food and activities, just follow the owner's recommendations; it makes everything so easy and pleasant. Highly recommend staying here! 👍

I am a young Englishman on a 20 day solo self-drive road trip across northern Heilongjian and Inner Mongolia. After my stay in Hulun Buir, I decided to drive down to Arxan for 2 nights exploring. I booked this stay based off of the other foreign guests' positive experience. I arrived in the town late in the evening. The boss was waiting for me and was attentive and welcoming from the start. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the temperature was just right. Everything is provided and replaced when needed. After hiking in the national park, I came back to the boss and his extended family making CNY preparations. Then I was invited to drink Chinese tea (Dian Hong) at their tea table. I was then welcomed to eat with the family, drink beer and eat until I was full. I was welcomed not just as a guest of theirs, but as a family friend. In mid-winter, Aershan/Arxan is a quiet and cold place. I came as part of a long journey taking my rented 4x4 Tank 300 through the snow and ice on routes apart of the Hulun Buir Snow and Ice Festival. My journey was peaceful, solemn and isolated. The hospitality and warm welcome was exactly what I needed after my long drive alone and it is a memory I will take home to the UK with me. I highly recommend this guesthouse, especially if you are travelling solo across this wilderness. Thank you brother. I look forward to returning in the near future with my partner, and when my mandarin is better.

The rooms booked on behalf of the family are mainly for convenience and eating and drinking. This place is really cold, the family said that the conditions are OK, the facilities are well-equipped, and it is not cold. You can find it for dinner, okay!

這個酒店位置很好，步行一分鐘有條河，晚上圍着河邊走走看看小城美麗的夜景。去火車站開車就四分鐘，去聖泉廣場開車2分鐘，吃飯也都不遠，周邊雖然很多酒店，他家車輛最多，房間乾淨衞生，老闆人不錯很實在服務也很好，免費給升級了房型，來的時候主動幫忙提行李，走的時候也會幫忙拿，這麼好的服務，確實難得。

If you go early, you'll be late and you won't have anything to eat. Disadvantages: The toilet is small, the water heater has a small water storage capacity, and the hot water is gone before the water temperature is adjusted. The faucet in the sink was not fixed and difficult to use. The room for 5 people was only given 3 pairs of slippers and 3 sets of disposable items, and the attitude was very bad when asking for them. Because we arrived after dark, the staff opened the door and left. My family and I went out again in the evening. When we came back after 11 o'clock, we went to the front desk to find the key. I was told that I had to pay a 100 deposit to get the key. The two staff members didn't tell me when I checked in. They would have given me the check-in earlier, so I wouldn't have gone around looking for someone to open the door in the middle of the night.

The owner and her family are really great. The room was neat and clean, and since we arrived early, we were able to pick a room with a mountain view outside the window. We originally planned to stay for two nights, but due to an urgent family matter, we had to check out a day early. The owner processed our refund without any fuss, which we really appreciate.

The room exceeded our expectations. At the beginning, I was not willing to book this viewing room. As a result, when I checked in, the Kanban Niang gave us a free room upgrade. I saw that the accommodation conditions in the scenic area were not good and the tide was still high, but this room was not tide or cold at all and it was smart appliances. , the balcony can directly see the non-freeze river, as soon as we open the door, we will shoot, the scenery is invincible. The service is also very good, always let us have something to ask them not to be afraid of trouble, but also help us arrange the travel route. Anyway, it meets the requirements of my door to experience natural wild fun and smart accommodation. If you have a sufficient budget, you must book this viewing room and give ten stars!

The room exceeded expectations, the balcony of the room is opposite the large lawn and the downtown square, the scenery is beautiful! The sister at the front desk said that the sunrise on the balcony was absolutely amazing, but I couldn't get up after 4 o'clock, sorry. Standing on the balcony, the lights in the city are on in the evening, it feels like a fairy tale town!

Overall, I am satisfied and very enthusiastic. The price is good. There is Nongfu Spring mineral water, but the rolling paper is not enough. Disposable bath towels are also provided. Disposable water cups are also sealed in plastic bags and are very clean.
