The receptionist didn't speak English so we used Google translate, but once done, we got a quick and good service.
The hotel is a bit distanced from the main street and the gondola to the ski area, but it's quite and good for driving to the mountain.

黎黎Have stayed here a few times. It's a good choice in bansko, the price is reasonable, and breakfast is included. The sanitation in the off-season is good, and it is just normal in the peak season, but if you ask the front desk for advice, it will be clean again.

GGuest UserThere is no hot water bathing, no slippers and toothbrushes. The hotel staff are unlocking the room when we are not there. I feel that our stuff has been turned over and the order is written on 61 euros and two rooms to the store to pay 65 euros when swimming. The clothes locked in their cabinets can also be opened and stolen by 200 euros.
