I am a young Englishman on a 20 day solo self-drive road trip across northern Heilongjian and Inner Mongolia. After my stay in Hulun Buir, I decided to drive down to Arxan for 2 nights exploring. I booked this stay based off of the other foreign guests' positive experience. I arrived in the town late in the evening. The boss was waiting for me and was attentive and welcoming from the start. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the temperature was just right. Everything is provided and replaced when needed. After hiking in the national park, I came back to the boss and his extended family making CNY preparations. Then I was invited to drink Chinese tea (Dian Hong) at their tea table. I was then welcomed to eat with the family, drink beer and eat until I was full. I was welcomed not just as a guest of theirs, but as a family friend. In mid-winter, Aershan/Arxan is a quiet and cold place. I came as part of a long journey taking my rented 4x4 Tank 300 through the snow and ice on routes apart of the Hulun Buir Snow and Ice Festival. My journey was peaceful, solemn and isolated. The hospitality and warm welcome was exactly what I needed after my long drive alone and it is a memory I will take home to the UK with me. I highly recommend this guesthouse, especially if you are travelling solo across this wilderness. Thank you brother. I look forward to returning in the near future with my partner, and when my mandarin is better.

Facilities: Everything is available, the room is stylish, the bathroom is large, there are electric blankets, and there is electric heating. Hotel boss and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a restaurant which the food are great and large serving and many customers. The boss also upgraded my room without charge. Hotel location is convenient to 不冻河 and 天池服务区 bus station. All within walking distance. Hotel facilities are great too. It should be one of the best hotel and restaurant at 天池服务区. Recommended to stay there.

It is very convenient to have an elevator, the environment is elegant, spotless, surrounded by mountains and rivers, the lighting is very good, the decoration is high, the view is wide, the service is warm and thoughtful, the price is high, I will choose here next time.

Overall, it's ok to live. The room was very clean and quite spacious for 4 adults. Breakfast is 10 yuan per person opposite. It's relatively simple. If you go early, you'll be late and you won't have anything to eat. Disadvantages: The toilet is small, the water heater has a small water storage capacity, and the hot water is gone before the water temperature is adjusted. The faucet in the sink was not fixed and difficult to use. The room for 5 people was only given 3 pairs of slippers and 3 sets of disposable items, and the attitude was very bad when asking for them. Because we arrived after dark, the staff opened the door and left. My family and I went out again in the evening. When we came back after 11 o'clock, we went to the front desk to find the key. I was told that I had to pay a 100 deposit to get the key. The two staff members didn't tell me when I checked in. They would have given me the check-in earlier, so I wouldn't have gone around looking for someone to open the door in the middle of the night.

The rooms booked on behalf of the family are mainly for convenience and eating and drinking. This place is really cold, the family said that the conditions are OK, the facilities are well-equipped, and it is not cold. You can find it for dinner, okay!

I drove all the way and saw many hotels in Aershan. It was generally a long time ago. The facilities could not keep up with the old ones, and the hygiene was not good. But the overall experience of this house really exceeded expectations! ! It seems to be newly opened last year, the facilities are very new, the sanitation is also in place, it is very recommended, it is really a difficult hotel in the mountainous area. The mountain in May has also started to be green, and the scenic area experience is very good. The boss and staff were very enthusiastic. I found that the box was broken in the early morning. I asked if there were tools at the front desk. I was very patient and enthusiastic to solve it! ! Parking at the door is suitable for self-driving parties. It is a very comfortable stay. I really recommend it.

The service is also very good, always let us have something to ask them not to be afraid of trouble, but also help us arrange the travel route. Anyway, it meets the requirements of my door to experience natural wild fun and smart accommodation. If you have a sufficient budget, you must book this viewing room and give ten stars!

The room exceeded expectations, the balcony of the room is opposite the large lawn and the downtown square, the scenery is beautiful! The sister at the front desk said that the sunrise on the balcony was absolutely amazing, but I couldn't get up after 4 o'clock, sorry. Standing on the balcony, the lights in the city are on in the evening, it feels like a fairy tale town!

The B&B is located in the Xing'an service area. It is very convenient to transfer to a sightseeing car. You can also drive into the scenic spot by yourself. Some attractions can be reached by car. There is a restaurant in the hotel, and guests can order in the restaurant. It is very convenient to find food outside. The bedding in the homestay is comfortable and warm, but the room is too small and the price is a bit expensive.
